Description of Work: Installed 2 qty 8'x7' 190 series Thermacore garage doors + 1 qty belt-drive garage door opener. Overhead Door sales group gave a comprehensive quote and was very informative during my 2 visits to their shop (to view the hardware, opener, door construction). I was quickly fit into the schedule; installers were prompt & polite. They made a follow-up adjustment when I requested it. Overall, a very positive experience!

Description of Work: They serviced my three garage doors and then were going to fix one of my remotes. They said my remotes were outdated and sold me new ones that dont work that perfectly. I take some of the blame because I just never had the time to call them back and straighten it out. |

THE DOOR WAS A WHOLE LOT QUETER THAN BEFORE, I ALSO WAS HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY REMOTES. HE REPLACED THE BATERIES AND ADJUSTED THE CHAIN AND SPROCKETS, AND DIDN'T CHARGE EXTA FOR THAT, I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE

Description of Work: They replaced and upgraded our garage door driven through by our teen driver. The frame needed refitting. The roller tracks were twisted and replaced and a new motor. They removed the wreckage and vacuumed.

Description of Work: My 13 year old garage door opener failed. The installer for a new opener was prompt, in fact was able to come two hours earlier, and he called ahead of time. He offered the option of repairing the faulty gear or replacing the entire opener. Since the part could fail again or other parts due to age, I chose to simply go ahead and replace the opener. I appreciated Joe giving me options. He was also kind enough to start the gas power washer I was trying to use. He started it before he began his work, then started it again for me before he left. Later in the day the opener would not open at all using the remote control. I called Joe and he came back within 20 minutes and quickly remedied the problem. Joe is an outstanding service provider and I highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Salem.

Description of Work: The cable came off the spool. The service tech completed the repair and tightened all the screws and nuts. Did an excellent job for a good price. I have used them before and will use them again. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Have used Overhead Door in past years to replace master springs and they did a great job. Called them yesterday to schedule an apt to check out our double garage door that was clunking when we open and closed it. Jerry suggested before they came out to make sure the bolts were tight on the door and hinges. That indeed was the problem so we didn't need a housecall. Thank you very much for saving us time and money!!!!

Description of Work: He repaired a thrown cable on one of two old garage doors. Then, fine tuned both doors, tightened every bolt in sight and lubricated the gear drive mechanism. A great job by the technician David. The bill was exactly the same as the quote from the dispatcher Jerry. I thought both employees were very courteous and professional. Service was prompt and the workmanship was outstanding. Our doors have not run as well since we have owned this house. The actual price quote was $92, but I also decided to buy another remote control, which added $30 to the bill.
