Joe's Window Cleaning

Although they missed the first appointment to give an estimate, they called back quickly to reschedule, and once I accepted the estimate, the job was done very promptly (the next day), and seems to have been done neatly and thoroughly. Communication was good, they were very friendly and polite, and I thought the price reasonable.

Marks was prompt in providing an estimate and performing the work as scheduled. He cleaned the gutters from the roof using a rope and harness. He cleared the gutters and flushed the downspouts with a hose. Afterward, he blew or cleaned up any debris from around the house. Overall it was excellent work, performed as promised, timely, and at a good price. I will use him in the future for gutters and windows.

Mark was confidently able to get to a few locations on our roof that are difficult to reach. The work was thorough, quick and professional.

Mark, the owner, and his helper arrived on time and did a good job of cleaning the gutters. They explained what they would do and then got it finished before dark. They did a good job of cleaning up. Also, Mark gave us an estimate for cleaning our windows and for cleaning the chandelier in the entry. He also cleaned our nook window and kitchen window for no charge. We were very happy with his work and will have him back in the spring to clean all of the windows and the entry chandelier.

This is the second time I've used Joe's, and both experiences were completely positive. This time my windows were cleaned by Michael, and he could not have been more thorough. My house had just been painted, and while the painter was careful, nonetheless, there was paint residue on my windows. Michael worked for over six hours on the windows, and cleaned all my mirrors as well. He was courteous and respectful, and handled the job perfectly. My first experience was with Mark, the company owner, he also did a wonderful job.

Mark returned my call promptly, was able to give me an estimate over the phone, and was able to accommodate my schedule. Job was performed quickly and for less than estimated.

I requested a quote by email providing detailed information about the property, number of windows, gutter locations, etc. I received a quote by email within 48 hours: Quote was $150 for window cleaning in and out + $40/hour for gutter cleaning. Scheduling was a little difficult as they were booked up for about a month in advance, but we were able to find a morning about 40 days from the date of the quote. On the day of service, they ran a little late, but called first to let us know about it. When they called, I confirmed the address and directions to the property. They were very professional, thorough and accommodating of our extra requests (sweeping roof and changing light bulbs). I would recommend to others and will use again.

He did the estimate when he said he would. The time to do the work was left open, and he came about two weeks later and did a very thorough job. I would hire Mark again, and recommend him to friends.

Excellent! Mark and his team were in and out in less than three hours. Our windows were filthy from before we moved into the house. Its a whole new visual world to look out on our lovely clean windows. Since my husband and I work at home, we appreciate our new view from the office.

Mark charged less than his estimate over the phone of $125. The work went smoothly and they were polite and nice. They were little late, but called to let me know they would be so it was no problem.

We always have good experiences with this company. They do excellent work at a very reasonable price. Mark is flexible in taking on any ladder-requiring project, not just what's in his job description. This is good for us because our 1970 house is on a slope with a really scary drop on the downhill side.

When I called for window cleaning, Mark was very busy with gutter cleaning because of heavy rains. He stopped by my house, a few days later, and left me an estimate. It took a couple of weeks to schedule, but that was not a problem for me. Mark and his assistant cleaned all my windows, including glass doors and basement windows. They were very professional. Very neat and careful. They did a great job. They also cleaned out my gutters, and did a very thorough job. They even got the water flowing (slowly) into a blocked drainage pipe. They were definitely worth waiting for. Very nice, polite, and contentious.

Mark was pleasant and accommodating. He had to unavoidably postpone the appointment twice, once because of snow and once because the job before mine took longer than expected. In both cases he called right away to let me know and to schedule a new appointment. Since I had a scheduling conflict he did the work while I was gone. He cleaned up so well that when I came home I couldn't tell he had been there, except that the gutters were clean. My roof is large and steep, and based on what other companies seemed to be charging, I was afraid he would cost a lot more than my previous gutter cleaner (who is not working due to an injury). But his cost was comparable. I will use him from now on.

All positive. They were fast, pleasant, efficient, and had a good price. They also cleaned up well despite cold temperatures and approaching darkness.

I called to make an appointment and got on their schedule about 10 days later. The two-man crew showed up exactly when they said they would, worked very quickly and quietly and did a great job. They cleaned the glass of many multi-paned windows, plus the inner and outer sills of all the windows. Cleaned up well afterward. The whole house looks cleaner!

Mark Vickery and his coworker arrived promptly at the appointed time. (Mark had also kindly contacted us about a cancellation that would have enabled him to do the job the previous week, but we chose to adhere to the arranged schedule.) The two-man team was thorough, careful, and congenial, as well as efficient.

The crew was on time, very respectful of the house (removed their shoes) and did an excellent job. This experience was much better than the previous two window washing experiences during years past. I have no complaints and I think the price was reasonable.

Wonderful experience. Joe came by soon after I called and gave an estimate of $460. On the day the work was performed, he and his crew arrived on time and worked efficiently as a team for six hours. They did some extra work for us (removed an old tv antenna from the roof, cleaned gutters, and cleared debris from flat roofs). For this I agreed to pay an additional $80. Well worth the extra charge. He offered these services, but no pressure. They were careful not to track in dirt or drip on carpets, hardwoods, and furniture. A great company!
