Kevin gave an estimate and was very prompt and courteous. Even gave us a senior discount. Wade made sure the lines were marked correctly. Fixed the outlets that were not functioning. Installed track lighting in the living room. Did all of this work in a day and a half. He was very neat and picked up majority of his work.

The electrician was very professional, thoroughly explained his work and answered all my questions. He was very accepting of my requests and made sure all switches and outlets were in the places I wanted them, and did it all for a reasonable price. I'd hire this company again for sure. If you're building a new house, or remodeling an old one, I recommend you introduce your general contractor to All Pro.

He was just very nice and seemed to do a good job. He was here only for an hour. I had to call my contractors electrician as we have an older house and it needed some work. They worked on the electrical and so I talked to my contractor and they found the problem. He was able to fix it after about 4 and half -5 hours. The guy that came out from All Pro was really polite and really very nice. He was close to my house and that’s why I called. It took a long time to find the problem. He was very clean and polite and a really nice person. The price was fine. At first he didn’t want to charge me and then I insisted and he took it. He was just trying to be really nice and he came right over in 10 minutes because he was close to my home. He was very careful and clean.

They scheduled for the next day and I found another electrician who was available to do it right away so the job was done but I forgot to cancel. So when they showed up next morning I had to apologize and they were still friendly and did not try to charge for a false call

I scheduled for him to come out for an estimate over a week ago. In the meantime I decided not to do the project due to the cost and forgot to cancel our appointment. He came over today on time as scheduled. He was very courteous and nice. I would definately use them in the future to install lighting!

Very professional, prompt and kind.

The electrician Wade was very courteous, showed me what he was doing, and did good work. The new exhaust fan (NuTone QTRN110L) at 110 CFM was rated at 1.5 sones. It was much quieter than my previous exhaust fan, but seemed to have a low motor hum. The low hum was more noticeable at certain locations in the bathroom. I spoke and exchanged emails with Kevin at All Pro Electric. He seemed like he wanted to make sure I was satisfied and came out to listen for himself. He then listened to various models back at the shop. It turns out that the low hum was present in these models, but he had not previously noticed it himself. I think that I was sensitive to the hum since the fan was new to me. I was impressed with Kevin's effort in the investigation.

Yani from All Pro Electric showed up on schedule and worked diligently to solve our issues, which were not big issues, but were safety concerns (reversed polarity outlets) and annoyances (bathroom fan that would regularly trip a GFCI). Yani did a great job of explaining the underlying issues and provide advice about how to proceed with a couple of larger outstanding issues. Instead of trying to up sell the job, he recommended rightfully that the other jobs could easily wait until we made decisions about other home projects, since they weren't safety concerns.

Came when they said they would, called to give 30 minute notice they were on the way. Did what was agreed for the price agreed. Checked that it was not a more serious problem. Friendly, easy to deal with.

Kevin, the owner arrived promptly and spent an extended time explaining all my options to me. He provided me with an estimate which seemed fair and was less than I expected and on the day the work was done for less than was quoted. The only complaint I had was the electrician arrived a little late due to a mix up in bookings but once I phoned and asked his whereabouts this was quickly addressed. I also received an apology for this from all concerned. And the efficient clean job that was done made this complaint seem rather trite. I was far more impressed with how they handled a situation going slightly wrong than that the situation went wrong because in my experience things can always go wrong, but they are not always addressed as quickly and effectively as this was done.

From the office staff to the installation electrician, everyone I interacted with at All Pro were very professional. Kevin was very prompt in coming over to discuss the project to prepare for the bid. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and was able to give me a clear picture of not only the tack lighting project, but also other electrical projects that I may need down the road. I really appreciated him being able to give me a rough estimate on the spot and then got the detailed bid within 36 hours. Their office was great with follow-up and confirmation of appointments. The electrician was prompt, skilled, knowledgeable and was able to get the job done very promptly and well within the time frame and the bid that was given to me. I would have no hesitation hiring All Pro for any future electrical work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and skilled electricians.

Our circuit breaker was tripped. It caused several of our appliances and outlets to go out. We called another company but they were booked for two weeks out. We called All Pro and they were able to come out in a few days. They did a great job at troubleshooting and figured out that one our outlets (older one) had extra loose wiring. Since we had a couch up against it for most of the time we have lived here it held the outlet secure. As soon as we moved the couch we guess the wiring finally moved. Anyway, All Pro also detached a light switch that was attached to an outlet. Our electronics were plugged into it and we had to tape up the switch so no one would accidentally turn them off. Great work, very friendly, and definitely were fair in their pricing. We though it would be a lot more than they charged us. Will definitely use them again!

It went really well. He was here at 7 AM and left at 1 PM. He cleaned well after himself. He ran through the house and checked everything to make sure that everything worked.

Thorough, gave us good ideas for updating. Great communications from office also. will use again.

The company was very professional and thorough from the first request for an estimate through the completion of the work. We were very satisfied with their work.

Of the providers who responded to the quote request, most were quoting a fixed price. All-Pro agreed to quote time and materials; and for this job, capped the maximum time. The work was done as requested well within the estimated time duration, including installation of a whole house surge suppressor which was not a part of my original quote request, although I agreed to pay an incremental amount ($180) for that feature. Cost, including the surge suppressor, was substantially less than quoted by other potential suppliers whose quote did not include a surge suppressor. I highly recommend All-Pro electric and would definitely consider them again for any future electrical work.

They did a great job. Their technician was really clean, quick, and easy. He asked me a couple of questions like where the access to the attic was and other things and asked whether the area was fine for the fan location or not. He did not damage the plaster ceiling and everything was clean when he left. The installation and product was as I expected. I am really pleased with them. The price was totally fair, but they are definitely on the high end. I would use their service in the future too.

Overall the experience was positive. When we met with the estimator, we discussed the fact that the outside lights would be a challenge because of the siding. I was assured the lights would be installed at a straight angle but there would be some air space behind. When the electrician installed one light, it was crooked and he said he couldn't do anything about it. That was disappointing but everything else was fine, so I fixed it myself by shimming behind it.

Dean was exceptional, he worked very hard and did everything that was on the scope of work. He even made special accommodations for us to have power during the panel upgrade to our well so we had working toilets. I know that the job took longer than the bid was for and really appreciate not being charged for the extra labor/time. All Pro met and exceeded the work of every previous electrician i have used in many years. Dont use another company, call them.

They were easy to deal with, professional and punctual. Everything in the contract was set out in writing and sent via e-mail. We had all of the fixtures changed or installed that we needed. Kevin also made suggestions for improving the safety of our electrical system, which Justin carried out.

They quoted me $1070 which was not a good price. The price was almost double compared to what I paid to the other service provider. The main reason that I did not use them was their price. Other than that, they were great. They came out to do the estimate and they were very professional. They were also very competent.

They were very prompt and communicated very well. The person who came out here and did the work was very knowledgeable and courteous. It was a very positive experience. Everything about them was great.

Pretty good. He's an alright guy, very meticulous.

EXCELLENT I am in construction and remodel homes. I started using Allpro in the last 6 months or so. They are my exclusive electricians now.
