Owner Mark Vickery came to my home by appointment to give me an estimate for washing all the windows, including storm door and double storm windows, for the many windows in my ranch-style single story house. His estimate was $180 minus $10 for a senior discount. He arrived a bit before the scheduled time with three employees who have worked for him a long time. He remained about 30-45 minutes assisting his crew, and then he left for another job leaving the 3 employees behind to finish. I did not have to remove any curtains or blinds. The workmen totally cleaned up after completion of the job. The windows sparkle, look totally gorgeous. My sister also employs Mark and his crew to do the windows in her home which is a much more complicated job since they are high off the ground. She is a perfectionist, and she gives Mark and his crew the highest complements on the quality of their work and their reasonable fees. I plan to hire Mark to clean my gutters after the trees shed all their leaves.

Received a free estimate soon after initial contact. Did the job when promised and according to estimate. It's a tough job requiring the tallest ladders, and they did a great job. Will definitely hire again and have recommended to friends.

He was a little late, but he called and gave the reason why. That was a very good business thing to do. Mark and his helper cleaned all the windows we asked them to do. The job was done quickly and efficiently.

They had the proper equipment to remove and reinstall very large storm windows in addition to cleaning the underlying windows.

I have used Joe's Window Cleaning several times for roof and gutter cleaning and recently had them wash the vinyl siding on my house and the outside of windows. They have always done a great job for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

We are very happy with their work, and will continue to hire them each Fall. Mark is responsive and courteous, as is the crew. They are thorough with the gutter cleaning and creative with the Christmas lights. They always leave the lights and accessories organized and ready to unpack for next year. We are happy with the experience and the relationship, and plan to hire them to clean our windows as well.

He was very professional. We have a lot of leaded glass and storm windows and he had to take them out, clean them off, and put them back. He did a great job. If you're looking for someone who understands old windows and old homes, he is your guy. He did a great job cleaning the windows and without damaging them.

Mark and his crew showed up at our arranged time and went right to work. As my wife and I work nights we slept through most of the cleaning process. When we woke up to settle the bill we found our windows sparkling clean, including our once filthy skylights. Everything that was said would be done was done and more. I was surprised to see the driveway was cleaned as well. The total cost ended up coming up less than the bid...how can you not be happy with that.

Did great! these windows hadn't been cleaned in years and they turned our very clear. Missed the inside of a couple windows but overall am very satisfied. Great job on the hard to get to sky lights.

Outstanding service. This is the second time I've used Joe's Window Cleaning The owner Mark came with three employees. The windows and screens were cleaned very well. Punctual, professional, and easy to work with. They did not hesitate to climb ladders to get to the hard-to-reach windows. They protected the floors and furniture and then cleaned up all the materials when they left. Highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again.

I emailed Mark that I wanted 7 or 8 windows washed that I couldn't reach. He called the next day and said that there was a $70. minimum and they would do at least that and maybe cover more. When Adolf arrived, I told him I had a $100. limit and he got right to work, washing all the front windows and the storm door. He then did the side and sliding glass doors. I'm hooked! That's the first time we've ever had our windows done and they look so good . He did our kitchen window that I hadn't even expected him to do (said he just threw that in.) We are very satisfied and will certainly have that done again. He did arrive later than expected, but I think there was some miscommunication and I didn't want to mark him down on puncuality because he and Mark did seem to be conscientious.

I really appreciated the phone call back and the referral rather than just never calling because he was already booked with other clients.

I called them on a Friday at approximately 1 p.m. to try to get them out on Saturday. They made last minute arrangements and adjustments in the schedule to make it out the next day at 10 a.m. The person showed up on time and worked all day and finished up just before dusk. The windows sparkled top to bottom, he was neat and didn't make a mess all over the house. He was also very considerate of the dogs and made sure not to let them out the gate when he left or returned to the backyard.

This was not an easy job. Some of the original windows are stuck and not in great condition. However, Chuck and Mitch worked hard and carefully, making sure everything was clean. It took them a full day of steady work. They did a great job and at a very reasonable price, given the difficulties involved. It's amazing how wonderful everything looks now that the "foggy" glaze has been removed from our windows! We will certainly hire them again.

Very happy with Joe's crew. Nice, friendly, focused on the task, thorough and our windows look awesome! Solved a couple of glass pane problems we had, too. We will use them again next year.

We had used Joe's Window cleaning in the past for gutter cleaning and this was our first experience with their window cleaning. Everything about them was what I wanted. The house exterior had just recently been painted and they respected that. They protected the floors from tracking in dirt while in the house. This was a large, all day job and every window is now cleaner than any time since we've lived here -- and that includes when the storms were installed about 30 years ago, I would say! All the crew were friendly and responsive and they even moved a large shelving unit out to our garage for us. Would recommend them again without reservation.

They were great. There was nothing I disliked about them. They did a great job inside and out. They spent a great deal of time on the roof using hand tool instead of pressure washing.

This is the third time we have used them and will definately use them again. I recommended them to tw0 co-workers who were also very satified with their work.

So well! I first contacted him right before a trip we took in October and he came right over to assess the work and give me an estimate. He took care of the first gutter cleaning and downspout reattachment while we were away. We then had him come again a few weeks ago to clean the gutters out again since the leaves were all down and he gave us a deal on the price since it was the second visit of the season. At that time, he recommended that we add the downspout extenders and quoted us a *very* reasonable price. He came back and did them when he had time. We really appreciated how reliable and flexible he was. We never had to be home for him to still show up and get the work done. He is the kind of person you can leave detailed voice messages for and he will respond in kind, so you can keep things moving instead of spending weeks trying simply to get the person on the phone in real time! One of the best experiences I've ever had with someone doing work on my home.

We have a tremendous amount of windows in our home and adjacent pole barn (around 60 total). This is a new home to us and the windows weren't clean when we moved in. We've waited a long time to clean them because we wanted to finish some outside projects that were stirring up a lot of dust first, so they were really, really dirty. Mark's crew did a fantastic job on the windows and they were all very pleasant individuals. While they were here Mark offered to clean the outside of the gutters and apply Moss Out to the roof while he was up there cleaning the skylights. He charged what we felt was a very minimal amount for those additional services. Also, the window tracks were EXTREMELY dirty and they did a wonderful job cleaning all of those as well. It looks like we have brand new windows! We'll hire Mark this fall to clean them again and also clean our gutters.

Excellent job, I was very impressed with Joe's WIndows whole process from start to finish. We had all the windows and screens cleaned at the house and he even did my front door storm door windows and screen which impressed me.
