Craig worked continuously and the result was beautiful. Brian (the owner) let me know exactly what to expect, and touched base before and after the job. I plan on using Pearl Painers again very soon.

Great job from start to finish. Met with Brian the owner to get an estimate and he was very professional. The painters showed up on time and finished on time. They did a great job and I would hire them again. Overall, great experience!

While the painter that showed up to paint the room was very prompt and professional the owner (?) I spoke with informed me that the $199.00 price did NOT include his travel time to my home. Now correct me if I'm wrong,but Iknow of no other service that charges you travel time to go to their job and to drive back. I certainly don't get paid travel time for my job. I haven't found a person yet who has been charged by a painter to drive to his /her job. I was made to feel that I was getting the painting done at a very low price and monies had to be made up somewhere. We, taped off the room ourselves so as not to incur further expenses in getting this one room painted. I WILL NOT use this company again

We used Pearl Painters for a complete exterior paint job including staining our deck. Brian and his entire team were professional and easy to work with. The results turned out great.

We bought a Pearl Painters Angie's List deal ($199 for eight man-hours) for interior painting - in our case, doors, door frames, and bannisters. Brian,the owner of Pearl Painters, suggested the brand of paint and with his help we were able to buy it at the wholesale price. Craig, the painter, worked quickly and cleanly, with the easy confidence of a man who knows what he's about. No drama, no spills, and not a brush stroke to be seen. He did in a day what would have taken me three days, maybe more. And in the bargain he put up with our two dogs and our curious cat (even wiping clean his paw after he took a swipe at Craig's brush). If you have a chance to meet him, ask him about his sled-dog racing days in New Zealand. (Yea, New Zealand.) Craig said that he does spray work, too - interior and exterior - and I'm sure he'd do a job every bit as professional as the trim work he did for us. You'd be lucky to get him.

I called the company and someone actually answered. Which was great and very appreciated. We set up a time to meet for a bid and the appointment was right along our busy timeline. We really appreciated that....and the ability to get the paintjob done before the end of the year...because of the holiday celebrations we had planned. The crew showed up on time and really made sure to drape everything well beforehand, they took care to not bang up our place in the process. The work was completed on time and according to the original bid. Definitely happy with the job and would highly recommend for others!

Overall this was great. The job was done in a day. We were able to get back into the space right away. The attention to details was nice.

Painters Chris and Craig showed up promptly, were very courteous and finished the job within the estimated time frame. Their pre- and post-painting work was phenomenal; they covered everything that wasn?t being painted and cleaned up afterwards, even vacuuming the rugs that were covered with tarps. The craftsmanship was excellent ? our living room and entry millwork has many angles and all the lines were crisp. We had a few do-it-yourself painting questions and they were very willing to share their ?painting secrets.? They did an excellent job, were very professional and we wouldn?t hesitate recommending them or hiring them again.

I bought this coupon as a gift for my daughter and her husband. Brian, of Pearl painters was very responsive in getting the work scheduled, I have seen the completed job and it is excellent. My daughter and her husband were very happy!

I didn't know how far 8 hours of painting would go toward finishing my project. Brian offered to come out and give me an estimate. He is obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about paint! I was offered to just go with the 8 hours, or the 8 hours and then pay $55 an hour for additional time, keeping it open to decide how far to go; or with a bid that would include the 8 hours plus a set additional amount to complete the other rooms in my project. In the end I decided to go with just the big deal 8 hours for now and see how it went. His bid for the other areas was higher than other bids I had received so I wanted to see how it would go, and decided to do some myself. Chris came out to do the work and he did an awesome job. The main project I had for him was our rather large master bedroom, which had a lot of wall anchors from the previous owners art and wall mounted TV that we wanted removed. Chris was truly a professional. He filled and textured the areas so well you can't even see where the anchors were. He paid attention to detail around the trim and ceiling, getting no paint where it shouldn't be. He protected the furniture etc so nothing was damaged with paint. In addition to completing our bedroom project he had time left to help me with the 2 bedrooms I was painting downstairs, and gave me tips on how to make my own painting more efficient. He was a pleasure to work with. For my future painting needs I will definitely have Brian bid the job. If his bid is competitive I would choose him even if he is the high bid because of the high quality work I know he will provide.

I purchased an Angieslist Big Deal and had Brian out for an estimate. He quoted me different rooms and we decided to go with the master bedroom ceiling since it needed the most repairs. Chris came out and did a great job on both the repairs (fixing nails that came through the sheetrock, filling the cracks, and screwing in new screws) and double coating the ceiling. Everything was covered with tarps and he cleaned the entire area. You wouldn't have even know he was here except for the paint smells. I was very happy with the whole job.

I had such a great experience with Brian and his crew! I needed an interior paint job for the living, dining and hallway, including all woodwork sanded and painted. Brian came over for a free estimate and was very helpful and courteous. He explained the process thoroughly and also gave many helpful suggestions, and was not rushed for time. The very next day he sent over a clear and very detailed proposal via e-mail. Brian offered me a very competitive price and a great reccomendation for a consultation with an interior designer who helped me choose the colors. Throughout the entire process, Brian was always available on the phone and responsive over email. He also made sure to update me regarding the process even when I was not on the site, or even in town. Brian's crew was extremely professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. Every day they arrived right on time, worked carefully and efficiently in an organized manner and according to the schedule. They exceeded all of my expectations and even helped with extra tasks like removing an old light fixture. It was a pleasure working with Brian and his crew and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend Pearl Painters.

It was costly but respect is due from the owner thoughtful patient consultation on color treating and estimates an completed work dates. His workers paid much attention to detail on the paint job and application they were punctual, courteous, helpful and very very neat. I would hire pearl painters again.

Great experience. We hired painters before, and it was not a good experience, but Pearl Painters were the complete opposite. From the time we first contacted them, to when the job was done, was less than a week. Granted, it was a relatively small job, but they treated it as if it was their only job, and we are very happy with the results. Brian is great with communication and, with his coupon options, the price absolutely fit in with what we were expecting to pay. We contacted two companies who failed to show. A friend of ours recommended Pearl Painters who said a friend of hers had a good experince with them. We were going on a weeks vacation and needed to have the interiuor painted while we were gone. A very short time frame. We called and immediately set up a time and date for the walk thru and estimate. Brian was very helpful and quite knowledgeable. He promptly submitted and estimate the next day, agreed on price with a discount and we set up a time to do the work. Great work, a good professional crew, clean, efficient and organized. The work was completed on time and within the timeline set by us for our return. I would definitly use Pearl Painters again and would highly recommend them................

I had 3 painters turn me down over the summer regarding this project. I happened onto Pearl Paint from another painting company that turned me down. Brian was fabulous to work with. He went out of his way over and over again. Got back to me immediately every time I called. Left the house after seeing what I wanted, to hunt the Dry Lock down, found it and came back to the house with a sample so I would know what it would look like. Found it in town when we thought we would have to special order it. Judith did all of the painting and did a superior job. When it looked like the fireplace was getting expensive to do, she called me and we decided to just do the front side. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I could not believe it when they said YES, when so many other painters said no. Then they were on the project feverishly, making sure everything was going right and I was completely happy. Brian went over and above on professionalism as did Judith. Hire this company. You will NOT be disappointed!

Very pleased with the whole process. Painters were very skilled and resolved any issues that were brought to their attention during the final walk around; we really didn't have any problems or complaints.

The crew was excellent. Every day every thing was totally cleaned up and a note left telling us when they would return and what had been done during the day if we did not return before they left. They perfectly matched the paint color on the trim inside the front door so that the door matched the wood trim inside. There was absolutely no mess and the paint job was excellent. We would hire them again without hesitation. The weather was an issue doing the painting of the house but Brian knew that we had company coming and his crew did everything in their power to be done by then and they were.

The owner came out to do the quote and talked us through the process. He was extremely helpful and came out a few times after that to pick the colors. He came out a few times during the day to check things. He was extremely professional and it was well done.

Brian came to give us an estimate on costs and wowed up with his knowledge of what would be needed to bring this house back to good exterior condition. Even though the costs ended up being more than I would have liked, the reasons he gave for each step proved to be valid as we looked at the house carefully. We are so grateful that those items of deterioration were caught before they became serious problems. We much prefer to have problems repaired rather than painting over them and want a paint job that will last for years. He helped us feel confident about the color and finish paint we chose without pushing his opinions. Each step of the work was finished on time, with appropriate amounts of communication with us and our tenants. They were careful with plants near the house and any concerns the tenants had about their vegetable garden. The workers were professional in attitude and behavior. We would use Pearl Painters again without hesitation for interior or exterior work.

We were impressed immediately with Brian's professionalism and enthusiasm about his company and the work they do. From the first appointment we could tell that he knew what he was doing. He provided a firm price and a detailed contract. Although my husband was ready to hire Brian at the end of the first meeting, I wanted to check references and get a couple of other quotes, which Brian encouraged us to-do. Because we had a bad experience with another painter in the past I asked for references from the last 3 projects that Brian had completed as well as 3 from a couple of years ago. Over all I spoke to 3 of their past clients and everyone gave a glowing review of their work! We decided to move forward with Pearl Painters and are very happy to say that it was the right choice! We were told our project was scheduled to start two weeks later and would take approximately four days to complete, they were right on with their estimation of time. Each day a two man team (Chris and Craig) arrived on time and ready to work. They communicated with us on a daily basis letting us know their progress and gave us ample time to move breakables and small furniture. Our project was challenging because of two story walls and a stair case to work around? They handled it with ease! We took Brian?s suggestion to go with a cr?me color on the wood work and a deeper shade of sage on the walls, everything turned out amazing! If we could go back in time we would make the same decision to use Pearl Painters. We will definitely use them again and have already referred their services to our friends.

The lady who owned the company was very nice about making recommendations about how I could do the work myself. It was a good thing because it saved me some money. I didn?t use them. I had one area in the kitchen that didn?t look really good and I was looking to sell the house. She said the job would be really expensive if she did it. She told me where to go for the painting and how I could do it myself. She actually didn?t have to come, but she did.
