They were excellent, very competent.

Great. Suggested maintenance plan. Cleaned only the chimney that needed it.

It was for the rental house and I haven't used the chimney myself but I think they were fine. There was no extra charge and I only paid for the price of the deal.

Jason was very prompt on both visits. He was very careful to keep my house clean while he cleaned the chimney. I requested that he install a chimney cap as there was none on my chimney. He ordered the new stainless steel cap and installed it when it arrived. Efficient, friendly service. I would use him again.

I bought the big deal of chimney and dryer vent cleaning plus inspection for $149. When he came out to inspect, he saw that my chimney had structural issues that created a hazard and needed repair. He gave me an estimate, creditted me the amount of the deal, came back in two days with his partner and fixed the chimney. The two visits together were probably only about 4 hrs. He worked quickly and cleanly. His office forgot to get me an approximate time for the 2nd visit - they just gave me the day - and then I was unable to get ahold of them. In the end it wasn't a big detraction, but it was frustrating. The turnaround was very quick, though. He recommended a chimney cap, which is something I see he recommends to a lot of people, but he didn't push it I turned him down. He said he recommended it if I used the chimney a lot, but it wasn't vital if I didn't. He went over my chimney with me and gave me advice about how to get the best out of it and maintain it. He was professional, friendly and helpful throughout.

It went great. He was fast and efficient. He cleaned a lot of stuff out of the fireplace and suggested repairs but said we had a little time before they needed to be done. He was very professional and we will use him when we are going to get the work done.

I will go back to them again. I learned a lot about our house and the chimneys from Jason. He did not oversell me, but told me what needed to be done to maintain our chimneys. On time, friendly, and well done.

What I have found with all of the deals is that I have personally used, is that most of the vendors are coming in and hoping to up sell you. This particular vendor, had some guy, who looked like he just pulled him off a pick up truck, go up on my roof, and then proceeded to tell me, that I needed the chimney cap rebuilt, but showed me no photos. I take issues with that. I am not saying they are lying, but it would be more professional, than the guy who has a sweeper up my place, and talking to each other and nodding and going ''oh okay, so she needs a chimney cap rebuilt huh?''. It just seemed like I was getting ripped. I paid them for doing the cleaning, and it surprised me that no cleaning was done from the roof, the only cleaning that was done, was from up inside the gas fire place inside the house. It was a retractable gripping wire brush. He asked how the flashing was, and the other guy said it was okay. I said it would be okay because the roof was replaced 8 years ago. They have been good at following up whether I need an 800 Dollar job done.

They crew arrived about 40 minutes earlier than estimated. They came in, were professional, courteous, and got the job done within half an hour. Jason provided me with knowledge and insight of how to properly and safely have a fire in our fire place as well as what type of wood to use. I gave them a B on responsiveness because I first left a message the week before to schedule the cleaning and no return phone call. I called them back a few days later and they scheduled me for Tuesday. The woman on the phone said she would call me back by 2:30pm that day with a time for the service. Well, she never called me back. I called the following day to see what time they would be coming and spoke with a man this time who promptly gave me an estimated time (12-2). This was not a problem for us since we are very flexible with time. The service was done so quickly and well, it was definitely worth the little extra effort to schedule them to come.

Very professional and quick. Pointed out things that needed repair without doing a hard sell for the job. I will call them when I decide to do the repairs. Highly recommend!

Jason arrived on time and was professional. He noted that the chimney was in need of a cleaning as it was getting dangerously close to being a fire hazard (we had recently purchased the house and figured it had been a while since it had been cleaned). After cleaning and inspecting the upstairs fireplace he inspected the downstairs one and noted that we were part of a fortunate few who have high positive pressure downstairs, so no issues with smoke blowing in. Jason was honest in his assessments and said if we were burning fires all the time, neither chimney would need a cleaning for at least two years, perhaps even four, which is more likely the case for our usage. Would definitely use Master Sweep again and we intend to.

Scheduling was done promptly; they got us an appointment within a week. They were very efficient, they came in, did the work and left. They did a good job and seemed to know what they were doing.

The chimney sweep arrived right on time. He completed the work very efficiently. He even cleaned up the old ash I had left in the fireplace from previous wood fires. He also installed a new chimney cap. There was an additional charge for that, but I didn't mind paying it as I continue to get birds in my chimney in the spring. All in all, I was very satisfied with the work performed and would use them again.

Great.! the chimney was cleaned quickly and efficiently, and they later came back for a cap for our chimney (we purchased separately) . They were prompt, and even got the job done 2 weeks earlier than we had scheduled due to a cancellation.

They cleaned as promised and discovered that the problem was a flue needing replacement. They returned and provided that correction as well as gave me suggestions for operating both fireplaces and the optimal types of wood to burn. There have been no problems since. The workers covered the floor well so there was no residual dirt when they left.

The work guys were fast and clean and had my fireplace working and a new screen put on in no time. Would recommend.

The service went real well. They introduced themselves, and they were very clean.

Looked up chimney from inside house. Told me my chimney was fine. That there was a very small leak and to watch it. Said that my account would be credited. I have never found a bank statement telling me that happened.

Scheduling was very prompt. They came and cleaned the chimney. They informed us that we were having an issue with our caps. He said it wasn’t an immediate need but he would recommend it in the future. We had him do masonry work on the caps as he suggested on a separate occasion.

Great service and deal! He thoroughly inspected everything and apprised of of all areas of concern. He left the area very clean.

It stated they would contact me within 48 hours, which they did not do. I started calling them and called at least 4 |times, leaving messages each time. Since I had no heat, my messages became more and more desperate, and finally they called me on a Friday to say they would be in my area on Monday. So very frustrating. But once they were here, Jason was incredibly helpful. He did the work on my chimney and taught me how to use my fireplace insert correctly. He spent a lot of time explaining exactly what I needed to do to use it efficiently. I would use them again but they need to figure out a better phone response system.

We have chimney swifts all summer and fall in one of our 2 flues, which is fine with us, we don't use that fireplace and it is fun to hear them come and go. Drives our cat nuts! But we figured that it probably needed cleaning from all the nests etc, so we called Master Sweep. They inspected and found NO NESTS! and no guano either. I love these birds! Apparently they simply roost in there every night, and never poop in there, and nest somewhere else. Who knew! So we asked the sweep to leave it open for them but to cap the other side so we can use our wood stove without worrying about baking any birds. Nice people to work with!
