Robert was the person who did the work for me, and he was fabulous. He was courteous, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and meticulous about his work. I'll definitely use this company again and I'll request Robert.

It was a pleasure having Kelly in out home. He's on time, works hard and is very conscientious. I recommend.

Greg came out for the estimate and also did the actual work himself. He completed the service in about 2 days which was less time than he thought. He did great work and was great with the cleanup afterwards. He was very knowledgeable and happy to explain everything to me. I would definitely use the company again.

Good work but mismanaged! We had a small remodel of a bathroom and a bedroom done. We were told all along and up to a few days before the job was done that everything was on schedule and in budget. Then we get a bill that is 20% over the estimate! When you are talking about a $15,000 job that adds up! We were told that the labor hours were much higher than the original estimate. Since the original estimate didn't include an estimate of hours (just a flat amount that didn't even specify a rate per hour). We had no way of knowing if this was a con job. There were several days that a worker showed up and then left for the day to work on other jobs. We didn't think much of it at the time but now we feel that we are being billed for work that isn't part of our project. Of the $3,000 in additional costs they agreed to only change us an extra $2,000 because of the "miscommunication". To add to the crazy cost overages at the last minute. The main worker did a great job, but the subs where inconsiderate in regards to our house and things. Several days we would come home to have to clean up our house because workers were walking through the house and not even taking their shoes off. There is still a mess in our garage where some holes were drilled and then subs just left a mess. We will never use these guys again and recommend others to use anyone else.

He was very receptive to our complaints and was able to handle our issues. He was very quick and professional. We were very pleased with the work.

I used this company for the first time last summer and am so happy that I called them again. Leslie and Kory will be who you talk with when you call, and they have great attitudes and senses of humor. My handyman was Greg, who showed up promptly, took a look and got straight to work. In had purchased a wainscoting "kit" at Home Depot, stained the boards myself and had them ready to go. The job was a little tricky and the conditions were cramped, but Greg just handled everything with calmness and skill. The work turned out beautifully! Worth every penny.

It went very well. John Kelly was his name and he took the list of work we wanted done and progressed through the list doing an excellent job. At the end of each task he would ask for our opinion. We have been looking for a handyman for a long time and we were very pleased with his completed work and his good work ethic. We plan on using him again to paint the outside of our house

I was very pleased with the quality of the work. Mike called the night before the confirm his arrival time and details, and he kept me up to date about the status of the project. Some of the painting had to be delayed due to rain, but the weather cooperated on our second appointment. I am very satisfied with the completed work; Mike did a beautiful job, and gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done now and what could wait. He cleaned up his work areas at the end of each day. The price seemed reasonable for the work that was completed. I would hire Handyman Matters again.

Someone had gone through the neighborhood and knocked mailboxes down. When the gentleman came out to install the mailbox, he noticed the post was a little wobbly. He told me he would come out to fix it later but wouldn’t charge me extra for the second visit. He came out and stabilized it before installing the mailbox. He did a good job and he knew what he was doing. He always called ahead of time, which means a lot to me.

Things went very well. He was prompt and he did what he said he would do. I spent a couple hundred dollars. He was very courteous.

Kelly was outstanding! Very easy to talk to, and extremely meticulous about his work. Studied what needed to be done & made the best choices. I truly appreciate his professionalism.

We had excellent service from HMM and Mike and would definitely use them again! They are very professional and know their stuff.

The price was too high, so I didn't use them.

For the most part we have been happy with their service, once or twice we have had one of their workman do less than stellar work and we now request specific workmen that we know and have done great work for us and this seem to work out well for us. The only other downside I have with them is that they can be hard to get a hold of sometimes and you play a bit of telephone tag, also in the most recent contact I left 2 messages with the after hours answering service and it appears that they never got the message. I called back a third time during the day and left a message on their machine and that generated a call back, not the after hours service. But I consistently play telephone tag over a few days before we connect, however, they do good work and we will continue to use them.

We had two of their repair men come out. There was one who my husband liked really well and a second one who he didn't care for at all. What they charged was way out of line; we were very, very unhappy with the price.

I was very happy with the service provided. They came promptly, finished the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them!

They assured me an estimator would get back to me within the day, and I never heard back. I followed up with an email. No response. Today I called and the woman on the phone was not very professional or kind. I don't feel that they wanted to help me, provide service or build business through recommendations. I'm sorry to say I never even got a chance to see their work, but with the lack of responsiveness and poor attitude, I will not be calling on them again.

The top half needed to be tiled as well, but my budget was $2100 so he had to stop at that point. He did A quality work, but the job was not finished. It cost more than I thought it would, and so I had other guys working on it to finish it. I was very pleased with the quality, but he could not get it under budget. He had to buy extra stuff that I didn't want him to buy.

It was a positive experience. He was perfect! He did many, many things for us in one visit.

It went very well. They were on time, very clean, and everything was put back in place. The floors were all wiped up, it went super, and the price was reasonable.

The gentleman who came out was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He had to come back for the second time because the wall of the tub was a little pliable and so then he had to put in a brace and re-caulk it because when you got in the tub it is sweet and that changed it and there was a little crack in it. But he responded back right away when I called him. I liked him as a person and as a workman. I went in the bathroom and showed him what I wanted done. I had already moved some things and he just went on his way and did it. He was extremely efficient and clean. Since I have not ever had anything like that done before, I do not know how to compare the value of his work to the price. I asked him what other kinds of work he did and he did do the work that I was looking for someone to do but he said that Handyman Matters had other people in their company that do many different things.
