Description of Work: They cleaned our shingled roof, which had not been cleaned in over five years. We have trees around our property, so it was pretty bad. They started cleaning in the morning and finished at about 8pm. It was a huge job. Once he had cleaned the roof he cleaned up the debris and the splatter on the house beautifully. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters on our two-story house as part of Angie's Big Deal for $149. I paid extra to have some screens put on downspout openings and to have him clean two skylights. They were very punctual, courteous, and professional. He gave me a report on the condition of our roof, as promised. I was very satisfied and will use Superior Clean again.

Description of Work: Cleaned and pressure washed 220 lineal feet of a 6 foot tall cedar fence with a 12 inch lattice top. Some areas of our fence were near crowed gardens. They did an excellent job of protecting our plants near the fence line while getting the fence evenly cleaned. This is the second time we've used Superior. Would recommend this company.

Description of Work: I bought the deal for 150' feet of gutter cleaning and roof inspection. The inspection revealed that I had debris of the roof and some moss. I opted to have the roof cleaned and for the moss treatment. This was scheduled for my day off and I was warned in advance that since I was an afternoon appointment they may be delayed. As it turns out, I was called a half hour before my appointment and told they were delayed; a new time for the same day was set. I was called before arrival to let me know they were 15 minutes away. It took about two hours once they got started. My gutters were quite dirty, my yard bin was well over half full and heavy when they were done.

Description of Work: Vitaliy helped us with a large driveway that had numerous cracks and large fissures. At first, he planned on simply filling the small cracks and waterproofing the driveway. However, after realizing that the condition of the driveway was worse than originally considered, he recommended that we have a hardener applied. He did extensive research to determine the right product and application process to insure that we would be satisfied with the results. The finished work is excellent and,after the initial rainstorm of the season, I can tell that the life of the driveway has been extended. Vitaliy has also provided pressure washing services around the property and has done an excellent job. We have recommended him to our homeowners' association with complete confidence that he will provide great service for our neighbors.
