Great- they were able to fit me in on a Saturday which was nice of them. It was a quick fix and reasonable cost. I highly recommend and will use them again if needed. I needed a new part to my furnace.

I called in advance to scheduled a consultation to install AC in a new home I was purchasing. I met with the owner, Brad, within a couple days of moving in, which happened to fall in the middle of an extreme heat wave. I also consulted with another well reviewed company. The reason I went with Midway is that while I felt no sales pressure or attempt to up sell me to products I didn't need for my small home (not true of the other company), he was very informative and fair on the price. Because of the heatwave the local heating/cooling companies were booked out on their installations. Midway had an opening, however, and we scheduled it. Then I got a call that there was a schedule mix up and they had double booked, so instead of pushing me out further, Brad arranged the installation for the next day! I still had to wait several days for the electricians, who while hooking up the unit unknowingly managed to break wires in the attic that ran from the gas furnace to the thermostat, and didn't hang around to see why they couldn't get the new AC unit to fire up. Midway immediately sent their man out, who painstakingly tracked down the problem. Then he ended up pulling a new wire through the attic (blown fiberglass up there) in sweltering heat. He also discovered that there was a problem at the unit with the breaker the electricians had installed. They had to come back the next day and take care of that. MIdway did not charge me for their tech's time or the work he did. He said it was part of the installation! Everyone at Midway was super nice and helpful. They went out of their way to to get my AC installed as quickly as possible. I will also note that about eight years ago they installed a new furnace at my old house, and that experience was very good as well. I highly recommend them for their integrity, professionalism, and quality work.

Everything was fine and they were very good. They did a good job and they did it quickly, promptly, and we liked them. We've used them for years. It wasn't a first time thing. We got our first service from them. We've used them for a long time. I think they're the same as everybody else in price.

I like that they are like a neighborhood company, they are not that far a way from where I live. The guy who came to work on my furnace lives four houses down from me. They are really friendly. They are prompt. They explain thing and they give really good service. I have been using them since I moved in to my house. It has been 15 years that I have been using them.

I like the people that come out. They have work uniform. They come out, they do their job. They explain things to you so that you understand exactly if there is something wrong that they can fix it and how they are going to fix it.

Our furnace (new 5 years ago) stopped working this morning (a Friday no less) for no easily discovered reason. After checking what I could, I called Midway Heating (the original installer) hoping a technician would be available---no go, all out on jobs, and it would be Monday before they could come. A short time later they called back; a technician had come available unexpectedly, and could arrive mid afternoon.
The technician quickly looked at the situation, and after a bit of research discovered the problem. He had the part with him, installed it, and the furnace quickly started.
Midway is a true customer-oriented company. With them I care less about cost, because I know I am getting value and quality.

It went great fom the beginning. The fellow that installed the furnace was very knowledgable. I will definately use this company in any future furnace repairs or installs. When tech was done he asked me if I had any questions. It was just a good all around experience that we had. Brad the owner is a great guy.

This is a company that understands the word service. First of all, they answered the phone on Sunday after 5 pm, and a technician was talking to us within the hour. The next day, they called us back at 8 am to find out if we still needed their help. They scheduled us for the afternoon, but an hour or so later called back to say that Brad (the owner) was pitching in and doing service calls. He spent about an hour trouble-shooting, and determined that the problem was a bad board. He went back to the office and returned with a board within the hour. He installed it and then fine-tuned our system so that it is now working better than ever. I heartily recommend this local business.

Brad sat with us for over 2 hours explaining the process to us. We normally get several bids and Brad was the first to come out. We felt so comfortable with him and felt he was going to do a good job we called him and hired him 30 minutes later. Brad was honest with us from the start and we think they should get a double A+ rating! The work went just like clock work and it was completed on time. The guys who came out were courteous and very clean with the job. Told us to ask as many questions as possible. We would recommend them in a heart beat!

This contractor, Midway Heating, installed our Lennox forced air furnace in 2009. My husband wanted to take care of maintenance but he passed away recently. I did not see anything wrong with the furnace, but I decided it should be checked, so I called Midway to request a maintenance check. Roger from Midway courteously telephoned me the morning of our appointment to tell me he was on his way. He arrived timely with all needed tools. He automatically put booties on his shoes to keep my carpeting clean, which I appreciate. During his inspection of my furnace, he explained what he was doing, which I also appreciate. It was obvious to me from his conversation and his efficient actions that he knew exactly what to check and what to replace. The condensor needed replacing, and it was under warranty, so I was not charged for it. The filter was extremely dirty, so it was replaced at a reasonable charge. I am very happy with Midway Heating to begin with, from when they installed the furnace, and I continue to be happy with Midway Heating after Roger's maintenance work today. I strongly recommend this company.

When they came to install the furnace, the 2 installers were excellent and efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend their services. The only complaint i have would be that the fan makes a powering down whine (not loud, just a slightly noticable one) that is just the nature of the equipment. I wish I had been told about that prior to our decision. But now that I know about why it makes the sound, I am used to it.

We highly recommend Midway Heating. We have not used nor will we use any other heating and A/C company in the PMA. They arrived when they said they would. We were a bit surprised they would come from far SE Portland all the way to Tualatin without an extra charge. The installation and test runs of the furnace, air conditioner and small repair to the A/C junction box were performed perfectly. These guys were experienced professionals. We have not had one issue with our Lennox units.

I was looking for the most efficient equipment available. Brad at Midway liked the 98% efficient furnace but advised that the 21 SEER AC and MERV 16 air cleaner was way over the top in his view, however, if that's what I wanted he would put it in correctly. His price (this stuff is expensive) was better than two other offers. He went the extra distance to make sure I got the manufacturer rebates before they expired. Excellent clean, professional and timely installation, even with difficulty removing the old furnace and routing a new exhaust vent. Everything was finished perfectly.
