Member, I'm really shocked at this review. After speaking to you on the phone and discussing project through email it was determined that you were out of our response area. Through the course of conversation I even offered to assist you in finding another cleaning service closer to your rural home. For all our customers please see email conversation with the customer. I was looking over your Angie's List purchase and see that you are out in Gaston. Generally we don't service the outlying areas without a travel fee. I wanted to be up front with you on that before we got you on the schedule. We would have to assess travel time from the Hwy 26 area to your place and back to cover additional fuel and employee costs. You say "generally" we don't service the outlying areas without a travael fee" This was not stipulated in your presentation with Angie's list. The fact that the fee for services only covers 100 lin. ft. of gutter cleaning is excessive in itself. I would suggest that you absorb the travel fee, and come out and clean the 100' of gutters. I would be happy to come out and clean your gutters but I have to cover my employee costs, fuel, and time.
