Moss Busters

Vitaliy contacted me promptly about my inquiry for services and provided a quote on the date promised. He was professional, courtesy and honest in his quote. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" a service. The service was provided on the day promised and our yard was left pristine, no debris from the service. I wish I would have taken pictures of the roof before and after the services were provided. We will definitely use Moss Busters for our next moss removal and/or gutter cleaning services.

Hired Moss Busters to clean moss from my roof and to do work on a couple of neighbors homes as well. All of us were very happy with how thorough they were - moving potted plants/deck furniture, cleaning and treating the moss on our roof, assessing the remaining life of the shingles, and especially the clean-up. Roof looks pretty clean from down below and I saw the quantity of material that was knocked off the roof at the halfway point of the job and it was fairly impressive. What was most impressive was the cleanup job done after that. I was somewhat dismayed that I had forgotten to bring in the two deck chairs, the chairs and deck were an absolute mess before cleaning. HOWEVER, after they were done with the job, you literally could not tell they had even been there. It was basically a spotless cleanup, I was extremely impressed. They also showed up on time, which was super helpful in planning around my work. They ended up being just a few dollars more than one of the other bids I got, but the difference was slight and I'm really happy I went with them.

They cleaned off all the roof. So, all the moss, all the debris. They also cleaned the gutters of the house and the attached garage. They threw moss killer on the roof and installed micro meshed gutter screens on the main house only.

The team was very careful, professional and quick with their work. They even found a few things to recommend to make the work they'd done last longer and took care of that. Really felt comfortable and appreciative.

Excellent. The person called before arrival. Arrival was within the 2 hour window stated when the service was scheduled.

In a few corner areas the gutters were cleaned and debris was left on the side of the house in those corners. Also one extreme corner edge was left plugged up.

We have used Moss Busters for over a year now, and have been very happy with their service. I find myself regularly adding things to the list of tasks they do for us, because they are so thorough, reasonably priced, and reliable. I HIGHLY recommend them. I would like to tell you that we live in a heavily wooded area between two city parks, and our neighborhood is filled with evergreen trees. Vitaly and his team visit our house five times a year to clean our roof, skylights, gutters, and downspouts because needles are so prevalent here, you can scoop them up with a shovel! It's unlikely you're home is doing such battle with nature, so feel confident in Moss Busters' ability to make your property shine!

Moss Busters were very understanding in realizing I did things backwards, and separate, and should have done all that at once with roof treatment being the last step. I appreciate their working with me on pricing regarding the follow-up visit for the major work. The outcome of their work was great. All surfaces were clean and attractive with no sign of moss.

The owner is very responsive. It took a few weeks to get on the schedule. This was the second year they cleaned our gutters. We have a three story house and there were no additional charges. Highly recommend .
