Master Sweep

They came when they said they were going to and did the job professionally. They also gave a lot of really good advice about my chimney.

The technician came on time and used torch to heat the air at the fireplace to make the dust going upward so that no dirty dust left in the house. He also cleaned my fireplace after he finished sweeping. I was very satisfied.

He's been great. I have used him a couple of years in a row.

Provider was prompt and courteous. He cleaned the chimney and checked that the flue was working properly. He found some minor maintenance issues that he suggested we might correct, and provided us with a quote for a custom chimney cap.

He was great. He was very helpful and we're going to have him come back for spring to do a follow up thing he recommended and we re-schedule that. We like them so much. He saw something that's going to make the chimney better and he's going to do that.

Service went very well. They showed up on time, brought in their equipment and started with the job. He noticed some traces of past fired in the chimney but said they weren't bad and there was no need for a deeper cleaning. He got the job done and had me ready to burn some wood!

This guy Jason was absolutely GREAT! No only did he show up on time, and the weather had gotten horrible, but he explained that my previous cap had not blown off, as I had thought, but rusted out. Due to my fireplace having a fireplace insert, a special cap had to be ordered. Jason took the time to explain every detail to me, especially the part where the previous installer had put in the wrong type and material for their cap. I had a zillion questions, and this guy took each one of my questions and answered it and then wanted to make sure he had answered it specifically to my question. It is so unexpected these days to find trades people that actually care about the customer..I only wish I had more fireplaces because I would definitely have this company and especially Jason take care of any issues.

They did a great job. We wanted the chimney to be cleaned out before we used the fireplace. They cleaned the chimney and dryer vent. I thought it was a good deal and they were friendly and nice.

It turned out fine but they can still improve the process of their payment. The only thing that they have to come is I think 3 to 4 times and it's frustrated so I just didn't. It's really hard for me to take non-work calls during working hours so I ended up having to call them back and then during non-work hours, I didn't want to leave my credit card number on the voice mail. Their price was also competitive.

It went very well and they were very good. I also had them repair some stones and bricks. They did an excellent job!

It went really well. The big deal was for $109. I paid more, but I had them do more as well. I paid about $50 more. They don’t make it really obvious that they charge more for wood stove. I was kind of surprised by that. They were friendly. They looked like they knew what they were talking about. They gave me some advice on future maintenance that I needed to do. They told me that my chimneys were fine. They didn’t try to do additional work. They didn’t suggest that there were terrible things wrong and that it needed work. They actually told me how to do some things and didn’t try to add on to the bill. The guys that came out to the service were great. Their quality of work was excellent. I had a great experience with them. I will absolutely have them back again.

They were awesome, clean and fast. Fixed our chimney and did a great job at cleaning. Very professional!

Jason from Master Sweep did a great job cleaning out our 2 dirty fireplaces. He then went to the top of the roof and adding 3 stainless caps to the chimney (to prevent rain from dropping in). Very professional would definitely used Master Sweep again.

Great. He was conscientious about making sure that it wasn't raining, so he came and completed the job on a weekend. Was very thorough and very clean.

The experience was okay. I didn't feel like I could confirm that anything was done. I didn't feel a difference in my fireplace after they did it, and they didn't take before and after pictures. I am not convinced that I got what I paid for. They came in and left, and they didn't take very long. They came out right on time.

Everything went fine. They even told me what type of fireplace I had since I had never seen this type before.

I bought the service on Angies list. Not something I'll do again. Neither Angies or master sweep performed well.

Everything as advertised. A little backlog as to be expected since I waited until coldest part of the year before asking for help.

Jason did a great job. He showed up on time (on a Sunday) and completed all the work as quoted. I had one minor issue with the gas company after the install, but Jason took care of it perfectly. I am having him do some additional work for me as well.

I was a little surprised that it only took about 15 minutes (especially since it cost over $100 - and that was with an Angies List deal), but they provided good information about our chimney and recommendations for future work if we wanted it.
