AA Window & Gutter Cleaning

At first I was scheduled in a cancellation slot the same week I called, but the day of I was contacted and told the crew leader had called in sick, so the appt. was moved to late morning the following Weds. On that day, John showed up before noon. The moss swept off the roof made quite a mess, but he cleaned it up. The roof area over the garage that I can see is cleaned well. He questioned our choice to use the sodium solution, because zinc works better & longer in his experience. I think he just wanted to make it clear to us that moss could return sooner despite the cleaning, but I'm OK with that rather than toxic runoff from zinc.

Great. It was easy to book the appointment. We got an estimate based on an online view of the house (Google Maps). It was less than several other estimates we received. The final bill was exactly what I expected. The work was done correctly and efficiently, and the cleaner was very professional and easy to work with.

It went great. We are on an eco system with them and so they come twice a year. They call us and say its time to come out and we do not need to be home for them to come. They show up, do a good job and their price is reasonable in comparison to others. They offer us a bit of a discount since we are on a plan. We are in a really tree and moss area so have our roof has to be maintained. They have done our roof and gutters. They are great.

The work they did was good. But they did not notice that we had a hole in our roof and it's all wet and damaged. They also did not notice that our gutters are not attached correctly. They will do a good job cleaning, but they have low knowledge of their job. They won't point out any problems or go above and beyond.

Brandon from AA Window and Gutter Cleaning came out and very satisfactorily cleaned out all of my gutters. There had been a clog in one of the downspouts causing the drainage to continue to block up that one gutter, even though I kept cleaning out that particular area myself repeatedly. This has led to water seepage in my basement when it was particularly rainy. Now everything is okay, so I'm very glad about that! I would definitely hire them again.

Our tech's name was Josh. He showed up at the scheduled time. We spoke for a few minutes when he arrived. He asked me if there were any special areas of concern before he started. I thought this was really courteous and professional. Other services I have used in the past never bothered to ask. He spent a good hour+ cleaning our gutters and downspouts. He also cleaned up the debris and left the driveway looking better than before. I was really blown away by the quality of service. I definitely recommend AA Window and Gutter to anyone. Josh was the best and we've never had a better experience with this necessary maintenance. Thanks so much!!

Blayne of AA Window and Gutter arrived on time and promptly cleaned out the gutters on our two story house.

They were great, were very helpful, and responded very quickly. They did everything they were supposed to. Thank you, I will hire them again.

They cam in and cleaned the roof of Moss and clreaned the gutters. It did look good they cleaned up behind themselves. We did not have to be home when the work was done. However we put the house up for sale and had a Roof cirtification done, Some of the comments the Composite roff tiles had to be masticed as it was cleaned incorrectly to where the tiles we curling up. I had to pay to have someone else to mastic and treat the roof as well as clean the rook. I was not happy

Awesome! I called and spoke with Ryan who was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. We scheduled an appointment and Steven (Stephen?) arrived on time. He was friendly and professional as well. He cleaned the gutters and downspouts, and cleaned up afterward--no debris left behind on the sidewalks/house. I would definitely use AA again!

am set on a twice a year service. They do not notify in advance when they come and require a credit card be placed on file, for automatic deductions.

OK. They did say if we committed to $250/year, they'd clean the gutters, clean the windows once, and then give us a year's insurance on the need for future gutter cleaning. This last part turned out to not be true.

Arrived on time. Reviewed what needed to be done. We added 4 panels that were not in the initial quote and that was taken care of right away.

Excellent service. This is the second time I have used AA Windows and Gutters for roof and gutter cleaning. I have also asked them to trim back the top of a climbing Jasmine that grows over the roof. While that is not normally the type of work they do, they did it for me both times, and did a great job. Access to this area is impossible for me, so I have been very appreciative that they took care of it. The first time I used AA, Tyson did the work, and he was great. This time, Mike completed the work and he was every bit as good and very personable. I felt that I was dealing with someone very capable, knowledgeable and hard working. It is also important to me when scheduling work that I can reach someone who is knowledgeable and helpful. Whether or not I use the service often depends on that first contact. Tracy and Keith have both provided that help to me and got my work scheduled quickly. I am confident that consistent maintenance will extend the life of my roof.
