The whole process went smoothly.

I can't say enough about these folks. From the owners to John the sales rep, Robin the templator and Dave and his boys with the install crew they were flat awesome. So professional it was great. They had me come down to see their showroom where I got to actually meet the owners and talk with them . They gave me great ideas for the design and colors that would work well in my kitchen and also expained the pros and cons of the different surfaces ie. granite vs marble vs quartz etc. Then John came out for a field measure and gave me a bid which was much more competitive than the other 2 companies on Angieslist that I contacted. they tore out my old counters and 7 days later I had beautiful granite in my kitchen. The install went so smoothly I couldn't believe it! Dave put tarps down on all surfaces they used to walk on and hung plastic up to prevent dust from going to other parts of the house because they had to cut my cooktop hole on site. I am a contractor as well so I really interviewed every stone shop that I had out, 3 total and milan is the only ones I felt comfortable with in my home. They took the time to get every detail right and were very patient with me in trying to select a stone. I liked how accessable John and Aaron were throughout the project I could count on one of them answering the phone each time when I would call and that is nice! The other 2 companies I would have to leave several messages before they would get back to me. It is amazing to me that Milan's price was better than the other guys while their service was way better too. I think it really shows when the owner Aaron is an actual part of the everyday operation not just at home counting money! These guys aren't the big dawgs as far as number of employees go but the small business feel really made me feel like my job wasn't just another check like the other guys around town. Definitely will refer them to my friends, family and customers with great praise. Thank you Aaron and Jen for a job well done!

Milan was an excellent company to work with on our kitchen remodel. All the employees we dealt with were extremely professional and helpful. David Miller helped us with the estimate and granite selection while Robin assisted with the design and did the template. Owners, Aaron and Jen were great to work with. They let us tour the fabrication shop and explained each step of the granite cutting and polishing process. Milan Stoneworks did excellent quality work, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. I would recommend them without reservation.

We received a quote and they had the best price for the job. They were able to also call other contractors to do some other work we needed to have done. When we got our order, we found that the granite was defective. It took them no time at all to get the another countertop to us and get it installed. Overall, they gave us quality work and the everything went very smoothly. I would use this company again in the future.

They were outstanding. The first most important thing about them is that they have outstanding communication with you. I believe that their recommendation on where to look for stones were the best. Even though we went to other places their recommendations were spot on. Their pricing was extremely fair and the quality was outstanding. I would absolutely use them again; actually, I am planning to use them.

Robin was unbelievably responsive and helpful. He visited twice and did some testing in between on products that could restore the stone to its original beauty. He was very generous with his time and very knowledge. Milan went above and beyond what I would have expected. I am now enjoying my better than new stonme counters. I would not hesitate to hire them next time.

Everything went great. The work is beautiful and they were on time and on budget. They made an extra trip to check on a concern I had after installation. They had lots of choices for us for edges and lots of information on how to care for the stone. Super easy and professional to work with.

Excellent from start to finish. Great customer service; every aspect of the job was done on time and on budget. Every member of the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. A huge savings was created for us when Milan offered to let us use a "scrap" piece of white marble which would fit the measurements we needed for the pass-through. All other counter-top companies would have made us order a brand-new slab for this small section rather than offer an unused piece which was already in their warehouse.
