Candy is very thorough and punctual. I usually have extra tasks and she always completes them perfectly. The kitchen and bathrooms sparkle. I love that they use their own products and rags. Great service!

Highly recommended. I just used Maid to Shine deep clean of the apartment. Booking over email was incredibly easy. The cleaner was punctual, friendly and very professional. I loved that she startred by asking what my expectations were for their service and ended by asking me to review the apartment to make sure I was totally happy Courtney was awesome. I have a cat and a dog (yea I know) and the cleaners handled them perfectly, i love how they are eco friendly and is safe for my animals. The apartment has never looked so good! We just moved again and had Courtney do the clean. She did a great job! The house was messy and didn't show well but when I went to check after she finished the place looked great! Really appreciate her hard work.

We've had a couple of different people clean from Maid to Shine and they've been great - on time, professional, thorough, etc. it's so nice to not worry about cleaning up for guests!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The Angie's List part of it was fine but I wasn't happy with the service that I got. It was great. I think they were really friendly. I spoke with the owner of the business a couple of times on the phone and she was great but I guess I expected more. There were just spots that were missed and I was disappointed with that.

Scheduling was very difficult. There was always someone who picked up the phone, but the date had to be decided by the owner who didn't get back to me for several days. When I called again, the same person (not owner) picked up the phone, and I had to wait for another two days for the owner to finally get back to me with a date - which was about 6 weeks out from the day I called... But since i had already bought the 3 hr / 95$ angie deal, I had to wait and try. The lady that came in to do the work was very pleasant and nice (Kara?) and she worked very hard, although not very efficient as an hour and half was spent on the master bathroom alone which was already quite clean ( my house is close to new). I asked her to spend the remaining time vacuuming and mopping. I think at the end, we got all the mopping and vacuuming throughout the house, master bathroom, just the toilets in the second bathroom and half bathroom. I still tipped the lady because she was very nice and hardworking, but I probably would not hire Maid to Shine again for the difficulty in scheduling and inefficiency.

Very nice cleaning staff, they were up front about what services were available and the quality was very good. No complaints .

Thank you Maid To Shine for once again going above and beyond for me!! At the end of last month I bought a small condo in downtown Portland and decided to rent my home in the suburbs. Moving is always stressful, especially when you are trying to meet deadlines. My rental needed to be ready for my new tenant on 11/01/13 and my condo wasn't available to move into until only the day before. I have used Maid To Shine in the past and they have always performed excellent cleans & been very responsive and professional. So, based on my previous experience with them I gave Elizabeth a call only a few days before my deadline and she emailed me a confirmation that she had scheduled cleaners to come out for not just one, but BOTH of my homes on the same day! She sent the first team to my condo, first thing in the morning while movers were loading up my furniture and boxes at my larger home. As soon as the movers had finished and were on the road to my new place, Elizabeth's team arrived as scheduled around noon and worked like crazy, as I had painters scheduled to arrive to begin that evening. The cleaners who arrived were confidant in their work and reassured me they had finished my new condo easily and it was all ready for me. Boy were they right! I arrived to my new home and everything was beautifully clean, smelling fabulous and ready for my movers to put the furniture into place! I was so thankful that Elizabeth and her team were able to accommodate my tight schedule, without them I never would have been able to have had my home ready for myself and my new tenant. Thanks Maid To Shine you saved the day and made moving a breeze!!!

Worker was very professional and friendly, got right to work on the items requested after asking for a walk-through of the items. She work diligently for the entire time, and taking a few minutes to get to know my dog. I appreciate that she likes animals. When all the items were done and about 15 minutes remained she asked what else she could do and went right to work doing a few extras.

This was a complete waste of time and money. It was almost impossible to schedule - none of them seemed to know who was working when or even what times or dates were actually available. Unfortunately they never performed any services. If you want an easy to use service that is flexible, this is not the company to use. I have used their competitors, for less money, and had much better luck with flexible scheduling.

Leia arrived promptly and went right to work. I had specifically requested the kitchen, all the baseboards and the master bathroom as the priority areas. She detailed these areas in an amazing fashion. My master bathroom has not looked that clean since I moved into the house. And it's a hard area to clean. Likewise for the kitchen and the baseboards. The house is sparkling, and ready for our house guests. I have had several different housecleaning services work on my house, and Maid to Shine is by far the best of the bunch. They are very fortunate to have such a hard working and skilled housekeeper like Leia. She is a gem.

Maid To Shine was referred to me from a friend that uses them for regular service. They claimed that they ?Absolutely love them!? When we were ready to call a cleaning service we gave them a call. They had me set up with a cleaning date right away. They arrived on time and looked very clean and professional. They had all their own supplies and some very cool vacuums that worked wonderful! They moved all my furniture, checked everything up and down, got my ceiling fans and even all my lightbulbs, they were very attentive to detail, made sure to go over any special requests I had. I would definitely recommend this company! They did a great job, came on time, were very friendly and always get back to my calls/emails almost immediately!

Great. On time. Thorough and efficient. Greater focus on areas I pointed out as needing special attention. I set this up as a one-time cleaning to see if I liked them and expected to hear from them asking if I was satisfied, but did not.

I had an initial "deep cleaning" of my home. The girls who came to clean my home, were very friendly, punctual and professional. However...I get my home cleaned regularly (every 2 weeks) and figured that my home should sparkle after a "Deep Clean" with Maid to Shine. It did not. There was dust on my furniture in EVERY room. In one room, the nightstand didn't even get cleaned and was covered in dust on every shelf. In other rooms, some items weren't moved to clean the entire area. Upstairs railing was dusty (could visibly see), kitchen garbage wasn't emptied, spoon rest was dirty, finger prints on desk were evident and not wiped. I could go on, but was very disappointed for what was supposed to be a "Deep Clean". I called the office after coming home to what was a huge let down, and voiced my concerns to the owners assistant. The owner, Elizabeth, called me back and left me a message. I called her back and left a message for her to call me back and have never heard back from her. She can read my feedback on here. Not sure if my expectations of a deep clean were unreasonable, but my home is NOT dirty and it should have SPARKLED when I returned. Very, very disappointing considering the RAVE reviews they get on Angie's List. Will not use them again. I figure they failed at a Deep Clean, so I figure that a regular cleaning service from this company will fail too. Sorry...

Sheila and Courtney were great!! They came in and went right to work. Our year old home was extremely destroyed with dust and grime after a month and a half reconstruction- we had massive water damage that destroyed our home. These two women came in and after a few hours had our home back to new again. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the results. Baseboards, mirrors, toilets, tub/shower, all the rooms, kitchen, stairs, lighting, appliances, they did it all and they used Eco-friendly cleaners!! I would and will continue to use Maid to Shine for ensuring my home is clean.

Julie and Courtney worked very hard cleaning my home. They were prompt, pleasant to be around, asked good questions, and professional. My house was shiney when they were done. I was so happy with their service, I will schedule them to come back on a regular basis.

It turned out very well. She showed up on time. She was very efficient and did a good job. I purchased it and scheduled it right away, I think it was probably a week or so after that before they could get me in.
