The gentleman called a day later than he indicated he would to set up the appointment, but for some reason didn't leave a message (we saw the # on caller id). We didn't hear back from him. When that experience was unsuccessful I decided to go on Angie's List and get someone who was recommended. Unbeknowst to me I contacted the same company. When I spoke to him on a Saturday he told me to call back on Monday to set something up for the same day. He didn't take my name or phone # and put the responsibility on me to call him again. I didn't. Several days later he contacted my husband and set up a time to do the work.
Description of Work: Pick bike lock & rekey several door locks.
