It was very good. We had some problems scheduling this All Day Project for window cleaning. When we first started it, they said they couldn't get to it until like July or August. So we worked that out and finally got an opening. We had a little problem there, but they did a really, really good job. The work was good. The price was very competitive.

I specifically told him to make sure the down spouts were clean. The first rain one of the gutters was overflowing and I found some of the downspout filters in the yard. He came back and cleared it again and I asked him about the downspout filter. He said they just made the problem worse. ARG!! I live in a heavily wooded area and there is constant debris falling on the roof. I have gutter screens that help but still some stuff gets carried into the gutters and blocks the downspout. Now I have to buy new filters and get my grandson to install them for me.

The process was easy enough, the owner came to house removed the screens I wanted repaired. He took them to his shop, rescrubbed them and returned about a week later and replaced them. It went great, the screens look awesome.

Screens were returned better than new.

I was one of the very first customers to have a re-screening service with this company so there were a few glitches which I had to send back in to get repaired. But they repaired them just fine and I think they worked out all of the bugs now. I enjoyed their service and would recommend using them again.

Very nice folks! They picked up the screens and, because of the huge response to the deal, took a little longer than expected to return them. But they did a great job replacing all the screening. I would definitely recommend this company.

I can't believe how great my windows look, including some hard to reach and coated with grime. They were pleasant and communicated well. Price reasonable. I'm happy to hear they have other services like gutter cleaning and Christmas lights.

Two young men arrived promptly on the day scheduled, added the price for the extra windows, and got right to work. They removed the screens on a few of the windows and replaced them after cleaning. They did a great job and the windows look so good. A real treat to myself!

Joe came out on Tuesday to remove all screens. Checked all screen frames. Found one to be damaged at the corners. Joe said it will be fixed. Minimal charge. Replacement took three days. Charles came by the following Monday and installed screens. All screens were replaced and installed as promised. Came back to replace sliding door screen since it had a small tear when installed. Tear was not due to installation. Tear probably came about during transport of screens. Totally satisfied with work.

Professional, on time, did work as agreed, cleaned up after. Recommend.

I called to have my Christmas lights put up in the middle of their busiest time for this service because I had just moved into my new home and they graciously managed to fit me in. They worked quickly and professionally and did a great job. I'd use them again.

I was happy with screen materials and installation

They are super busy and booked out. The guy who picked up the window screens forgot to mark where they went, so the guy who came to reinstall had to take longer to figure it out. They also didn't bring enough clips to replace the ones needed so I had to order the rest online and have my husband install them himself. It would have been nice to have it all taken care of at once. The screens and new tabs look great though! Thanks ALL DAY PROJECTS!

When I got home and inspected the work I found the windows and screens clean but the tracks were not very clean. Also, my daughter's bedroom window wasn't washed on the outside. I called and spoke with Patty about someone coming back out to look at the work and finish my daughter's bedroom window. Joe and his wife Joy came out to inspect the work. He stated that the tracks had not been cleaned to his standard and then proceeded to work with Joy to get them as clean as possible. I was impressed they showed up to do the work themselves and ensure I am happy customer. I will use them again and that's a very strong statement indeed coming from me.

Everything was a snap. He came and picked up the screens, labeled them, them brought them back and installed the sliding door screens and left the others for me, based on my instructions. Good service!

Provided service as advertised., removed and replaced screens

I was satisfied with the service. The Big Deal was $150 to re-screen 10 windows, including pick up and and re-installation. I had to pay extra for the new screen and repair to damaged frames. The company said this was a new service for them and the response was greater than expected so scheduling and staffing was a problem. They promised to have the new screens re-installed in 5 days, but it actually took 8 days before the job was complete. I chose non-metal screening and really like the look. I noticed a few minor imperfections in the work, but nothing significant. I have used this company before for window washing and pressuring washing with very good results. I think once they work out the bugs and staff up for the service, the ratings for this service will be higher.

Did not respond to my web-based request for an estimate for services and did not call me after I left a phone message on their answering service.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the company representatives. Calling and emailing in advance to confirm. Team showed up on time and got right to work. One member was new and took request for doing a more thorough job well. He mentioned that he didn't have some tools that could have helped him in tight areas of the sills. I'll most likely hire them again next year.
