One person arrived on time, cleaned gutters in about 3 hours, cleaned up debris and left. Very professional and worked hard.

Dud a good job and gave me estimate for carport gutter cleaning which I had done. Wiped off front door so water wouldn't drip when I opened it. Very friendly

It went well. He wanted to take before and after pictures, but I wasn't available when he was done with his work. He seemed to do a thorough and professional job.

Scheduling was OK. The work was just fine. The asked me to call them because making the appointment through the website didn't work. They took before and after photos. The cost was a little bit more because it was for a two-story buiding.

Scheduling worked well. They showed up on-time. They did take pictures of the before condition of the gutters. Due to the linear square footage there were additional charges. The person who came out was very professional.

It was fantastic. They did a great job. He came two days after I contacted them. He help designs like figure out how lights will gonna go. He and his assistant took them a half an hour to do it. I would definitely recommend them.

We asked for a free estimate. We normally pay $200-$250 for gutter cleaning. All Day Projects' estimate runs more than $400. The person who did the free estimate is very professional and polite.

This company did all the work with power-washing, which was more expensive than other services I have used, and resulted in 4 undesirable things: water that came in the house under the front door; paint being blown off the outside of the gutters; dirty windows (dirty water ran down the sides of the house and over all the windows), and water trapped between windows and storm windows. If your home has absolutely water-tight windows, doors, and non-painted gutters, maybe this will work nicely for you. But we have a 100-year old home that has settled. Some of the storm windows don't come off. The gutters are older and have several coats of different color paint?well, now they do, anyway, after the power-washing. They were aqua to match the trim of the house. After the power-washing, some of the aqua paint was blown off and the old red paint now shows through in patches. When I was setting up the work with the owner, Joe, I didn't know that their method for cleaning everything was going to be power washing. But he did ask me if I had ever had the outside of my gutters power washed and I said no. He said he would do that and I would be amazed and pleased at how it improved the look of the gutters (they were soiled). I told him I would be very worried about power washing them for the exact reason stated above, they are old, the paint was in good shape but old, and although it would be nice if they were clean it wouldn't be worth it if it damaged the paint. He said that the power washers had different pressure settings and that he would be careful. The crew he sent, whether informed of this or not, should have noticed that their work was actually removing the paint. Apparently they didn't notice. In the course of the work one of my downspouts was blown down and they didn't notice that either. I happened to catch the dinner-plate sized puddle of water that was forming on my hardwood floor inside the front door and got it mopped up before it caused a stain. I went outside and told them to stop power washing the front porch. The owner, Joe, came out afterward when I told him of my dissatisfaction. He sent one of the guys back to put moss treatment on the garage, which they had neglected, and to put the fallen downspout back up. He looked at the paint and acknowledged that they had damaged it. He said he would contact a painting contractor he knew and ask him what to do. We both felt like there wasn't much a painter could do, short of completely painting all the gutters. Joe was going to get back to me but never did. He was perfectly nice and concerned that they had damaged my house, but I just think power washing is the wrong method to use for this older house. Other services hand-cleaned the debris out of the gutters and used leaf blowers to clean off the roof. We've only had the roof power washed one or two times in 23 years because we've kept it clean and treated the moss quickly when it appeared. I won't use this company again. I used it because I bought the Big Deal.

Timely and the work was perfect

They were great! It took them about 3 to 4 hours to complete, but we have a lot of windows and about 3 skylights. They told me if I had any problems to call them and they would come out again. The pricing was very fair.

Not certain we'd use them again--didn't like upselling of added services.

Fusi was a very pleasant young man who was concerned that is he cleaned the roof the driveway would be littered with needles and he has no way to clean those up. The length of my gutters was more than the DEAL so there was an extra cost which I had anticipated. A couple of things left a bad taste in my mouth. He left my gate open and left the hose disconnected. Also, his ladder fell away from the deck and he was stranded there until I let him in. As far as I know my gutters are clean and the roof is free of needles. Fortunately I have a landscape service that cleaned off the driveway a week later. I used a different service earlier in the year and would use them again, rather than All Day Projects...the cost was similar and the clean-up was better.

They came at the appointed time, performed the work requested, and kept to the prior estimated cost.

Joseph, the owner worked around my schedule. His two workers that did it all were very professional, polite, and accommodating. The price was fair.

It was a big deal purchase and it went very well. There were additional charges, but I had no problem with it because it is a bigger house and the young man that came out was just excellent. He explained everything to me and did a good conscientious job. The communication was great with the company and they set up an appointment rather quickly, they kept very good communication and they job was done much to my satisfaction. I paid an extra of $50 or $60.

We had a difficult time connecting after I'd purchased the "big deal", but once we'd scheduled a time, they were prompt and did a very thorough job.

I was really pleased with the service and the communication was excellent. I just like that they were on time, timely and the e-mails regarding it were really clear. They took photos of their work so I really enjoyed seeing that. My interaction with them was very good.

We purchased two deals with All Day Projects (gutter cleaning and Christmas light installation). They did a great job. The Christmas lights looked amazing on our two story house. They came back in January to take them down again for half-price. We will definitely use their services next year, especially because our house is so tall. Joe and Jose were great. They were very friendly and professional.

No before/after photos were provided as I expected from phone conversation w/owner. No debris was removed & placed in yard debris can. Apparently debris was flushed down gutter pipes. During my initial phone conversation with owner, I understood that gutters would be cleaned with a power washer, but I was also told that debris would be removed & placed in my recycling can, so I thought power washer was for final clean up purposes. Screens & windows were a mess afterwards. Roofs were treated for moss, but it was raining so I wondered after the fact if that was effective. Moss is still evident on roof as my neighbor pointed out. Her service provider swept moss off roof before spraying. Its really difficult to find someone to clean gutters the old fashioned way by physically removing debris with a scoop. My gutters are not connected to the sewer system, so flushing debris further down the pipe system into French drains is not a good option & I'd expected a professional to recognize that. I pointed out the fact that I had French drains before service. I did not confront service provider with my concerns after the fact because I wasn't able to assess work until after provider left (e.g. contents of debris can, moss on roof, windows/screens). Anyone using this service should be clear about what to expect & should pay for windows/screens to be cleaned afterwards. No complaints about promptness or friendliness. I should have been more diligent in monitoring process. Lesson learned.

The group of folks that cleaned our windows were all very nice and professional. Several of our windows were very high up and they cleaned them very well. Really appreciated there hard work.
