Excellent work- clean, fast and easy to work with. Very attentive to problems I was not aware of but clearly could see after he pointed them out.

these providers were here for only a short period of time, before i knew it they were done. they had one machine with them and that's all they used. when i asked them some questions the answers the gave were short and not very explanatory in nature. they seem distracted and in a hurry to get done and leave. we were not having problems with the fireplace but just figured it was a good time to have it cleaned.

The service went very well. The technician did an excellent job and was happy to explain what he was doing for me. He was very professional and personable, as well. He had great recommendations on the types of wood I should burn. He did a thorough job and let me know how to keep smoke from getting into my home. It was very easy to get them scheduled out.

It went very well. There aren't many details. Jason cleaned the chimney, I said I wanted a cap on it and to fix the flashing and tuck points. He took the measurement ordered it. I paid and he came back and finished the job--pretty slick

We were in the middle of a number of house projects that needed to get wrapped up before we moved and had a property management company rent our house out. They responded quickly to our request and were able to accommodate our schedule. We were very happy with their service. There was an Angie's List special on the cleaning portion of the job and they applied the credit that we'd purchased online to the bill before we paid the balance. Very smooth transaction.

The job went great. They're very knowledgeable, very careful and very punctual. They're also extremely personable. I don't think there's anything they could improve upon. I'd for sure use them in the future.

My experience with them was fine. I would recommend them. I was in the process of selling my house and moving to a new one. In the inspection, they said that the chimneys should be cleaned. So, I called these people and they were able to come quickly. They did a good job and were fast. I have no complaints.

Thorough, professional, respectful of keeping the house clean. Jason and his crew arrived on time and did the work requested. When he missed a follow-up appointment for further work due to a family emergency, he contacted me to explain the reason and stated that he understood if I had made other arrangements. Seems to be trustworthy and pleasant.

The vendor contacted me through Angie's list email and said they were available on the 28th between 8 - 12. On the 25th I emailed them back stating I needed to contact my tenant to see if they we would be home to let them in. Later that day I sent another email confirming the tenant would be home and provided her contact information. I didn't hear anything back but assumed they would be there on the 28th. They never showed up nor called to inform me they weren't coming. I emailed them on the 28th trying to determine what happened and never heard back from them. You can see the chain of emails in my account.

It was fine. It ended up discovering I had other issues so I got some stuffs taken care of. I had to pay more to get some fireplace bricks replaced. I was pleased with the service. The guy came out on a Sunday because he's totally booked up. He got all the equipment when he came back and he seemed to be generally concerned to get the job done.

Superior in every respect. Communicated in advance regarding arrival time. Arrived a little early. Finished job in a thorough, respectful and efficient manner. Gave advice and didn't try to oversell any possible products or services. Very high integrity.

Service was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. They also provided an estimate for additional work on exterior chimney repair. I have used them several times and have been generally happy, which is why I was surprised when they failed to show up when we originally scheduled the appointment. But they showed up on time for the second scheduled appt and we were happy with the work.

The service provider was scheduled to come out last Thursday, between 12 and 4. He called around 2 p.m. saying he had been rear-ended. He said that he was not injured, but had to fill out some paper work regarding the accident. He has not answered or returned any of my phone calls or emails since that day.

He indicated there could be huge problems with our chimney and disparaged recent chimney work from another contractor, but did not follow through on giving us a quote for repairs after he had done the chimney sweep.

The provider was to show up between 12-4pm and give me a phone call 30 minutes before hand. NO phone call or follow up phone calls since the appt was made. I left him a message the morning of the appt stating that between 1-4 would be preferred and to call me. Nothing has been heard from Jason (Master Sweep).

They didn't show up for their appointment and were unresponsive.
