I would not use them again as they were not a good fit for my older home with their power washing method. I explained to the owner when setting it up that the house is 100 years old. I let him know the gutters were not in the best shape and the roof was in really good shape. He said that they do pressure washing to do the work and since he was not there they did spray the house and gutters and windows. We had water in our home by the door and windows as it is an older home. They were nice guys to work with and the owner was nice as well. They do not take the leaves and pine needles away from your property and it got really wet so it was inconvenient to get that hauled away. When I told them about the water they did not show a lot concern but they did apologize. The cost was more expensive than other service providers that I have used. Because they used the power washer on the outside of the gutters they blew some of the paint off which was my initial concern and I mentioned that to the owner when setting everything up.

They cleaned my gutters, very thoroughly it seemed. Polite, prompt, detailed and efficient. Could not ask for more.....

Bill arrived on time. He inspected, measured and quoted job. Pressure washed inside and outside of all gutters, in addition to roof, peaks, and eaves. Downspouts were flushed. Gutter debris was cleaned from house exterior, walks, patio and driveway. Additional services included roof moss treatment and gutter strainers at downspouts. Bill took photos from rooftop of completed work and discussed problem areas. I am very satisfied.

Everything went very well. The gentlemen that worked were absolutely wonderful. Bill was the crew leader and Robert was the crew member.

Was great - they contacted me to update the arrival time. When they arrived we did a walkthrough to determine final cost. They removed all the screens and washed them. Washed the window sills as well. did a final walkthrough and recleaned a couple of windows that had streaks, bug spots. The two men were polite and efficient. windows looked so nice and clean - the house is brighter. The only reason I put a B for quality was that some of the window sills still had some dirt in corners and some spots showed up on a few windows the next day. But they had been pretty dirty and not cleaned in a few years, so it is understandable that it might not be totally perfect.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out excellent. They cleaned the gutters with powerwashing, and so they were really clean with no debris around. They took quite a while to do it. I have 200ft of gutter around the house, and it took them 2 hours. The thing about the big deal was that it was only for 100ft and I had to pay for the extra. I paid an additional 134 Dollars, but it was well worth it.

We had a little trouble scheduling. The original date of services was to be 10/17 at 3 pm. They called and said the would be about an hour late. By 4:30 they had not arrived. I called and asked to be rescheduled since they would have been working in the dark. They said they would call me back at 10:30 am the next day. They never called. On Monday, the 21st, I called and asked to be scheduled this week. They said they would be here at 2 pm on Thursday. They arrived about 1:45. They worked quickly and the gutters were cleaned out and pressure washed. They looked almost new again. I am pleased with the work.

There were no problems beyond a neighbor's broken bush/tree that partially blocked access to the area where the provider would need access to. The provider was able to negotiate the 'downed timber' and they got the job done...and it was done right. I wasn't charged any additional fees, and they did the work for the advertized 'coupon' price. There were no surprises, and they cleaned up after themselves. I am very impressed with the care they took and the job exceeded my expectations!!! I would recommend this provider to anyone!

I contacted Joel and he was very friendly. He informed me of the price and everything that it would include. He told me that all windows (inside and out), screens and window tracks would be cleaned. I explained that I had a large window and he said that was fine. I also stated that I had a glass siding door and front screen door with windows that I wanted to include. He stated no problem. We agreed on a price. He told me that the only thing that would change is if they had to do much scraping and that would be a slight increase. I agreed with this and we scheduled a date and time. The morning of the scheduled cleaning, It was scheduled for 9am, Bill called at 8:30 to state that he would be here at 9:00 for the job. He arrived promptly at 9am. Bill introduced himself and was very friendly. He asked where we wanted to start with the walk through. We walked through the house so he could count the windows, and doors, to be cleaned. There was a discrepancy on price when we where done. He came up with additional number of windows then what there were to be cleaned. He recounted when I asked about it and tried counting the front door twice. He also told me that do to the size of the front window there was an additional charge, it was counted as an additional window. We wanted all windows cleaned so it was fine to us to pay additional price. Just wish we would have been told by Joel initially when I told him it was a large window. Bill instantly got to work. He seemed to work hard. When he was done the walk through looked great. The windows, and glass on doors were very clean. I noticed some dirt in some of the tracks and asked him about it. He explained that it was coming form inside the window as it slid up and down the track. This made sense except is was on the outside where the window does not even sit or slide. I decided not to worry about it and figured I could just wipe it out myself. That afternoon as we started to really look around the windows we noticed that every track had dirt cracked in the tracks. Most of the latches on windows had dried dirt, as if he wiped off with a dirty wet towel. We also found stickers off our screens lying in some of the rooms, on floor, and a handful outside by hose that he used. Overall I was fairly happy. However I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. When I was told that the window tracks would be cleaned I didn't expect excuses. We will have to spend some time cleaning them ourselves. I also would expect someone to pick up all trash when finished. For the most part I would hire again just knowing that the window tracks will not be cleaned as expected. If I truly want everything cleaned I may try someone else or do it myself.

They did a great job on my windows and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Very efficient. It was a little hard to get them scheduled and we had to reschedule a couple of times due to problems on both sides.

I bought an Angie's list deal for $99 for 100 liner feet of gutter cleaning. They came over and did measurements and I had about 30 additioal feet of gutter and I paid the equivalent at the discounted rate of $0.99 per extra foot. There were some additional charges that were $25 per clogged downspout... The guys who performed the work said they took the down spouts apart at the elbow to unclog. I didn't see any of this happen.. but, the guys were out there working pretty hard. They filled my whole yard waste can completely full to the top with debris from the gutters. I think I had looked other places for gutter cleaning and I found $200 to be the kind of "norm", but additional services were provided, like they'd blow the debris off of your roof and snake the downspouts. This company didn't do that. So, I'm not sure what I paid for was the steal of century, but all-in-all, I'm happy my gutters are clean and there is no gutters leaking onto the foundation. I'm glad it's done!

The job was done well. I was very pleased.

I bought the Angies List deal and arranged for gutter cleaning about a month in advance. They called ahead and arrived on time. Two guys cleaned the gutters and did a great job. I asked if I should buy some gutter guards, and he said he recommends Gutter Stuff(available at Home Depot). They gave me a discount, and installed it the next day. We will definitely use this company again for other services. Very easy to deal with.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I paid for two deals, one for the gutters and one for the windows. They were pretty good. I had to add more to the price because I had more gutters and more windows to be done. I paid an additional $200. They gave it to me for the same amount that they would charge for the deal but I had double the amount of work done. The original deal was $99 for 10 windows and $99 for gutters. I have a double roof. They took out the gutter guards and cleaned those too. Their prices were pretty standard and along the same as everybody else because I've had it done before. They were good and they came in on time. I would definitely use them again.

The two young men called me before they arrived, on time. There were a few heavy rain showers But they continued working quietly. They told me it would take three hours and that is what it took.. My windows are sparkling . I am very satisfied

It took them awhile to get in touch with me to do the initial scheduling. I had to leave e different messages before I got a response. Once the appointment was scheduled everything went smoothly. The guy called with an estimated time of arrival. He got there started working, used booties to keep the floor clean and completed the work then walked with me for an inspection. He did a great job.
