 + 0 moreEvan has always been successful here finding and catching my mole/vole but this time the critter has moved on somewhere else. If he comes back I'll call Evan once again.
Description of Work: I've used Evan for years now, every time we have a mole problem. He's prompt, pleasant and professional. This time however it appears my mole moved on before we could catch him. Evan was here weekly to check the traps and would not let me pay him because this time we were unable to catch the mole. There's been no sign of mole activity for quite some time. I will always call Evan when I have this trouble.

Approximately one week later he returned to remove the traps and told me to call if I had further problems with moles. There was no additional charge if there was a additional mole activity within the thirty day service period.
Description of Work: Set mole traps. Returned several days later to remove moles and tamp down holes. Price was good for thirty days. Moles gone!

 + -1 moreAfter an assessment of our mole situation, Mole Busters placed traps in the back yard and within a week had captured and removed the mole. Very professional and responsive. We would definitely use them again if another mole or other vermin appear. If you need a mole removed quickly and at a fair price, use Mole Busters!

 + -1 moreEvan was very responsive and came over three times and didn't charge us at all. This approach by a service company convinced me that he is honest and will do an honest, thorough job.
Description of Work: I called and explained that I have a mole in my back yard. Evan said it would be a good idea to fill in the mounds before he lays a trap in case the mole has moved on. He told me to call if I saw more activity after that. I called him back within 3 days, reporting activity. He came out right away and it was pouring down rain. We determined it was too muddy to try to lay a trap, so we waited a few days for the rains to ease. When he came back to actually lay the trap, he didn't see new activity since the last time he was here. He filled the mounds that were there and said to call if we see more later. We are all hopeful that the critter has moved on.

 + 0 moreI have used this company 3 times. When I discover a new molehill, I call and request service. They come within a couple of days and set a trap (or more, if needed). The traps are checked weekly for 30 days. Meanwhile I watch for new eruptions and notify them if new activity is seen. New areas are then trapped. Each time I've used their services, they have trapped one mole.
Description of Work: Molebusters set traps in new molehill(s) and checked traps once a week for 30 days. When a mole was found it was removed and the trap reset.

 + -1 moreThey never caught the mole but I didn't have anymore problems with it. I paid for the trap to be there for 4 weeks but they only kept it out for 1 week. He did tell me that if the mole came back that he would put the trap back out.

Description of Work: I had my yard landscaped last July only to find a mole had set up house a short time later. I thought there were several moles as there were holes everywhere. I looked on several websites and found the consensus was the only thing that works are traps. I purchased a few and decided I enjoyed 10 digits so they sat unused. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore. I called Evan and he was there the next day. He said it was probably just one mole; maybe 2. After he left I didn't see any new activity. I waited a few days and yesterday I looked at the traps. One of them had the biggest mole I've ever seen. GREAT JOB, EVAN!

 + -1 moreI did not have any problem making an appointment for them to come out to the house. They did end up catching the mole after about two months. He seemed like he knew what he was doing, placing more than one trap. I have used this company for a while. The price used to be that if a mole returned withing 30 days after catching the mole you did not have to pay. This policy seems to have changed recently, so the price does not seem quite as reasonable. My overall experience with this company has been fine and I like how they are prompt in taking action.
Description of Work: This charge is until the mole is caught. They were getting rid of a mole problem.

 + -1 moreI contacted Evan via email over a weekend. He was very punctual in his response and within several business days came to my house to survey the issue. He set two traps, thoroughly explaining his site selections and services. He returned one week later (as he said he would), removed one trap and one mole, leaving another in place. He removed the empty trap a week later, but at that point I noticed more tunnels in another portion of my yard. I contacted him that day and since it was within my one month window, he came back out and set a trap in that area. We're still awaiting the results, but so far, no more tunnels!
Description of Work: Land survey, trap setting, checked traps, removed traps, removed captured critter and (unfortunately) re-set traps.

 + -1 moreExcellent! Evan arrived the day after I called him and set the first trap. When I saw new mole activity in other parts of the yard, I called him to report that. He came and set more traps. The mole caught may have been the only mole. We have had no more mole activity for two weeks.
