The service was great overall! They showed up on time and did exactly what we asked them to do. They did a good job.

The job went well. These projects were pretty involved, and Rick got right to work, and took care of it all. He ran out of time, and i wish i would have gone ahead and scheduled him to come back to finish up the final painting, because i never got to it, and now its cold and raining.

They did a very good job! Their price was exceptional and they were very professional, and knew exactly what to do. We both came up with a good solution, and they were wonderful to work with overall! One of the quotes that I received was $700, and this company was able to do get the job done for $125! They keep their promises, too and I didn’t have to pay anything until everything was done; he even stayed late to get the job done.

The service was fine overall. They showed up on time, did what I asked them to do, and they did a good job.

Work was performed while unit was vacant. Tile was installed well, it took one day for removal, one day for install and one day for grout (mastic had to dry). Spacers weren't used on the tile and the tiles weren't perfectly straight but they were done well overall. I was told the grout would be sealed as part of the install but the installers left a note and a bottle of sealant with instructions. Pricing was as follows: Service Call - $45.00 Labor - 16 hours, 6 hours with A/L coupon @ $375 and 10 more at $70/each Materials - 6x6 white ceramic tile, bullnose edges, plumbing supplies, tub spout, caulk, adhesive, green board - $562.53 Debris Removal - $75.00 Total Cost - $1757.53

When he came out, the first thing he said was 'I hate painting'. Why they would send him to me, knowing he doesn't like to paint, is a mystery.

Went really well. They are very good and professional.

Greg (representative) arrived on time. We walked through the work to be performed. He provided his input so I understood how he would handle the job. He did a beautiful job. He made sure the areas were cleaned, which was a nice plus. I feel that I received great value and would use Handyman Matters again for my home updates.

Vaughn did all the items on my current "honeydo" list quickly and efficiently. I needed a trellis repaired and was delighted with the clever fix he figured out. I am starting a new list now and will certainly be calling him back every few months.

Kory got me scheduled in, very last minute, when I was in desperate need of handyman help. He was on time and project was done as requested.

The Handyman arrived on time, looked over our "To Do" list. We prioritized the list, and he was able to move from activity to activity smoothly, no time lost. He told us what we needed to purchase, and my husband was able to go get what we needed in time to fix all the items. The doorbell was in a "trial" mode to see that it would work through exterior walls. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the job.

Spot on time, amiable, technically very competent. Way more professional and motivated than others I've tried. I wasn't wild about the $45 visit fee atop the hourly fee. One of the repairs (blind) was short lived partially. Otherwise it was fully an A experience.

He was a nice enought guy showed up on time but then had to go to the store and buy supplies and a rope, he new what my job was and should have been prepared to go right to work. The roof was not fully cleaned of moss, and he told me next time he would bring the hose and correct nozel to spray off the rest of the moss. Did not really do me any good because I was paying him to do it right the first time. Very nice person sub par job. probably just pay the higher bid next time and have it done right the first time.

The job went very smoothly. He showed up on time. On return trips called to fit my schedule again showed on time with confirmation calls. The ceiling looks great for a garage, I did not want perfection. I bought the paint which matched fairly well. However on the last sanding bit he forgot to sweep up after himself, not a deal breaker. I will call again if I need something small done they did a great job.

The primary reason I bought the coupon was for repairing a wall and replacing a utility sink and faucet. The scheduling was easy and timely. I purchased the sink and faucet online. When the handyman came, he pointed out that the sink would be difficult to install because the drain hole was too close to the wall. He also suggested a different type of sink that would be higher quality. I wasn't happy with the conformation of the sink anyway, so we cancelled that portion of the job and I returned the materials. He patched, textured and painted the hole in a sheet rock wall. With the extra time from cancelling the sink, he replaced mildewed caulking for the kitchen and master bath sinks. He also re-installed a ceiling fan that had become dislodged. He made sure I got the all the time provided for on the coupon and I never felt pushed to add more. He did good work and I will use this company again.

I called several times for an appointment. No one ever returned my calls. Work was never performed.

I first want to say how impressed I was with our handyman, Vaughn. He truly is a handyman because he was able to work in all areas and seemed knowledgeable with each part of the job. Highly recommend his work!! He started with removing the old laminate counter top, sink and pipes. First problem was the shut-off valve didn't shut the water off. So he had to work quickly since this was a condo and shutting the main water off for everyone was needed. It only took him about 5 minutes to get that part done. He had to cut the laminate counter to fit the new sink and he did a flawless job. When we turned the water on to test, he realized there wasn't pressure. So he went to the hot water tank and found that shut-off valve gave way. Water was spraying out the top! He went into action and we got the parts and soldered the old one off and replaced with a new one. This was an unexpected delay and made his night long. But he stayed until it was fixed and didn't charge a dime more than his hourly rate even though it was after 10pm when it was done. He quickly installed the new microwave and adapted the venting to match the new microwave venting. I found the guy I will use from now on!! Thank you Handyman Matters for sending Vaughn!

Mike was wonderful. He worked hard, quickly and was very professional. He completed all the work except installing the new door knob--turns out our door has a non-standard location of the door knob and the new lock I purchased wouldn't fit. I would definitely use this compnay again--esp if I could get Mike again.

First of all let me say that Vaughn, who did the work , did a fantastic job. Took about 3 hours to complete. Called way ahead of time to say he would be late due to job before me taking longer. Was professional and checked everything before leaving and did a good job cleaning up, My only beef with company was when I called and set up date, was not informed what the hourly rate was (my fault also for not making sure) and that on top of that not informed that there was a service charge included on top of hourly rate. I feel that their hourly rate is a little high for handyman work. Have spent less when I didn't have time to do myself or didn't want to do and was happy with the work preformed.

Rick showed up early and was able to go over job with me before he started. Gave some ideas for keeping pine needles from gather in spaces of the deck. Rick showed up a little early, and he was able to start work immediately. Was finished and cleaned up scraps and old boards and put them where I requested. Very professional, except I wished he did not smoke, as some smoke came in through window. would used service again
