ceramic tile, flooring contractor
 + 0 moreThey are coming in tomorrow to do the work. He is going to be doing the kitchen in my fiance's condo tomorrow. He prepped the floor and leveled it. He put in a floor heating system tile in the kitchen and dinning room. He did some work in a small guest bathroom as well. The guy who came out was Troy. I really liked Troy's attention to detail on the tile work and he really did a good job on that. He was the only one who came out to do the job and everything is holding up well with no complications. We hired him again to do my fiances kitchen floors.
Description of Work: I used the service of Pacific Tile Works to do my whole kitchen and dinning room flooring about a month ago.

 + -1 moreTroy did an amazing job. We used a natural slate (cleft surface not honed) so it needed an experienced tile installer with a good eye to select and place these tiles. Also, our floor was not quite even and he dealt with that as well. Results were above our expectations.
Description of Work: Troy laid slate tile in our half bath, grouted and sealed. This was rectangular natural cleft surfaced slate tile laid in a staggered brick pattern.

 + -1 moreThe installation of the slate floor was the easiest part of our remodel process. Troy has had a lot of experience and it made the job go quickly and seamlessly, even when the issue with the missing supports under the original floor decking was discovered. They worked around this while it was being fixed and it did not hold us up. The results are stunning. We love our floor.
Description of Work: Troy and team demo'd the existing flooring and carpet in our breakfast nook, kitchen and family room (approx 500 sq ft). They called our attention to decking that had no support underneath from the original house build so we had that repaired. They put down cement board, leveler where needed, and placed a heating grid in the breakfast area. Once all the prep was done, they laid square natural slate tiles (cleft surfaced) in a staggered brick pattern, grouted and sealed.
