Excellent. They did a GREAT job. When an old stain resurfaced, they came out again the next day to fix it. There was no extra charge. Really appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, and focus on quality.

I was able to schedule a service time that was convenient. They arrived with a team of cleaners. I provided some basic directions and then left. I was notified a few hours later that they would be done shortly. I returned to the home, reviewed the cleaning, discussed some additional cleaning needs, found the place to be thoroughly clean and then paid ($300 after an AL coupon) for the service. I was impressed with Mess Maid Right. Should I decide to have ongoing cleaning service, I will consider Mess Maid Right first. I would also recommend the company to others.

Purchased a three room plus hallway carpet cleaning deal and then I added stairway to it. I made initial request to schedule via email on a Sunday evening and had a response by noon Monday. We had the service scheduled and completed the following week. Service tech was very thorough and also provided helpful tips to manage periodic spot removal. I will definitely call again when my carpets need to be cleaned.

I did not use them. Tried contacting them for a week after purchasing a coupon and they never called me back! Luckily, Angie's List refunded my money.

I found them on Angie's List. They were very good. They were very thorough, clean, and professional. Their price was high, but I would think that about anybody.

They are easy to work with. The crew was very nice and very fast! Excellent job!

Excellent group! Have been a couple of scheduling conflict but always quick to attend to our needs. Three people come and get the job done within an hour. I continue to use them for weekly cleaning. They will even change our bedding if we leave sheets etc out.

I had called other companies listed on Angie's list but they were either not available, rude or they were too expensive and I was just about to give up when I decided to call one more company and it was my savior Mess Maid Right NW. Let me tell you someone was watching over me that day because not only did they answer their phone promptly but also cheerfully and they were able to accommodate my cleaning request on such short notice. My appointment was for November 18, 2011 at 9:15am and three employees showed up early at my house smiling and ready to get to work. They went over the list of what I expected them to clean and did I have any other requests so that they could make me, the customer, happy. They went right to work and they cleaned for 2 hours straight without hardly any talk between the three of them, except to make sure that I was happy with each room as they finished. I have never met or seen such hard workers in my life and they took pride in what they did and for that I am mentioning their names (ok'd by manager) so that if you ever hire this company, and I hope you do, you will get these three amazing employees... Rebeca, Ana and Daniel. My house was so clean and if I could hire them every week (money issues of course a problem) I would use this company and these outstanding employees! Oh by the way, this was my anniversary present from my husband of 20 years (God, I love this man) Thank you Angie's List, Mess Maid Right NW and especially Rebeca, Ana and Daniel. You rate ten stars in this rating and especially in my house! I will hire them again, Valentine's Day, Easter, My Birthday, etc., my hubby knows that I love Mess Maid and just what to get me for those special occasions :)

I had a wonderful experience with Mess Maid Right. Most notably, I called them for a first-time house cleaning the week before Christmas and they were able to get out to my house the next day. I was not sure if I would be able to find someone on such short notice and they delivered. They did a great job cleaning and I have made arrangements for them to come on a regular basis. I would definitely suggest their services.

This company offers thorough great service. Had to have my mattress spot cleaned on some areas after it was delivered from Sears. The delivery guys smudged it and left black hand prints on several places. The Carpet tech came in steam cleaned the dirty spots in no time. I also had House Cleaning done since the Sears guys also smudged some of our walls. Both crews were on time and did a great job.

We are moving from one house to another and purchased the fox 12 deal for this company. My husband accidentally gave them the wrong address and they never confirmed address which yes obviously is our own fault but we offered multiple solutions so that both parties can be satisfied and they are completely unwilling to even consider any of them. So on the day, they go to the incorrect place then say they will need to charge us another $70 just to go over to the correct place. I already paid them $70 for nothing because they did nothing! If I could give them a zero I would. I can understand charging us the gas difference but it is complete BS that they should charge $70 to drive under 10 miles away to the correct place. DO NOT USE THIS COMANY!!!!!! They offer 100% customer satisfaction gaurantee and will not stand up to that gaurantee. Not only that but in their service agreement they say if you cancel which that is what they are considering this that you get 50% back, not they keep it all. Everytime I call it goes straight to voicemail and the account manager is completely unwilling to hold up to their own policies or be in anyway responsive. They obviously do not care about customer service at all.

There was difficulty, as others have mentioned, in not being contacted. I sent an e-mail, called and left a message, and heard nothing back until I filled out the website form. They arrived on time. Although most of what was done was very nice, there were things such as taking towels out of the drawers and arranging them that were clearly not cleaning. And while I would probably have thought it was a nice touch, too much cleaning didn't take place. The kitchen floor, for instance, was not mopped. We specifically asked that the downstairs floor be cleaned. It was not even touched. When I spend six hours cleaning, the upstairs and the downstairs are cleaned--including mopping (and I am doing other things like laundry as well). We were extremely disappointed. I was also surprised that there was no follow-up. We had to go to work. If I were the manager or owner, I would want to know if the customer was pleased. We were not.

They were here on time and they did a great job. The refrigerator and stove were sparkling. Everything looked and smelled so good. We will use them again in the future.

3 Empty Apartment units were steamed cleaned by Craig Baker. The young man was competent, well mannered, and did an excellent job cleaning and taking care of our carpets. Mess Maid Right continuesly provides excellent services to our properties. We are glad to have found them.

I signed up for the big deal in March 2011, and it was good for 6 months. We were going to have people over on 8/20, so I wanted to get the house cleaned with the coupon before this. I called the company on 8/8, hoping to schedule a date by 8/20 and indicating if they could not do it, that was ok, but I would find another company for this time. I found it very difficult to get ahold of the owner to get it eventually scheduled on the 17th. The first reply was Thursday the 11th, sand indicated if I wanted to schedule the big deal to follow the process on their website. The thing is I has already done this, and that was how she got my contact information. I then replied immediately with this information, redid the process on the website, and advised of the dates we were free, but did not hear back until 8/15. I even selected the option on the Angie's list website for a 2 hour response to email but did not hear back for 2+ business days. I finally arranged for another cleaner who replied right away, and then heard back from this company, so I had to cancel the other person. The owner did say they were moving offices that week and had missed some messages. In terms of the cleaning, it was good. Both people who came were very polite, and they did a nice job, but not an exceptional job. I knew I did have the ability to go back to the owner within 24 hours if I was not completely satisfied, but chose not to do so due to our schedules. The owner did come by during the cleaning to monitor the work progress. The main two isuses were responsiveness, and then also the value. The $180.00 included 6 hours total of cleaning (2 people for 3 hours). it said it was a $360 value, but that would have made the original cost per hour $60? On their website, under FAQ, it says they have a minimum of 3 hours or $100, which would lead me to believe their normal rate is $33/hour. I understand a case can be made for charging more for "deep cleaning" or "first time visit" but my home is cleaned regularly so it should not warrant a cost of $60/hour. When I booked the big deal it did not state how many hours it would be for but I assumed it would more like 10-12 based on a "$360 value". Since then, I have taken a closer look at Big Deals, and what the regular charges are from other companies, and/o called the company to see how many hours work I will receive.

I moved into a 1920s house, and it's quite possible the unfinished basement hadn't been truly cleaned since the house was new. Cobwebs, filthy floors, gritty windows. The crew from Mess Maid Right came and in about 2 hours changed the basement from the creepy place I had to go to do laundry, to an old but clean and not creepy space that I'm content to visit for laundry day or other purposes. They were sweet, fast, thorough, and organized, and the whole experience was great. Definitely a job I didn't want to do myself (not good with spiders or their webs, and washing those floors wasn't going to be fun), but I'm so very happy that it's been done now, and done well. More than worth the price.

Got a Living Social deal for this company. They were responsive via e-mail and we made an appointment. I received a later e-mail that said my appointment had to be re-scheduled. It turned out this was erroneous and they actually could make the scheduled time. Two cleaners arrived on-time and were very friendly. I asked for a quote to have a stairwell added to cleaning job and they asked for $35 more. I was expecting twice that, so I was happy with the overall cost of the service. Cleaning 1000 sf of carpet took them about three hours. They did a good job overall, but did not move the few items I had left in the rooms (mostly small furniture) to clean under/behind it. They used a lot of vinegar, which smelled pretty horrible and lingered in the home for days afterward. The carpets were left a bit too wet and took more than 24 hours to completely dry in areas that did not get air or sunlight. I needed an invoice/receipt to prove that the cleaning had been performed b/c my house had been sold and the buyers wanted the carpets cleaned. I never received the documentation for the cleaning. This is a small-time operation that does a fair job for a very low price.

Promptly at 3pm a little car pulled up in the driveway. I was expecting the usual large van with the long hoses, etc. The young man said they used a portable unit and assured me that it would do as good a job as the big units in a van. I was skeptical but the carpet desperately needed cleaning. He went to work and spent 3 hours cleaning 3 rooms. There were many stains from our one Siberian Husky who feels he needs to mark everything to let our other male Siberian know who is boss. And a lot of dirt. I had basically given up on the carpet and just hoped to have it reasonably clean. The cleaning the young man did with the portable unit was probably the best we have had and all done with environmentally safe solutions. I had been given a formula by e-mail when we arranged the cleaning date to pretreat stains before the cleaner arrived. It worked very nicely. While not all the stains could be completely removed the carpet looks FAR better than ever expected it ever would again. Because of the mix-up we were not charged extra for the cleaning of the difficult spots. Would we use Mess Maid again? Absolutely!

I chose Mess Maid Right NW after calling several cleaners from Angie's List. The cleaners were to arrive between 2:00 and 3:00 so I took half a day off work to be there. Around 3:00 I received a call saying they were running late. At 5:30 I called to say I had plans in the evening and couldn't stick around any longer. Someone arrived just after that and said they would go ahead and clean and lock up when they were done. I told Denisse if she would leave me a bill I would send payment right away but I couldn't stay to pay when they were finished. The cleaning job was very well done. A week later I got a phone call from Denisse asking for my email address so she could send me a bill. She seemed a little hostile and said if I didn't pay it within a week she would add a charge to it. I paid it that day (August 16th) through my bill pay service with a mailed check. On Friday, August 26th, Denisse called asking why she hadn't received payment. I assured her I had made the payment and she said they had not received it. I checked with my bank and the check had gone out on August 16 and had cleared the bank on August 25. When I called back to let Denisse know she assured me they had not received my check and that I would have to pay again because they hadn't received it. I called my bank and asked for a copy of the cleared check. When I sent they copy to Denisse they determined that the owner had signed the check and put it in his personal account. Denisse thanked me for helping but did not apologize for the hostile, accusing phone calls or the time I spent proving that I had actually paid them. I will never use this company again.

Mess Maids performs my regular house cleaning. However, due to my limited finances I don't have them clean my windows during all their routine cleanings. Well, with due time it was time to clean them. I e-mailed Denisse the night before my cleaning and asked that she add in the cleaning of my interior windows. She e-mailed me back within minutes although it was past business hours and was more than happy to add that to my order. They are always pretty flexible with adding or excluding items off of my cleaning list. I really appreciate how flexible and responsive they are. I would recommend them in a hear beat when it comes to anything CLEANING! :)

Scheduled for first thing in the am on 8/19 so I would only miss 1/2 day work.. I said 8:00AM. No show and no response to my multiple phone messages and email until the actual technician called around noon to say the equipment broke. He rescheduled me for 8/24 first appointment. No show and again no response to my phone messages until 10:30 am. The office advised me that he was coming and that 10:30 was the first call of the day!!!! Still no show 12:30 called me to say he wasn't going to come. Equipment broke again. Since I was now 6 days without furniture in our living spaces I called Chem Dry. They has a team at my house in 1 1/2 hours and they did a great job. Really horrible experience with this company

I was very impressed with the company initially, they were going to come to the rescue and agreed to do a house cleaning last minute when the new renters asked if they could move in a week early....BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! They didn't call or email to explain what happened and as they were scheduled to be there on a Friday afternoon, I was left in a difficult position and had to reallky scramble to find someone that could come on a Saturday. It sounded like from the other reviews they do good work, but I strongly recommend, if they have agreed to do your place, call to confirm and double check!

Great! Always professional, Always on time, And Always amazing at what the do...CLEANING! After a desperately needed remodel of our SE home we called Mess Maids to clean the heavy dust that was created when we refinished our oak wood floors. We have used theme in the past and they have always been great at accommodating our large projects so we knew we could count on them to get in here quickly and get the job done right. A team of 3 maids came in Friday afternoon and got straight to working on our extremely dusty house. All of our windows were washed inside, tracks and cills cleaned as well. Baseboards, walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchen. Was very impressed at how well our home cleaned up. We normally use them for our rental properties. This was the first time we had our home professionally cleaned and it was such a treat for us. We will definitely use them again to clean our personal home. Thank you for the great job!
