I engaged Mossbusters for the second year, this time to clean the gutters for 2 houses. During my interaction with them they were very prompt, professional and helpful. They did the work as scheduled and sent me before/after pictures for the jobs. They contacted me during the job to ask if I want new strainers. Based on my experience to-date, I recommend their services.

Team notified us as they were on the way. As they were working on the gutters, they notified us that they found the presence of moss growth on the roof and discussed options for treating the growth. We agreed to have them provide their moss growth service as well as the gutter cleaning they were there to do. They were efficient and detailed in their work and we felt the value to quality in their pricing met our expectations. We will be using their service again.

Alex and Cole called before arriving and did a great job on the roof cleaning and treatment. They did a really thorough clean up of all the leaves, needles and debris around the house and yard. I would hire them again.

We are return customers to Moss Busters. A few years ago we had to defer maintenance on our house painting. Moss Busters pressure washed our old paint and roof clean, cleared the gutters, and got the moss off the walkways and driveway. The place looked brand new for a tiny fraction of the price of painting. This year, we did the painting, but still needed clean gutters, walkways and a roof check. Moss Busters was able to come the day after we called, and stayed in touch about the project, just like before. Price is still very good. Vitaliy also had a helpful recommendation for a window washer. We'll be back again as Moss Busters customers.

Moss Busters has provided the best roof and gutter cleaning that we have ever received. The technician, Joseph, worked so hard and did an excellent job: on time, friendly, experienced. Cleaned up every bit of the debris and the roof looks new again. I definitely recommend them and will hire again.

Moss busters did a good job. They arrived on time and the job took about seven hours for a fairly large and steep roof. They used scrubbing and power washing to clean the moss off and then treated the roof with zinc. Finally, they did a very thorough job of cleaning up the landscaping around the house.

Very good experience. Moss Busters answered all questions I had about the process as I was concerned that cleaning could damage the roof. They brushed excess moss, soft-washed (large vol of water, low pressure) with detergent, then applied moss inhibitor. Cleaned gutters. Roof looks great!

We're very pleased with Moss Busters. Keaton was our serviceman and he did a great job. Very courteous as well. We had a couple up-charges for new gutter downspout strainer screens and some additional linear footage beyond the Angie's List deal. Neither were a surprise and I felt the charges were reasonable. Our house is a typical 2-story 2200 sq ft home. I have used Moss Busters previously and would not hesitate to use them again.

Well. I've used this group two or three times now. The gutters are cleaned well and my 5-year-old roof looks great despite the fact that there are branches overhead and I live in wet West Linn, OR.

Mossbusters cleaned and treated roofs on two buildings. During my interaction with them they were very prompt, professional and helpful. They did the work as scheduled and sent me before/after pictures for the jobs. Their charges were “in the middle” of the quotes I got. I am hopeful that as promised, the work was done such that no damage was caused to the roof and that the applied treatment will work as assumed. Unfortunately I cannot go up to the roof to check any of this, so trust and reliability is really important. Make sure you carefully read how any Angie’s discount and price matching work and if you don’t understand, ask instead of making assumptions. Based on my experience to-date, I recommend their services.

It went great! It has been a few months since Mossbusters cleaned our roof, but the quality of the service so exceeded my expectations that I have carried this review on my to do list until now. In the paste have had other services "clean" our roof and supposedly put some pretreatment to prevent moss. We have a tree that sits over our roof on one side and I thought that there was some debris from the last winter that may have promoted the growth of moss. Thus, while they were more expensive, I reached out to them. Unlike many other services, they returned my email on a timely basis and actually showed up for the bid at the designated time and place. I did not need to call them or even wait for them. This was not the case with the two other services that I had contacted. When it came time for the actual work to be performed, again they showed up on time. I left for work, confident that they would do the work without needing a babysitter. When I came home that night, it looked like I had a new roof. They did such an excellent job. I wish I had before and after shots to include here for you see. Remember also, that this was even though we had taken good care of our roof and routinely had it "cleaned" by other services. I cannot say enough good things about Mossbusters. They do great work, they are easy to work with and they are reliable. I strongly recommend using them for your roof needs.

I had hired Moss Busters when we first moved to Oregon 5 years back. They did a great job cleaning the roof and removing some moss. We live with a lot of large fir trees around the house so the shingle roof gets loaded with fir needles which gather in the valleys and pile up against the gutters. I was unable to locate contact info for Moss Busters and ended up using another service for a few years. I was happy to find Moss Busters again as they will wash the roof with very gentle high volume, low pressure water which is the only way to get those needles off the shingles. They do a great job, clean up well afterwards, and I am very pleased to have found them again. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd year I've worked with Vitaly of Moss Busters and his crew. I am a huge fan of this company. They are professional, punctual, and are excellent communicators. And, they do fantastic work. Today Ivan cleaned our 2 story-house's gutters (which fill up thanks to our large Douglas-Fir tree) and gently de-mossed the roof and pressure-washed our hardwood deck and stairs to remove algae which can make the deck dangerously slippery. Ivan called to tell me about each job and highlighted a few concerning things he noted with my roof shingles and where the algae had bleached the hardwoods in a few places.. This was not his job, but very helpful to me. Thank you Ivan and thank you Mossbusters!

I was impressed with the professionalism and communication of the management and then from their onsite employees who completed our job. I was prepared to pay upwards of $900 but there was an additional charge that I approved at the completion of the original job. I was very satisfied.
