They send out 2 - 3 people. Three people do it faster than two. What impresses me is they don't always send the same people, yet the people who come always know what to do and they don't waste any time. They always show up when they are supposed to. If there are any changes I get an email ahead of time. When we were snowed in in Decemeber, they actually worked Saturday and Sunday to catch up. I will continue to use their services.

It has been pretty good. I am still using them and I feel satisfied with their work. We have had a our cleaning team change a lot, so I'm not sure if they've had a lot of people leave. I'm curious to see if that settles down.

They did a great job with the deep clean. They told us they send out the same team every time and that didn't happen. There wasn't a lot of communication in changes that were made. They didn't do everything that was supposed to be done.

Would highly recommend and have recommended Erma and her partner. They did a good job on both deep cleaning and organizing.

Although I really got to like some of the team members, it was very difficult to schedule regular cleanings with the specific staff members who understood my preferences. For example, I prefer that they spend most of the time scrubbing, dusting and doing the "deep cleaning" activities. But I ended up with a lot of towel-fluffing and tissues folded into little fan shapes - great if you're in a hotel, but at my house, I really just want someone to help me mop.

They do a good job cleaning - very thorough. Very nice workers also.

I liked the reviews on Angie's List. I had several estimates and this company gave us the lowest price. I was disappointed in the product and wanted them to stay longer. I offered to pay more, but they needed to stay on schedule. I feel they could have paid more attention to detail. Low value for the money paid.

I used this company several times. On the 1st cleaning, one of the cleaners broke a hanging pendant light over our kitchen counter. While the quality of the actual cleaning was good, the headache that followed to get the light replaced by the company was not worth my time. I feel that the company should have gone out of their way to replace the lampshade. Instead, I ended up spending significant amounts of time to hunt down a replacement for this product. Once a company was found, I had to call back 1 month later to find out that the order hadn't even been placed yet. With so many good options to choose from, why bother with a company that isn't responsive when things don't go as planned? That's why I had to move on.

They came promptly for an estimate and said THEY would call back the next day to schedule. We did not get any phone calls. So we had to call and schedule for them to do the cleaning. They did an okay job, but I was not impressed by the quality of the service. They spent less time than what they estimated (and adjusted the price accordingly). It looked like they were in a hurry and "missed" some very obvious spots (fireplace mantel, some dust behind doors and on the piano). So I think I would not hire then again, since I was not totally satisfied.

Went well. Recommend what others have advised: get estimate done up front. Also more advanced notice definitely helps because you can coordinate schedules to get the job done earlier in the day. I called on Monday and they were able to fit me in Wednesday with an estimated start time between 1:30 and 3:30. The team of two cleaned for 4 hours til almost 7:30pm. The people worked hard, but both they and I were ready for them to leave by the time they finished. What a long day for them! And we were all hungry for dinner!

I am very happy with this company. They really take care of personal stuff .If something is broken they bring it to my Athenian immediately . They provide all the cleaning supplies. I bought a special cleaner to clean my tub. They make every effort to do a good job. If you have any issues just talk to them and they will make it right.

The workers did not take direction well. I told them to not do something and they did it anyways. Their workers were a little questionable. I called the company multiple times to complain. They attempted to make my experience better by sending different workers and by giving me 30 minutes for free. After the fourth visit, I was still not satisfied with the work and decided to stop using them.

They come with a crew of 3. They are very professional and work in a timely fashion. They are punctual. If there is something that they didn't do and you call, they are right back to correct it. They do a wonderful job. The $100 is for a months service.

My experience with this company was not good from the beginning. I called and said I wanted cleaning every other week. The representative told me he didn't really have space for that. Since I needed to have someone soon and was lacking on time to make calls, I decided to get a one time cleaning. When I said that, he switched his story and said they could clean every other week but had only one opening. He asked if I had any special instructions and I said my cork floors could not have extra water left on them or it would ruin them--just damp mop. The day of the service, the cleaners showed up and were very courteous. I have had my house cleaned professionally and know that 4 hours is plenty. My house had been cleaned two weeks before and did not need "extra" cleaning. (I am switching cleaners because with two toddlers, I needed a company that used two people so -- four hours with one person is too long.) They asked if I had any thing special and I told them about the cork floors which are down stairs. I then left for my doctors appointment. When I returned two hours later, I walked in to find them on their knees drying my wood floors. That sound good but I also notice specs of dirt on the wood floor. It looked like they had not swept the floors before they mopped. Downstairs, their was still dust on my cork floors in the master bedroom and a couple of toys were exactly where my daughter had left them (in the dust on the floor). I did not ask the cleaners to redo anything because I had a sick child and needed them to leave. The representative from the company called a week later to see how it had gone and was very apologetic and told me I should have had them redo the floors while they were there. I hire professional so I do NOT have to supervise "basic" cleaning. They also did not put my pictures back on the fireplace and book shelve in the same place they were. (Not a big deal but it bothered me.) I would NOT use these guys again unless I could not find another company. I suspect that they would be good for an empty house.

they did a great job. they were very nice and thorough and punctual there where 2 of them and i would use the company again. they were courteous.

They are friendly. They try to clean every thing the first time and if they don't they will clean it the next time they come over and clean. They always show up on time.

They started working from the minute they walked in the door. They were focused, personable, understanding and efficient. The only thing I would suggest is that they get better vacuums. I have a Dyson and when I went over TV room, my vacuum picked up more dust.....I went over the TV room because they only went over it once because they ran out of time.

They were there on time, were flexible in scheduling and did a fantastic job. The fridge looked brand new, and the house looked great.

Tino came out to give me an estimate. His figures were correct and the time he estimated it would take was correct. Both men were polite and efficient. The house is big and they worked steadily to complete the work on time. I was very impressed with their work ethic and skill as they completed their tasks. I plan to continue using their services.

I contacted NW Housecleaning based upon their reputation in Angie's List. I wasn't able to see the work after it was immediately complete as I was out of town. I did walk through our home with the estimator and pointed out several key areas that needed attention. I also sent a confirmation email prior to the work to ensure that everyone was on the same page regarding the work to be done. There was one miscommunication with regards to the downstairs bathroom -- which was disappointing (it didn't get cleaned). But overall the work was great. They cleaned the banisters, scrubbed the floors and the walls and more.

They took a lot longer to complete this work than they originally anticipated.

The work was adequate. In fairness to the team of two, they had not seen the project beforehand and midway through, had to call in one backup person. The windows have clean circular centers and the kitchen counters were not as great as I might have hoped. The first two cleaners were here for a couple of hours before they called for help. In the end, they were here 4 hours. I wouldn't have minded them coming back the next day but that wasn't an option. I don't have any paperwork or receipt that was given to me, and I had to help figure out the bill. But the house looked presentable for Thanksgiving.

This job was at my elderly mother's home. The team of 2 came and they were prompt, tidy, respectful to my mother, listened to her requests and worked hard. After 2 1/2 hours she felt badly that they were working so hard and asked them to stop and come back! The house had not had a deep cleaning in ages and they got up lots of grit (from time and smoking) and made an appointment to come back in 2 weeks.

It took forever (four hours!) because my house has *NEVER* been cleaned so thoroughly. The team was very sweet. They were very hard workers. When they were through, my house was pretty much spotless. I'd like to have them back! I know four hours sounds long, but they were interrupted by my mom backing up out of the driveway into their car - these folks come over to clean my house and end up on the phone with the insurance company for half an hour. They were really good about it - I'm not sure what they said about us after they left though! LOL!! A bonus was they found my soon-to-be-husband's watch in the couch cushions. He'd been looking for it forever!
