Moss Busters

We recently had our roof cleaned and treated by Moss Busters. It was a good experience from them time we requested the quote through the completion of the job. They were very responsive and professional. The team showed up on time, worked hard the whole time and did a thorough job of clean up afterwards. They even cleaned out the gutters. The work was very good and the price was competitive. Highly recommend Moss Busters.

This is a well run company with prompt response and prompt service. Everybody was friendly. They were the most expensive of the bids I got but I felt that I could trust them and that they would be around in a couple of years if there were issues etc. Would definitely use them again.

Response was fast, work was very good. But look out for the up-sell. Upon arrival, I got a phone call from the scheduler trying to increase the price based on conditions he was aware of from previous visits. Then came the requests to apply moss treatment and rubber gaskets around all the vent pipes. The work was good, but they obviously look to increase the price once they get the job.

Moss Busters was recommended to me by my sister. I subsequently looked them up on Angie's List where I found they have great ratings. I called them to set up a quote, and they sent someone out that evening who gave me a reasonable quote right away for the cleaning of my roof and gutters. I set up the appointment for two days later, and the team arrived on time and ready to work despite the high August heat. They wore special boots to avoid damage to the roof, and worked quickly on a big project. They found damage to some vents and repaired these after gaining my permission. They were courteous, hard-working, and did an excellent job. The cost of repairs as well as cleaning and then treating the roof came to a bit over $600. I would recommend them to anyone.

The crew was very polite and professional. They took time to explain how they were going to proceed and answered all my questions. After the roof cleaning was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up all debris from their work. I was very impressed with the quality of their work.

This is the second time I've used this company to pressure wash my roof. They provided excellent service each time. Keaton and his partner were very professional and personable. They did a great job. Keaton recommended that I have my concrete driveway pad done too. I concurred and was very glad I did. When they were done my roof, dormers, and concrete driveway pad looked brand new!! I would highly recommend this company to any one.

Personnel very considerate & took the time to listen to my concerns, then followed through providing excellent service. Discussed all work before starting plus notified me of any additional roofing issues while doing work. I would highly recommend for roofing moss upkeep & gutter cleaning/repairs. It's hard to find companies that really care about satisfying the customer & Moss Busters is a keeper for sure!!

This is a very oriented company with good customer service and perform well done job. From the initial estimate, email with an estimate and phone calls ahead of time and followed up phone call. The two man crews spent 3hrs+ to scrubbed, light pressure washed, moss chemical treatment on top of the roof lines (white powder) . They also took photos before and after to show me and replaced the stack rubber seals that were cracked for $15/each. They replaced 3 seals for me for $45. When done, they pressure-washed surrounding areas around the house and left everything clean and neat. I am really happy with the work and cleanliness. We will definitely hire them again in 5 years and would recommend to family and friends.

Estimator Keaton Entze was prompt to estimate the work for the removal of moss and treatment of a 1945-built English style dwelling with a steep pitched roof in addition to an attached garage (via breezeway). The final bid included a powder treatment that was warranted for 2 years. On moss removal day, Keaton and crew showed up promptly at 8 a.m. and went right to work. Following initial brushing of larger bits of moss, the crew was soft pressure washing near the highest peaks of my roof. I had personally removed moss from the 15+ year-old roof about 8 years ago but never as thoroughly as Keaton and crew, who managed to remove 99+ percent of the moss bits (i.e. estimated) within a 6 hour time frame. They also cleaned up the grounds afterward and were very professional throughout the process. These guys are worthy of a call if you need moss removed from your roof.

This is a very SERVICE ORIENTED company. They were prompt, courteous, professional and delivered outstanding results. We had some special situations for 4,000+ home and they made everything better than new. During the actual work, there were some issues with gutters that had not been discovered, and the staff took the extra time to remdy, above and beyond with no additional costs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It went great! We had 2 companies give us a quote for de-mossing and gutter cleaning and Moss Busters quoted half the price of another. They were punctual, professional, clearly let us know all that they were doing and they did a great job. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Scheduling the estimate was easy. They arrived on time. The scheduled work happened on time.They worked hard and efficiently. They found a couple loose shingles and fixed those. Placed screens over downspouts. Very pleasant people to work with.

Vitaliy and the team were excellent. They were very quick to estimate the work, provided a detailed estimate, were available to complete the job without delay and did an excellent job. We have a larger roof and gutters that are very difficult to reach in places. They tackled the job with efficiency and even found and temporarily repaired a small problem on the roof. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to the region.

Very happy with Moss Busters - they were able to schedule my job promptly, they showed up on time, and left the jobsite clean. They also provided pictures of vent boots that need replacing - something I wouldn't have known without going up on the roof myself.

Great! A team of two came out and got the roof sparkly clean. I was a little worried about the amount of pressure used by their hose--the estimate specified low pressure, but I noticed some roof texture on the ground where it was sprayed off. Like I said though, it's an old roof so I can't imagine cleaning it without that happening.

It went very well, they came and did the job that was needed. The roof looked so much better!
