All Day Projects

It was good. The workers were good. They could have given us a quote from the beginning as to how much it would be, because they came with that afterwards.

Charles was a dream. Highly professional and extremely proficient. Very knowledgeable. Would certainly call the company in the future. Unfortunately, I didn't use them from the work as I got a better quote from a different company but if it wasn't for the savings I would definitely have used All Day Projects.

I purchased a deal for $165.00 for 10 window and or doors to be re-screened. I called the company and agreed to a pick up date of April 29th and a two hour time frame when he would be here. Charles came out and removed the window and door screens that I wanted repaired (re-screened). He called when he was on his way...which I appreciatiated. Took the screens and returned on May 2nd again giving me a two hour time frame when he would be here and installed them. He was courteous. The only thing I was a little surprised at was the frames were re-screened and returned to me without even being wiped clean.

He was very nice and professional. He did a quick job. I am happy with the finished product.

All Day Projects contacted me right away when I purchased a special deal on Angie's List and scheduled the work right away. The day before they cancelled and rescheduled. This wasn't a big deal, as they communicated really well with me about this and made room in their schedule the next day. Overall, our gutters got cleaned and they did a good job. However, the clean up wasn't done very well. There was debris from the gutters/roof in several places around the house. In addition, they didn't dispose of any of the waste. They filled our compost bin and then left 3 black bags of additional debris for us to dispose of. Personally, I don't like working with maintenance companies that don't take away the debris. I feel this should be part of the job.

We used a coupon All Day Projects offered for $99 they did 750 sqft of pressure washing. We paid extra for them to do additional square footage (about 900 sqft more) and they were very prompt about giving status updates about their arrival, midway point, and completion time. They did an amazing job, as our driveways and walkways look brand new.

Excellent work-some of it was done during sporadic heavy downpours which must not have been easy. Very happy with the result, thank you.

It was so so. I wanted some people who really knew how to clean windows and it was a group of young adults that showed up. I don't really think window washing was their expertise. They did an okay job but the detail was a little lacking. I paid more than the Big Deal price. They were nice and I felt like they were trustworthy. Their was one person who was kind of their leader and the rest of them checked in a lot with her to figure out what they were doing and if they were doing it right or how to do it right. It was kind of like a teaching hospital. I have a lot of windows. They should have been more competent. It took them maybe half a day to clean the windows. This was the first time I used them. They made it here on time.

Awesome work! We had some serious moss and grime on our entire driveway and they took care of it all. I had no idea my driveway was actually so light. This was a deal bought through Angieslist, and then there was a bit of added charge since your driveway is larger than 750 sf, and we had the steps cleaned too. Everything was very easy, booked promptly and done right on time. Will definitely use them again!

Dakota was thorough and informative addressing broken seals in windows. He was timely, professional, meticulous, friendly and on time!

They did a good job. Our guy was there on time and knew what he was doing. N complaints at all. Would use again.

They arrived on time, were friendly, did the work correctly, and provided before and after photos. Would certainly choose them again.

Went well. The nice man was very polite and communicated well prior to arrival. the windows look new with the clean new screens.

This was a $150 big deal purchase. It was okay with them; it was fine. They came out a few weeks after I bought the deal. Things went generally good. They were a little slow in the time to get here and to deliver the final product. They were okay to deal with; they were fine.

A crew showed up more people then average as they were training a an experienced employee but new to them. They had relatively good equipment and the Women in Charge ( Patti) was very professional. They did a very good job, the only one who did a little extra which was impressive was the new guy ( Steve) that follows my theory under promise and over deliver. Only problem with this outfit is the high price, in retrospect if I were doing it again I would have asked for more of an accommodation. There is no question however that they did a terrific job.

They were prompt and the service was great. They also supply their own light clips. Used my own lights, which was my preference. They needed to come back to finish because of the slope of our roof and did so within the week. I also used them to take down the lights and glad I did. They labeled all sets of lights and placed them in a storage box with a diagram of the house installation for us to use for next year, whether or not we use them. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone. I have since used them for gutter cleaning and gutter screen installation and again, no complaints.

Team completed the job quickly and effectively

Short version: terrible communication and customer service. We will never use this company for any future work. In November we scheduled to have our Christmas lights hung. The appointment was for 1:00pm. At 10:30am I received a call that they wanted to come at 11:00am instead. Even though it was incredibly inconvenient, I rushed home from work (from Hillsboro to NE Portland) to meet the employee. I arrived home and then the person never showed up (and he never called me to tell me he would be late). Two hours later I called and he said he did not have the right tools to do the job but would get back to me. I had to call the office to find out when someone would arrive. Finally, they arrived after 6:00pm to do the work. The people who came did a great job even though I had to leave to make an evening client meeting. We had used the company the year before to hang our lights. I recall them calling to set up an appointment to take down the lights so I assumed the same would happen this year. Two weeks into January I received no call so I called to set up the take down appointment. The day of the appointment, the employee never arrived. I called the office and they had the employee contact me. The appointment was for mid-morning but he said he couldn't be there until after 1:00pm. I called the office back to voice my frustration on the lack of communication. The woman was empathetic and apologized. She said she would talk to the owner and call me back. That was a week ago and I have never heard back.

Two workers came to do the job. They called ahead to tell me they were on the way and arrived right on schedule. Patty came to talk to me about the job, and we did a walk around the house while her partner got all of their gear out of the car. Then they got right to work and were fast and thorough. As they cleaned the gutters, they also hammered the gutter nails into the siding where they were loose and put on downspout wire protectors to prevent future clogs in the downspouts. I was very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

It went well- on time with no issues.

Working with Tara at the office was a pleasure. Scheduling was easy and she fit me in for the next day. Good communication about what to expect. I shared that I wouldn't be able to meet the crew when they first arrived and that wasn't a problem. We scheduled an afternoon time slot and Dakota did call me to let me know that they were running behind and when I could expect him. He asked if that would work for me. I appreciated the heads up and courtesy. When they arrived Dakota and his workmate were very professional and knew what they were doing. They did the work quickly and yet clearly paid attention to detail... absolutely no messes, no damage to the gutters or siding. They even asked if they could help clean up a small amount of dirt on the side of my driveway that was there before they arrived. No, but thanks for asking! I appreciated reviewing their before and after phone snaps to get a sense of how much they had to clear out - both on the first and second story gutters. They let me know that there the gutters looked fine - no holes or other issues. The amount of linear feet of gutter on our house was within the maximum included in the deal offer (150') so no extra charges were needed. They did a nice job cleaning up when they were done and were on their way in no time. The only way that I knew they were there was when in rained later in the day and all the gutters worked as they should. I would recommend this crew and company anytime.

started out just getting the lights hung but had them clean out the gutters and they even did some extra work cleaning up the front. The lights looked perfect--how did he get them so straight? I loved the work and would definitely have them work for me again.

They arrived early and did very thorough work, showing me photos of the cleaned gutters when they were done.
