We are very excited to be moving into a new home near Vancouver, Washington. Every step of the process with Pacific Lifestyle Homes has been flawless. In particular, our designer, Karen King with Macadam Floor and Design, was masterful in guiding us through the myriad choices to ensure that our new home would be everything we wanted. We had visited the expansive Pacific Lifestyle Homes Design Studio showroom soon after we selected our lot and floor plan, and we were really looking forward to our appointment with the designer to select the various options. Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic prevented an in-person meeting in the studio. We were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to consider all the choices and see how our selections worked together. But, Karen King and the team stepped up to create a virtual design studio experience. Using a computer animation of the studio that we could “walk” through, along with video from her phone over FaceTime, Karen expertly guided us through each option. She worked to understand our tastes, desires and budget, and made recommendations that worked for us. Karen is a superb designer and helped us coordinate carpet, hardwood flooring, tile and paint. We ted it all together with cabinets and finishes, lighting and bathroom and kitchen fixtures. As we made each selection, Karen placed the samples together, so we could “see” how everything worked together. She was very patient, helpful and professional throughout the process. We are very happy with Pacific Lifestyle Homes, and especially grateful to Karen King for being such amazing designer!

Our stranded bamboo flooring buckled after a minor leak from the condensation pump on our furnace. Went to Macadam Floor and Design based on great reviews and were not disappointed. Rick Correa educated us on the various options. Once we decided on LVP the rest was easy. The measurement/quote visit was scheduled very quickly. The bid followed immediately and was very competitive. We decided to proceed but needed to delay installation indefinitely and they made that easy too. 50% down ordered the materials which they held for us until we were ready. Then Caine Newton stepped in as our project manager. I went radio silence for 7 months before I called Caine out of the blue. He instantly knew who I was and had command of my project details. We scheduled the work. The installation crew was top notch. I'm thrilled with the quality and look of my new water resistant floors. I can't recommend Macadam highly enough.

This was my first time working with Macadam Flooring, and I was impressed as soon as I walked into their showroom. Rick Correa helped me select the correct carpet and he worked with me and my budget. The carpet was installed yesterday by Claudia and her husband, and they were top-notch! The results are absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Macadam Flooring.

My husband and I are very happy And glad we went with Macadam and their whole team. Rick was great getting the flooring we wanted installed at a price we could afford. We also worked with Caine to schedule a time that worked for us, which was pretty quick after we picked out the flooring. Then the installation went perfect. The two installers (I apologize I’m not too good with names) were awesome. They were professional, moved so quickly and kept us in the loop of each step. All in all, very impressed and feel comfortable knowing we have a local business that stands behind their work. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anybody seeking quality floors.

Beautiful job of coordinating new wooden floors with new carpets throughout the house, plus new tile floors in the three bathrooms!

We recently had several different flooring projects completed by Macadam flooring, including new carpet, laminate wood, and tile. It was very easy from the very beginning to get started on the online estimate form. Rick got back with me quickly and set up an appointment where someone came out and measured our spaces. Next we set up a showroom estimate where he was very helpful in recommending and helping us pick out quality materials, brands, styles, and colors. He is an expert at this even down to automatically knowing which of the many grout colors will work best. Installation was easy to set up and the installers were courteous, fast, and professional. Rick even helped us find and coordinated with a painter because we wanted to repaint our stairs before they were recarpeted. The painter did such a fantastic job we have now booked him for several more projects. All the work was expertly done and we couldn’t be happier with how our house looks with all the new flooring. The materials are quality and the color choices that Rick suggested were spot on. We will definitely go with Macadam for any future projects.

Customer Satisfaction and Quality - A+ Carpet Installation Crew - A+ Pricing - A+ Commitment - A+ Communication - A+ I could go on and on. Long story short, we had a great experience here and highly recommend them for carpet installation. We had to replace our older carpet and get a new one. Rick Correa and Jake did an exceptional job in working with us to identify a carpet in our budget. Rick kept us informed at every step. We were on a strict schedule as there were other projects already lined up and we had to work around it. Rick confirmed to me on Day1 that he would be able to meet the timeline and he delivered as committed. The installation crew that showed up at the house was exceptional. They showed up promptly at 8:30am on the day and worked almost a 12hr day and the job was completed in one day! It was about ~1900 sf of carpet. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Carpet looks and feels great! Rick is awesome and so is the installation crew!

We had new floors installed throughout our house back in January, and the whole process from start to finish was completely painless - the hardest part was deciding which color we wanted. Our project manager, Rick, was incredibly helpful and completely upfront with us about everything from the beginning, with no surprises in regards to price, time frame, or installation. He even knew which sample we'd choose before we took them home! The installation crew was also great to work with, I've never seen guys remove flooring from and entire house and get it installed perfectly so quickly! Our only regret is that Macadam Floor and Design wasn't our first stop in getting quotes, but they'll be our first and last stop next time we ever need any work done to our home.

Their 3-man team was in and out in one day including old floors ripped out, new LVP installed, and cleanup. Rick was also great to work with guiding us through common options and offering design ideas based on our limited descriptive talents. Everything looks great - we plan to hire them again when we re-do the upstairs carpets.

Macadam Floor & Design is a fantastic company for all your flooring needs. I recently replaced carpet on the staircase and upper level of my house. Rick Correa at Macadam worked with me to find, not just a perfect match, but the exact flooring used in the downstairs. When talking through the project, Rick proposed painted risers on the stairs to add a dramatic touch and I could not be more pleased with the results. From beginning to end, Macadam treated the job like a priority and put customer satisfaction first. The installation team was fast, efficient, and considerate of my time, the quality of the job, and treating my home with the utmost care and respect. Macadam floors installed new flooring in our bathroom and changing rooms. We are very pleased with the work. Macadam floors made the whole process very easy and straight forward. The installation was done on schedule and within budget of the estimate.

She was very quick when scheduling/organizing the measurement of the rooms and the purchasing of the carpet. She made the experience so easy. A friend recommended I go with Macadam Floor & Design & I’m so glad I did. I couldn’t get in to the store but knew what I wanted. All I had to do was describe it to Rick Correa, the project manager, & he was spot on in finding exactly what I wanted. I had vinyl plank flooring for the kitchen & bathroom installed (& purchased carpet that’ll be installed next week) & it’s gorgeous. I love it! The installers were professional & did great work. They had to trouble shoot an issue & came up with a solution that made me happy. And, the price seemed in keeping with what I’d spend at a big box store but it came with personal service, accessible staff, & great personal service I could reach out to with any questions. This is the third time we’ve purchased from Macadam Floors. The first involved planning all flooring and tile work for new construction. After that positive experience it was an easy choice to return to them. Most recently we went in to look at new bedroom carpeting and found exactly what we wanted within just a few minutes. Rick Correa understood what we were looking for and took great care of us including following up on the installation. Good selection of quality products, no pressure and friendly, professional service. Good people to do business with.

We recently bought a new house and needed to put in new flooring before moving in. We planned on buying some laminate or vinyl but after seeing the selection & pricing of the engineered hardwoods Macadam carries... and after taking several samples of all varieties into our new home, a natural hickory engineered hardwood took first place. Rick Correa gave us a great deal on a beautiful product, and his team of installers did an AMAZING job installing it in our crazy, unique, geodesic home. We absolutely love it.

After receiving very poor service from a competitor, I stopped in Macadam Floor and Design. I am so glad I did! Service and quality is very important to me and from start to finish they were great! Kudos to Darren, Sales Representative, Brian, Install Manager and then Viesel and his install team! My project was to replace my current wood floors in entry, bathroom, kitchen and carpeted dining room with wide plank floors. Macadam Floor and Design had so many quality choices. Darren helped me narrow it down so I could make a decision. Very pleased with whole process and it looks great! I will go back when I am ready to replace carpet in house.

Rick Correa at Macadam Floor and Design was absolutely great to work with. He was a huge help in figuring out what kind of carpet would work best in our situation, made sure the whole process went smoothly - from choosing and ordering the carpet to getting the installation scheduled. He set us up with excellent installers who arrived on time, did a wonderful job on the installation and got the job done in the amount of time they said it would take. Caine Newton was also a big help in getting the installation scheduled and giving us the information we needed to prepare for that. Macadam Floor and Design and Rick Correa will be the only place we go next time we need help with flooring!

Angel Rodriguez at Macadam Floor And Design and the contracted installation crew were professional and on top of this rush project from start to finish. the Total turn around was just two weeks- picking out carpet-order-install (even though it was right in the middle of the busy summer construction season!). The carpet is perfect and the crew was able to remove and install about 160 sq yds of new carpet and pad in one day (they worked for 10 hours to complete) ...just in time for us put the house up for sale. Great Service and delivered everything as promised!!!
