It went very well, they came and did the job that was needed. The roof looked so much better!

I paid for an extended cleaning to remove pine needles caught between shakes. This was not done properly on the first attempt. When I notified Vitaliy (the owner), he sent his crew back and re-did the cleaning at no additional charge. The second try was prefect. His employees are pleasant and professional, and they removed all debris which had come off the roof and left the property spotless.

Vitally answered my request for quote promptly and met with me right away to assess the job. He assured me that his crew could do the work rain or shine... which they did do. They removed the existing moss, treated both roofs with moss retardant, cleaned out the gutters and downspouts and swept up and removed all debris. Now our roofs look good as new! Good job.

I spoke with Vitality on the phone - he was professional and patient in answering all my questions. They showed up on time, were courteous and professional while performing the required work. It's been a little over a month and no issues with the gutters and the roof continues to be moss free. I definitely plan on hiring them again.

The technician was great. The gutters got cleaned and roof inspected. We have the moss removed regularly so there was minimal moss. We did have one broken vent cover and they do not fix those. However, since it was raining we provided some tape and he taped the hole over on the vent for us. This was very nice of him and gives us time to get it repaired. The only minor issue was the punctuality. We were schedule for 9-11 and at 11 we called them and it would be later in the afternoon. They ended up arriving around 1. They said they can do the work without anyone being home but we wanted to talk about the roof inspection and considering we had an issue, we were glad we could be home. We bought an Angies List deal for the cleaning and inspection.

Quick and clean work! Gutters cleaned which were full of leaves. Also as I had questions about our roof from a roofing job this last summer, he kindly took photos of the very top of our roof and flashing to answer our questions and texted them to me. Will hire again!

Overall, things went great! In comparing prices for gutter cleaning and moss removal, I felt this company was reasonably priced. I felt that they were a safer company to use on my asphalt shingles based on how they clean & remove moss, compared to other companies. They were on time & worked within the quoted time frame. They did a thorough job, were professional & my roofs look beautiful! They cleaned up the work site, even washing down the sides of the house before they left. I will definitely use this company again.

They showed up on time. The guys were okay, but not really great at their job...a little snarky. I asked why they weren't just blowing out the gutters when they blew off the roof and they said that the roof clean wasn't part of the job. I recall that it was last year. I mentioned this to mgmt. and they said they were sorry for the confusion but could come back out for a fee. Now I do the gutters and roof of my garage with a backpack blower. It takes no time at all, is a better job and costs the contractor a fraction of the manhours. Why they fool around with scoops and no blower is beyond me. Could cost way less, be quicker and work in everyone's favor!

They forgot to do the gutters on the garage and some residue remained in the house gutters. They returned to do the garage gutters and remedy the house gutters. They were responsive.

Vendor did a good job. Material from the gutters nearly filled a yard debris can so it was long overdo. The crew cleaned up after the project and left the place looking good.

The work was very good, they screwed up my estimate though and asked for more money after the job was started. They were nice about it but still a quote should be done right.

Called Moss Busters and provided my address and explained nature of my needs. Within about a week I received a through description of the services, an available option and of course the estimate. The estimate was a little higher than the others (with one exception) but the estimate was more detailed than all the others and I decided to go with Moss Busters. The service was scheduled for Monday afternoon. I got a phone call about 30 minutes prior to their arrival. It was raining and I had concerns. The two Moss Busters technicians, Alex and Jon arrived and completely relieved my concerns about their ability to do their work in the inclement weather. Alex and Jon immediately went to work and did an outstanding job. The large Northern Exposed section of my roof was caked in moss. Using a combination of pressure and a detergent, Jon "busted up" the moss and made my roof look like it did when it was first installed. Using a stiff brush with a long handle, Alex broke up the accumulated moss on other parts of the roof. A roof moss inhibitor was applied after the house was sprayed and cleaned up. There was quite a mess all around from all the roof moss and debris. But I must say they cleaned everything up afterward to perfection. These two guys really work well together. They both are very hard working, personable and professional. Vitally take note-these two guys are great! They represent your company so well! I could not be any more satisfied with the work performed by the Moss Busters' Crew. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this Company for your roof cleaning needs. My interaction with Moss Busters was top notch from the first encounter. They make a commitment, and then show up. They keep in touch throughout the process - the technicians were late for my scheduled treatment and weren't able to start, but even then I rate them high because they didn't try to weasel out or blame it on their "schedulers" or office staff - they were just honest about the situation and made an immediate effort to rebook in a short amount of time and get the work done, which they did. The technician did a thorough job removing the moss (my roof was VERY overdue - last service was 6 years ago) and applied treatment. Looks like brand new roof. THEN the cleanup was also very thorough - rinsed the house down, shrubbery, walks, etc and ran the blower and raked to ensure that the moss was really removed from the premises. I hope they're still around in a couple of years so I can keep up on service. (Unlike Roof Life of Oregon who dropped my metro neighborhood from it's service area)
