I contacted Dan at 8:30 on a Monday morning and by 10 a.m., He had repaired the washer. He was very good about explaining what was wrong and gave me good advice about future repairs. Unbelievably more responsive than Sears, less expensive and way better service!

Polite, prompt and efficient. Was helpful in solving the space dilemmas in our washroom. Useful advice on replacement dryer also. Rearranged his schedule so we could get a dryer back soon.

Gary diagnosed the problem over the phone and was at my house in 30 minutes. He never made any guarantees but ended up fixing the problem in about 15 minutes. I was very impressed with his responsiveness, honesty and thoroughness.

I was surprised to get a call answered right away and an appointment made for the next day. He arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. My only complaint is that he said he hadn't worked on this type of refrigerator before and that he was learning the new appliances still. That had me worried at the beginning. Had he known the appliance, the work probably would have gone faster and maybe cost less.

He came within two hours of my call, very polite Fixed the thing and left. I would hire him again. He said he didn't know who put him on the list, but it's been great for him.

Overall good experience although I think his price was much higher than I other estimates I received on phone - however, he did come out same day - probably would have saved money if I wanted to wait.

Very rapid service. He came by the same day I called. Diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the bad part on the spot. Nice guy, prompt, efficient service. The price seemed a bit steep, but I guess that's what these things cost.

He was very polite, informative, and prompt. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time...quickly, in fact. He seemed very honest.

David's was sent as an AHS home warranty service provider. David and his "assistant" showed up on time. That's really the only good thing I can say. When we had spoken on the phone to set up the appointment, he had stated that he would stop by the warehouse, pick up the parts, and do the repair that day. He showed up & said that he hadn't had time to get the parts. His asst. Turned on the oven & touched the hot element! I had only budgeted that time to deal with the repair, and expected him to do as he'd promised. He became upset and angry. I stated that his not doing as promised would force me to take more time off work, and that I was not happy about that. He felt I was being unfair. I thought he was acting in an unprofessional manner, and asked him to please leave. I still had to pay the service call, and then get someone else to do the work! I asked AHS for someone else on the dishwasher call, and they sent David. He said he'd replaced a part with new but it looks old.

Promised to order the part and call by the next day. Called the same day and came out in 15 minutes and made repair. Very courteous and professional!

WHEN I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT, HE RETURNED THE CALL WITHIN 10 MINUTES, GAVE ME A 2 HR. WINDOW WHEN HE'D ARRIVE. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, A VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY GUY. HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE ME A LOT OF ADDITIONAL TIPS ON MAINTAINING THE DISHWASHER. IN 15 MINUTES HE FIGURED OUT SOMETHING THAT ANOTHER GUY HAD TRIED FOR FOUR HOURS TO FIGURE OUT. HE DEFINITELY KNOWS HIS STUFF AND HE'S REALLY INTO HIS JOB.

VERY PLEASED. DANIEL (WHO IS, IN FACT, ''GARY'') ANSWERED MY CALL PERSONALLY, ARRANGED TO COME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY, ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, QUICKLY DIAGNOSED AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM WITH THE WASHER. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AHEAD OF TIME, AND EVEN MADE A SUGGESTION FOR WHAT WASHER TO BUY WHEN THIS ONE WEARS OUT.

I CALLED GARY'S ABOUT MY RANGE HOOD. HE TOLD ME THAT ALTHOUGH HE COULD COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT (THAT SAME DAY!), HE MIGHT NOT BE KNOWLEDGEABLE ENOUGH TO REPAIR IT, AND THAT I MIGHT BE BETTER OFF CALLING SOMEONE ELSE. I APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY AND I'LL CALL HIM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

HE CAME RIGHT OUT THE VERY DAY I CALLED AND CALLED WHEN HE WAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

DAN WAS ON TIME. ALTHOUGH HE TRIED TO SHOW UP A DAY EARLY, I WON'T COUNT THAT AGAINST HIM. HE WAS TIMID AT FIRST WITH RESPECT TO TAKING IT APART, BUT GOT THE PROBLEM FIXED.

THE REPAIRMAN CAME WITHIN FIFTEEN MINUTES AND WAS VERY QUICK AND TOLD ME HOW I COULD REPAIR IT MYSELF IN THE EVENT THAT THE WATER LEAKED AGAIN FROM THE FREEZER. HE WAS VERY NICE AND VERY PROMPT.

I HAVE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. HAVING BEEN A SINGLE PERSON AND HOPING THAT I DON'T GET RIPPED OFF, I FEEL THAT THEY HAVE DONE THEIR BEST TO MAKE IT AS PAINLESS AS POSSIBLE FOR ME. I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN.

WHEN I SAW IN THE PHONE BOOK THAT THEY WOULD COME OUT THE SAME DAY, I WAS SKEPTICAL, BUT THEY DID. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE JOB WAS WAS DONE QUICKLY.

WE REALLY WEREN'T SURE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR DRYER, JUST THAT IT DIDN'T DRY OUR CLOTHES. WE TOOK IT INTO GARY'S APPLIANCE AND HAD THEM DO AN ESTIMATE FIRST. WHEN THEY DISCOVERED THE BROKEN BELT, THEY JUST REPLACED IT. WE WERE OVERJOYED THAT THE COST WAS SO LOW.
