All Day Projects

Everything went well. We purchased the deal through Angie's List. The scheduling was easy. They arrived on time - even a bit early. They did a walk through and confirmed extra charges for full project (more windows then included in the package deal) and then they went right to work. The work was done professionally, efficiently and everything looked great when they were done. They cleaned all windows in the house inside and out, plus cleaned the window area and screens.

They did a great job. Very clean. Well worth having it done and worth the money spent. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure things looked good. They came on time, flexible about the appointment, and responsive to inquires.

The service provider from All Day Project called in the morning to give us the approximate time of his arrival. When he arrived he explained the work to be preformed (cleaning and high pressuring the gutters) We have a two story home so it was nice to have someone else doing the ladder work. They did a nice job at a fare price.

Windows look beautiful and the crew was efficient and professional.

They were here on time, installed the lights quickly and correctly, were cordial and professional.

It started with a bump on the road when they called me to tell em the van that was going to do the service was on the shop and the work that was scheduled for 2 weeks to be performed on a Thursday wouldn't be done and we would need to re-schedule it with a waiting of another 2 weeks. I insisted they reschedule me for the next week since the van was going to be out of the shop on Monday and they said that would make them re-schedule all other people in that week as well. They do not do first come first serve on their scheduling. But the manager called me and managed to honor my appointment. I purchased the premium cleaning, but I don't think that is premium, I can still see the dirty spots on most of the windows and to be fair to the guy that came to clean it, it was pouring all day and it has been like that until today. I was expecting the cleaning to be done with more than a rag.

Very quickly. He was very friendly. He was here at 1:30 and done at 2:00.

2 people came to clean the windows. One did the inside & one did the outside. They cleaned the tracks. I felt like they could have been a little better on the tracks but its not been done in a long time. They were fast and efficent

He said he couldn't schedule me until January 7, 2015 because their priority right now are Holiday lights.

Great team of professional guys. Good communication, punctual, and helped customize the service to our situation. Also taught me how to clean a window.

I purchased a coupon to have my gutters and down spouts cleaned and flushed. The company was very professional and thoughtful in their communication which I really appreciated. When they got to the house I was informed that I had twice the amount of linear feet of gutters than the coupon was good for. I would have to pay twice the amount to get my gutters cleaned. I am happy to pay for a good job and since I had already paid for half the job by buying the coupon, I had them do the whole thing. I have however in the past had the gutters cleaned for less which I will probably go back to next time. I just didn't know I had as much gutter as I do...next time I will know. I would recommend the company, I would just have them give me an estimate before I buy a coupon or hire them to do other kinds of work.

They were pretty good. They are supposed to come again for gutter cleaning on the 15th. They are very nice, I am very happy with them.

Everything was great. Expected just a power wash but the guy brought a power scrubber and then power washed after that. My only complaint is that they did not schedule appointments on the weekend and did not schedule late pm appointments. I had to leave work around noon. I felt they were not as accommodating as they should have been providing this type of service.

They were amazing, nothing but A+ for those guys. They were really good. I had a lot of windows in my house so I had to dry a lot more windows and I would definitely recommend them to anybody. There were additional charges on top of the $125 Big Deal. It just had to buy more because I needed them to do the whole house and I had twenty-something windows and it was inside and out. I did not have any dislikes and what I like is they did what they said they would do and the place looks like new. It is great. From looking at other places, their price is about average, but with the service they provide, they were not more expensive or less expensive. So, it is what everybody charges.

I think it went well with me not being home. Next time I hire them, which I will, I will make sure I'm home and there is more communication. The worker on site who left me a voicemail said he had more details to what my gutters needed and I returned his call and never heard back. So not sure about the details. I came home and I noticed a difference in everything and I'm pleased. I would be more pleased if the company gets back to me and tells me what issues I may have. I'm all about maintenance.

Window cleaning was first rate, inside and out. Extra charge for storm windows, which was appropriate. Unfortunately one storm window did not survive removal and reinstallation. Accepted as par for the course.

They did a good job. They were thorough and they came when they said they would. I think that worked out fine.

I was very pleased with this service. I purchased the deal for just the lower level of my two-story house. All Day Projects called me and scheduled the service immediately after my purchase. They asked me to have the lights ready and told me that they would provide the clips. They emailed me a confirmation after the call. Then one day before the service they emailed me to confirm the two hour window and to let me know that they would call me to let me know the exact time they would arrive. I received a call from them about 45 minutes earlier than scheduled from a very friendly fellow, who politely asked if he could come earlier. When he got here, he measured my lights, which I had already tested, and within 30 minutes, my lights were very nicely strung. He also told me that All Day Projects does other jobs, such as window cleaning, and that if I need, I can call them to remove the lights as well. Based on the punctuality and the professionalism of this service, I will definitely be using them again.

At first, I was a bit frustrated trying to get the date scheduled but I appreciated that they kept trying and were very professional in their interactions. I got an email confirmation that they would start at 3 on Sunday, allowing for some flexibility due to other prior projects. Unfortunately, they did not arrive until after 7. Although I was disappointed because I had waited around all day, I was very impressed by the way Joe handled the situation. He took full ownership, stayed very positive, and did a fantastic job even in freezing cold weather. He also gave me a discount on additional services and provided a replacement extension cord. He had worked so hard all day but still stayed kind, positive, and professional into the evening to get our job done. The lights look great and we were very appreciative of the customer service that was provided. Joe provided a terrific example of excellent customer service and the work was very well done.

Jose was very polite and responsive. Kept us informed.

Joe,came out right away to give us a bid on the install. He was prompt, and professional. Got back to me right away with the cost , it was very reasonable so we scheduled. The installers came right on time. They went over everything with me before they started just to make sure everything would be done right. The lights look awesome, they did a fantastic job! The guys even cleaned up the yard after they were done and hauled away all of the empty boxes.

We've used them before for other projects and have always been very happy. They work hard, stay until the job is done, and pay attention to detail. The cleaned all of our gutters, both inside and out, they look great. They cleaned the downspouts, removed a bunch of debris, and then installed screens. They hung Christmas lights our our house and pool house, which look excellent. Then they repaired some our our screens. They stayed past dark and never complained even when we added a couple 'while you are here' requests. We'll have them back again for other work for sure.

I had noticed our gutters overflowing even though they did not appear to be clogged and guessed that previous gutter cleanings had not really cleared the downspouts. The All Day Projects guy checked and found that to be the case; he not only thoroughly cleaned the downspouts and gutters, but offered to put little cages at the top of the downspouts to help prevent clogging in the future. No extra charge. He did a great job, was totally professional (and totally soaked and dirty at the end of the project), and I will have them back in the future.
