PG Long Floor Covering and Carpet Cleaning LLC was hired to clean my carpets but did not clean them. They left without cleaning and recommended replacement without communicating properly that they refused to do the carpet cleaning service. We knew the carpet was borderline, but had a move in scheduled in 2 days and decided to do the best cleaning possible. We didn´t hear back until the late afternoon the day before move in. Now itś an emergency with too little dry time. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. You would think a company that had two disparate services would have professional ethics and separation between cleaning and replacement but don´t be surprised if your ¨Cleaning¨ service call is really just a sales call for a more expensive replacement.
