Good not have been better. We were told they would be there first thing this morning and they were on time, got to work right away and cleaned up

They showed up on time. They had a competitive price; it was very reasonable. They did a great job and they were efficient.

Great! Mark came out for a bid and scheduled the work within a few weeks of my initial call (especially amazing since all the other providers with high marks on Angie's List told me they were already full for months out and didn't bother to provide a bid...) The 2 workers showed up exactly on time and worked diligently all day with wonderful results!! I am super pleased with all that they did (even trimming some rhododendrons that came over a porch gutter and clearing leaves off my front and back porches!). And the windows are sparkling (-: Highest recommendation for this company.

Mark's team did a fantastic job cleaning our multi-pane windows (some of our windows have 24 panes). We live in an older classic craftsman home and had put off window cleaning because it took so long for us to do each multi-pane window. I wish I had called Joe's sooner. They finished the job on time, and in my opinion did a fantastic job. Our windows are so clean I often think they have been left open.

This year Mark sent one of his employees to wash my windows.....he was a bit late so I called and he actually was on his way and arrived shortly. I have 13 windows in my one-story home, some very large and most double or triple. I have Joe's Window Washing twice yearly.....in the fall, they wash inside and out, but don't take off and wash screens or dissamble insulated windows. In the spring, they do all that for $170. Mark's employee did a beautiful job on all the windows during the two hours and forty minutes he was here. He offered to clean my gutters also, but I have a family member that does that. He was very pleasant and particular about the quality of his work, and he totally cleaned up everything when finished. In one room, I am unable to take down the curtains, yet he still managed to clean those windows without bothering the curtains. I plan to continue hiring Joe's Window Cleaning twice yearly. The quality of their work is excellent and their prices very reasonable.

Showed up on time and did a really super job!! Great deal for what I got. I particularly appreciated that he pulled out all the downspouts and cleaned out a ton of sweet gum tree balls!! these balls are the biggest pain, they clog the drains and are really hard to get out. This is the first service that actually took the time to remove the downspouts and get all that junk out!!! I have had my gutters cleaned before and no one ever bothered to do this for me. I really appreciated the super excellent work and the extra time they took to take care of this very very critical problem. As I said, they are the first to do such a great job!!!

Terrific job for a lot of windows and the trouble of removing and re-installing storms. The job took longer than Mark had anticipated but they kept at it until completion. There were no streaks or drips or complaints of any kind. Good work.

Joe's is an organization I found easy to communicate and work with. Moreover, their work was superior. My windows are shiny clean!

Chuck was great. He showed up on time, laid down towels to make sure he didn't track in any dirt. Took off his shoes just to make sure. The windows were spotless inside and out when he was done. He also cleaned the tracks and the screens. Great value and I've already recommended them to a friend. Mark was great in his contact with me and let me know when he was going to be in town to respond, he was on vacation a few days. I'm perfectly fine with knowing that he was out of town and not able to respond as quickly as he normally did.

This is the second time we have used Joe's. The first was to clean our gutters. This time, a three person crew arrived on schedule. They cleaned all of our windows inside and out, all the screens and also the window sills. The results were wonderful. All the windows sparkle. The gutters look real clean. They cleaned up everything. Great job. We will use them again

Mark and his crew did a great job! I had to wait several weeks because he was so busy but it was well worth the wait. He called the morning of the appointment to tell me he would a few minutes late but was pretty much on time. They were very efficient and finished right on time. The windows just sparkle. I will definitely be using them again.

We use Joe's window cleaning every two years to clean and make our window's disappear. It is worth the wait to have these professionals insure that there are no streaks and the windows sparkle in a short period of time. Joe's knows the meaning of customer satisfaction, a great investment in residential care and enjoyment. Nothing but the finest in the Northwest.

I CONTACTED MARK EARLIER THIS WEEK AND ASKED IF HE COULD REMOVE THE CRUD FROM OUR GUTTERS SCREENS. HE REPLIED THAT HE WAS BOOKED FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS. WE WILL BE LEAVING TOWN NEXT WEEK FOR A MONTH, SO I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD TAKE THE TIME TO LOOK AT OUR GUTTERS SCREENS AND GIVE US A PRICE FOR THE CLEANING. I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD PREPAY FOR THE SERVICE. HE REPLIED THAT HE WOULD DROP BY AFTER HE HAD TAKEN HIS DAUGHTER TO HIGH SCHOOL ABOUT 6 PM LAST NIGHT, TO MY SURPRISE, MARK SHOWED UP. RATHER THAN GIVE US A PRICE, HE SET TO WORK CLEANING THE CRUD OFF THE GUTTER SCREENS. I AM VERY GRATFUL FOR THIS ACT AND WE HAVE BOOKED HIM TO CLEAN OUR WINDOWS AFTER WE GET HOME. WHAT A GREAT PROFESSIONAL

"Joe's Windows" obviously got a better offer of more work to do on the day they said they would come out and do what they said they would on my house. I am no one's fool. It is not likely they simply "forgot." They never called with an apology or request to re-schedule. There is nothing they can say on this site to right this. I used MARK'S WINDOW CLEANING located in Tualatin folks. See them and my stellar review on this site. Perfect! I highly recommend them.

Could not have gone better and the windows look amazing. Had I known the difference, I would have probably gotten my windows cleaned by Joe's Windows each year.

Mark called me back with in two days and he gave me a quote over the phone based on the number of windows I gave him , He had to revise it a bit when he got here as I forgot to mention that 5 of them were storm windows, two of which were very high up.I felt his price was still very fair. He called me on the morning he was to arrive in the afternoon, to let me know he was running a bit behind ( it was raining hard) He asked if it would be OK if he came and did the gutters that afternoon and the windows the following week. That worked out fine. I had missed painting one of the window trims in my studio when I had painted and I asked him to remove the storm window so I could paint it over the weekend, which he did, and it was dry and ready to put back the next week when he came to wash them. Two of them cleaned out the gutters that afternoon, Yaa, no more drips. Mark came right on time the next week and did an excellent job on all my windows. It is like a breath of sunshine having them so bright and sparkle. He left no mess and asked if I needed help with anything else before he left. I asked him to put in three eye screws on the overhang of my porch which hi did and he even cleaned a large mirror he saw needed it as he passed without asking. I couldn't be more pleased. I received a prompt response to my inquiry. The provider came by, gave me a bid and we scheduled the work. Gutters were cleaned and washed out and all debris was removed. Also fixed a hole in the gutter that began leaking after debris was removed. They were easy to reach, responded quickly, did quality work, and were nice to work with. As good as it gets!

Mark returned my call within the hour. He and his crew arrived exactly in the agreed upon time frame. Within the hour the gutters were cleaned,a gutter reattached, a small problem area of the roof cleaned and treated for moss, and everything cleaned up. I have used Mark's services twice a year for the past 5 years---he's the best. Good service. Good prices. Honest.

He was very responsive and a good communicator. When we originally scheduled it was very cold... highs in the 20's and he called to let me know they could not effectively clean when material in gutters was frozen. Mark kept in touch about when they could re-schedule. They were here on time, did a good job and didn't make a mess at all. I will use them again.

Initial efforts to contact Mark directly via phone some months ago didn't work, but by sending message thru Angie's list we got immediate response. Mark and his employees provided excellent service and addressed little things, like re-securing gutters and moss on the composite roof, as needed without our having to ask; very professional overall and very responsive to request that care be used in not disturbing a cranky neighbor. We could not be happier, and have already shared (and will continue to share) our experience with others.

He did a great job, but I thought more then one employee would have arrived to clean windows. Job was not complete until noon for single level home with approximately 13 windows, 1 sky light and cathedral window in front room. I would use company again. Thank You!

Mark came by and did a quote for us fairly quickly. He quoted on the roof and window cleaning. We asked if we could split out the work and he was quite happy to do that for us. The appointment for the roof was fast, we were worried about the rain but the drew came anyway. They cleaned all the moss off that they could and treated the rest, which it looks like is dying off. The gutters were cleaned very well and seem to be working fine. Everything was great! Thank you so very much Mark!!!

Mark scheduled appointment after I contacted by email. He was able to come on the day I requested. He contacted me by phone when he was leaving his previous job to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time. All of this was handled in a very promptly and in a professional manner. I have many large trees over my house with both leaves and needles. One of the gutters in the back was completely clogged. Mark swept the roof and then cleaned all of the gutters. He also took a hose on the roof to make sure all of my downspouts were open. This is the best my gutters have been cleaned in years. I was very pleased with the work.
