Eddie and Justin arrived on time and cleaned the air ducts in my home. Eddie did a walk through first to give me an exact price. Both were friendly and answered any questions I had. The job went well.

It went great overall. Eddie and his helper showed up on time. Thoroughly cleaned every duct (13 hot air ducts and 2 cold air returns). They found a lot of dust, some old building debris, and an ant trap. They also repaired two duct covers that had broken for no charge. I like repair people who explain what they are going to do and answer questions and give suggestions.

I called Eddie and he scheduled a cleaning appt. for 2 days later. He showed up on time and did a great job. He's very thorough and particular about his work. He showed me what he was going to do and then went about his work. The vacuum he uses is very strong and I could constantly hear the dirt and debris being sucked through the line as he went to each of the floor vents in our house.

GREAT! Eddie showed up right on time (8 a.m. on a Monday) and walked thru the house to get a better idea of what would be needed. He said it would take between 3-5 hours and landed right in the middle at 4 hours to complete. He kept my house clean and was very careful not to let my cat out when coming in and out of the house/basement. The vents look great and he even gave me a few pointers as well as referred me on to someone for furnace tune-ups. I highly recommend American Power Vac and will use again.

Eddie arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m., as agreed, and worked very hard until 2:00 p.m. when he finished. He was thorough, pleasant, and cleaned up after himself very well.

I called the company and got an estimate which was exactly what it ended up costing. The crew showed up exactly on time. They finished the job in the time that they had estimated (between 3-5 hours, they finished in just under 4 hours). They were thorough and professional, and took their shoes off when entering the house. When I called to set up the appointment, I was informed that the company is owner operated, so I'm assuming it was the owner and his helper who showed up. There were just a few items that were not put back in place when they left and a bit of lint around the outside of the dryer vent that hadn't been vacuumed up, but besides that, they completed a very thorough job with absolutely no surprises (i.e., time for completion of job or final cost of job). I would use them again.

Everything went great - they showed up right on time, and got to work. Eddie discovered that our filter had been removed from the furnace when the A/C was installed and explained to me what to get to replace it an how often to change it out. He was very polite, and not at all condescending, which he certainly could have been given that I never changed the filter in my furnace. I had to leave, but felt totally comfortable leaving them to finish the job. I returned home to a clean house, and clean ducts.

Eddie was great! He came out and did the work himself. From the time I got an initial quote to the end of the job I was very pleased and happy that I went with him. He is a "straight-up" guy with no hidden agenda. I believe it was a Monday that I called he was out first thing Saturday, and very punctual. He did a walk-through with me so I knew what to expect before he started the work. He provided some very helpful tips that I wasn't aware of. He was very polite, professional, and clean, making sure to place drop cloths down to protect our new carpet. The work was completed within his estimated time frame (he finished in 5 hours, estimated between 4-6 hours). He was honest in telling us that this type of cleaning only needs to be done every 3-5 years which I was already aware of - whereas many other dishonest companies will try to tell you it needs to be done annually so they can increase their revenues. I will definitely use Eddie's services again.

The woman who answered the phone in the office was friendly and efficient and quoted a great price right then. They were two weeks out. Eddie and Joe came out as promised, right on time and got straight to work. Attentive and professional. They were great from the start. As a female general contractor I've had some issues with other tradesmen, but these guys were terrific. The job took less time than expected and the price was better than any other companies that I called.

They gave me a 10% discount. They came on time. They certainly seemed to know what they were doing.

Crew was prompt. Vents were full of sheetrock dust and debris. They gave us good advice on how often vents should be cleaned.

When he got there, Eddie asked for a tour of the areas that needed to be cleaned. He explained the process he would go through to hook his equipment up to the furnace. He fixed a couple of problem areas left by the individual who cleaned the vents years ago. The job took about 4 hours. He came across as very professional and we were pleased with his work.

Eddie and Jeremy showed up right on time. Very efficient and professional. Explained what they were doing every step of the way. They were conscientious about keeping the house clean while working on the ducts. The overall process took about 6 hours, which is what you should expect for a thorough duct cleaning of a 2500 sq ft house. There are some duct cleaners who will quote you a lower price, and clean your ductwork in under 2 hours, but it is unlikely you will get as thorough a cleaning.

Eddie answered his phone the first time I called, asked me about our house, then quoted me an amount and an estimate of the time it would take to complete. We set a date and time for the appointment. The day of the appointment, he arrived exactly on time. He estimated three to five hours to complete the work. It took three and a half hours. Inside the house, he was extremely careful of keeping everything clean, he removed his shoes, etc. He found there was a little piece missing from our furnace that held the filter in place. He created a fix-it for us and installed it, free of charge. He went above and beyond, even giving referrals of some other service people whose work he likes. I would wholeheartedly recommend him! He gave me a 10% discount for being referred from Angie's.

He was on time, personable, and helpful on information about my furnace and stuff. I have nothing to complain about whatsoever. It was all good.

Eddie was so pleasant and courteous. He did a very thorough job and I think he left the house cleaner than when he arrived.

He was very clean, no dirt left behind. He even took his shoes off when he came inside.

I decided to go with this company because the person who answered the phone explained what would be done, how much it would cost and about how long it would take. I asked about applying anti-mold/spore spray(?) or solution after the cleaning and she said the owner came to the conclusion that it wasn't necessary or maybe not even a good idea since that also would be pumped into the air (my words). That sold me on hiring this company. Eddie explained in detail what he and his helper would be doing and if there were any questions. They were very polite and respectful, even asking about my cat (afraid of noise, indoor/outdoor). I was given good advice about my furnace (yearly check-up, tune-ups, etc.) I felt that he was honest and I was very happy with the service.

Everything went really well. I asked that he call 45 minutes before arriving at my house which he did. He explained all the work that he was going to do, answered all my questions, and was very friendly. The best part was that he let me borrow his ladder and then helped me tar up my leaking chimney. He probably spent 15 minutes helping me with that and didn't mind doing it. I offered to pay him for his help and he said not to worry about it. All in all a very positive experience and I would recommend him.

I bought the house two years ago. Air ducts were visibly dirty. Eddie and co-worker noted many kid's toys and dirt in the system. Vent filters no longer collect dirt because the ducts are clean.

Let me just say this saying I always try to stick by. ''You get what you pay for''. The last company I that came out only took an hour. I did not get what I paid for there. With Eddie you get what you pay for! Don't let the high quote scare you off. Believe me it was worth every penny! After Eddie left I turned the heat up just to see if I would see dust come flying out. There was none and I must say the air coming out of the vents actually smelled clean! I am very happy and now have a permanent Air Duct company to come to my home. Eddie is worth the time and the money! He is a great and honest man. Someone you can really trust!
