Overall I was very pleased with Bruner Plumbing. I feel his plumber was a little too talkative and could have completed his work in less than 3 hrs. The work was ''A'' quality, on time, and would definitely use them again. The owner, Ward Bruner was very helpful in sending me to a plumbing supply store to select my shower fixture and let me charge it to his account.

Allan was here for about 3-1/2 hours replacing faucets and a valve. He did a good job in that nothing leaked when he was done. Bruner's labor rates are a little high compared to the competition, but they are reliable and went out of their way to get a plumber here on short notice.

They were on time, polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves, including hauling away all the old pipe and the water heater. I thought the price for doing both things was reasonable. The city inspector commented on the tankless heater. He said it was good quality. They put a lot of guys on the job, so we never had a day without water. It took one day for the pipes and one for the tank. They came in at their estimate.

When I called to order parts I found out the faucet company had closed and my part was not available. So there will be more to this story. Allan gave me some suggestions if we wanted to replace the faucet (what brands had less maintenance). Allan also noticed a few things about the faucet like the diverter for the sprayer was not working well and the installation in the granite wasn't tight enough (the sub-layer of wood should have been cut away)- he said we could correct this on the new faucet installation.

They are the absolute best, bar none! Professional, trustworthy, on time, on budget, and respectful of property.

The plumber (Alan) was prompt and courteous. I was pleased that he also told me what kind of stopper I could get to replace the missing mechanism, and that I could probably do the job myself (I haven't actually tried this yet). He completed the work in under an hour and didn't leave a mess behind.

Allen was very courteous and called me to let me know he was running a little late. I am sure that messing with a ''sewage'' pump was not his ideal way to spend an evening, but Allen was very nice and professional and did not once complain about what a disgusting job this was. Despite the filthy nature of the job, Allen was very clean and took his time to make sure the job was done right. He also had a lot of good suggestions as to how to avoid such problems in the future. I would definitely use Allen again. As far as the price of the job, the amount I listed in this review is a guess since I have not received their bill for the services rendered.

Since we had to turn off all the water to the house as a result of the leak, we were very grateful that the plumber arrived 45 minutes after we called. Tim worked quickly and professionally and explained what he was doing. As a nice bonus, he had a sense of humor, which came in handy when a second leak was discovered after we thought the job was finished. If we need plumbing work in the future, we will call this company first.

Allan was on Time, professional and helpful.

Allan did an excellent job. I needed to call about a repair that didn't hold, and he came back the next morning to make a more permanent fix.

This event occurred on a Saturday and since I was unable to find a plumber on the weekend, I was unable to use running water. Monday morning I called Bruner Plumbing which is fairly close to me and recommended on the Angie's list. The owner of the shop listened to my tale of woe and immediately dispatched two men to solve the problem. They had to take a portion of my deck apart and dig about 3 feet down to find the break. Portland was just getting over an ice storm so the boys had to work in cold rainy weather. They did an excellent job. They took a small part of the deck apart in order to dig, and then replaced it with new screws. Very professional friendly service. My money was well spent. I would recommend them highly.

Plumber was there on time, assessed the problem quickly, had the proper tool to fit in a new connection. Total time was probably less than an hour. Price might have been a little high, but was able to come on short notice, day after Thanksgiving.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY DO VERY TOP QUALITY WORK. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHER FRIENDS. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR HIM ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND EXACTLY HOW TO DO IT, AND THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB.
