Very well. They were prompt, coming out within 5 days of when I called. They told me that the job would cost $92.00 as that was their standard service call charge. I was only billed $46.00 for the whole job as there was little if anything needed. Mr. Welch who came to the job was knowledgeable and professional.

Called them on a Monday, scheduled a time for Wednesday, they showed up promptly and performed the work in about an hour.

Very good - service guy was on time - very friendly - door works perfectly! Estimate of 2 hours was a little low - price was about $90 more than quoted over the phone - but then they warned me they charge by the hour - so all is well. I would definitely use them again!

We did some research and finally chose this company. We decided to go with a more expensive garage door opener. The guys from this company were great and very good with their time management. They showed up right on time and had the job done very fast. We felt that they were very polite and friendly. We even had some trouble shortly after they finished with the garage door sticking once it was halfway down and then going back up. We called them, and they immediately sent someone out to address the problem. We did not even get charged for them coming back out.

Very poor. Do not use this company. The product literature misrepresented the actual installed product, workmanship was flawed, the salesman contradicted his word, the doors leak water, and a written letter to the owner has not even been given the courtesy of a response. Beware when they want 1/2 the money in advance, as they did. After the wrong doors were installed, the salesman said ''you own them.'' I plan to file a CCB complaint for unethical business practices, misrepresenting the product being sold, flawed workmanship, and non-responsiveness. Again, do not do business with this firm.

Overhead Door was extremely professional and customer service oriented. The technician arrived exactly on time, quickly assessed the damage, and immediately got to work. He finished within one hour and left the work area neat. Based on comparisons of other door repair companies in Angies List, the cost of repairs seemed very fair.

They were able to come out the next day, which was faster than other companies. They called before they came out and within the window that was given to us on the phone. They were very efficient and would use again.

Most contractors you cannot count on, these guys are right on time, they call to let you know their coming, they get the job done per their estimates.

The work was done on time, the estimate was accurate and the quality of work was excellent.

We have our daughter and son-in-laws belongings boxed up in the garage as SIL was just out of the service and looking for work and a place to live. Some of the items were valuable model railroad sets. We cleared the front of the garage MORE THAN 12 FEET BACK. When the work men came out, we asked if it was all set up OK and they had room. They said yes. When it was all over, they had stepped on top of boxes, thrown some out into the driveway, dumping out photos and memorabilia. They dropped the garage door onto the Jetta and smashed model railroad things. They did NOT clean up all the mess and left a bunch of stuff laying around. SIL has been contacting them and even filed a police report. They will not recompense or apologize. When contacted on the phone, they were rude and cursed at him. The shoddy workmanship was done by employees by the names of Rich Bullard and Ron Wisdom. Not once did they even try to ask us to move anything, just rode rough rode over everything.

This company did everything they said they would. They were on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. There was only one slight problem, and it was taken care of quickly and professionally. I had noticed one of the door panels had some cosmetic scratches on it while the installer was here. He said he would use some touch up paint and it would look like new. I contacted the sales rep, Bruce, and let him know I was not completely comfortable with that. He assured me that if I could still see the scratches, they would replace the panel. The next day I called Bruce and let him know that indeed I could still see the scratches. The installer was back out in two days and the panel was replaced. I was very pleased with how they handled this issue. All my phone calls were returned promptly, and I was treated with respect. The garage door looks great and works great!

I can not remember the man's name; however he was great!! He came 10 minutes early, very polite and the price was exactly what I was quoted. It was worth every dime! My garage door works perfectly and it was in bad shape. He also answered all the questions I had.

Jim, the work person, was on time and finished within an hour. He added an extra safety cable to the door so that if the springs or cables broke they would not fly out of control. He was very pleasant and efficient in his work. We were very satisfied with the work.

What a joy to work with these people! They did everything they said they would and more! Toby called to set up a time and followed up the day before to remind me (which I needed!). The installer was 5 minutes early (great!). They did an excellent job, talked us through the entire process, showed us what they replaced, how it works and what NOT to do with our new door & opener. They were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I will recommend them to everyone I know, and even those I've never met (my fellow Angie's List seekers). A+++++++! We're very, VERY happy with our experience and our new garage door.

THIS TECHNICIAN SAID THAT HE WASN'T GOOD AT WARRANTY WORK. HE WAS MORE INVOLVED IN INSTALLATION. THE COMPANY WAS INSTRUCTED TO SEND SOMEONE SKILLED IN WARRANTY WORK, AND THEY FAILED TO DO THAT AND NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. DEFINITELY AN "F" SITUATION.

THESE GUYS CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND INSTALLED TWO OVERHEAD DOORS INTO OUR SHOP. THEY KEPT THEIR APPOINTMENT, INSTALLED THE DOORS PROFESSIONALLY, AND WERE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL OF OUR PROPERTY.

I HAVE USED THEM TWICE BEFORE AND OTHER PEOPLE HAVE USED THEM AND EVERYBODY IS ALWAYS PLEASED. THE PRICE IS ALWAYS GOOD, SO IS THE QUALITY. I THINK HE CALLED ME BACK THE NEXT AFTERNOON WITH THE QUOTE. THAT WAS PRETTY GOOD. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP WELL, AND TOOK ALL TRASH OUT.

I WOULD SAY THEY WERE FINE. ID GIVE THEM AN "A." OVERALL, IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. MY EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE AND ID SAY THAT YOU WOULD PROBABLY HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM TOO.

IT WAS GOOD. THEY DID THEIR JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY ALSO DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE OUTCOME. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS PRODUCT. HE CAME OUT AND FIXED IT. HE WAS ALSO VERY PUNCTUAL.

THEY HAD BETTER BROCHURES. THAT IS WHY I PICKED THEM. I CALLED AROUND A BUNCH OF PLACES, AND THEY HAD THE MOST REASONABLE RATES. THE GARAGE IS DETACHED IN THE REAR, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO MATCH THE NEW GARAGE DOORS TO THE STYLE OF MY HOUSE, WHICH IS OVER 100 YEARS OLD.

IT WAS FABULOUS. THEY MET ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO, AND THEY DID IT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WOULD DO AND HOW IT WOULD LOOK. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORKED VERY CAREFULLY. THE DOORS LOOK GREAT, WORKS LIKE A CHARM AND OUR HOUSE LOOKS 100% BETTER THAN BEFORE.

THE TELEPHONE PERSONNEL HELPED ME DECIDE WHETHER TO REPAIR MY OLD GARAGE DOOR OPENER OR PURCHASE A NEW ONE. WHEN WE HAD PROBLEMS A FEW MONTHS AFTER THE INSTALLATION, THEY COACHED ME IN HOW TO TEST WHETHER IT WAS A PROBLEM I COULD FIX OR REQUIRED A REPAIRMAN. THE REPAIRMAN SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND ACCOMPLISHED THE TASK IN A PROMPT MANNER. THE ONLY DRAWBACK WAS THE FIRST VISIT ENTAILED A WAIT OF ABOUT A WEEK.
