They arrived on time , removed the screens . Returned a week later to re install the screens . The job went off with out a hitch

Team on time, set to work, did windows on two stories, skylight. Beautifully clean, completed work in a reasonable amount of time. Price was fair. I have had them do windows on two different houses, and was pleased with their work both times.

Awesome! We had 11 screens repaired and/or replaced. They were prompt, called ahead of time and installed all the screens upon completion. This is an AWESOME company!

All Day Projects is amazing! I had multiple screens that needed repairing. They were very flexible with scheduling and were quick to pick up and reinstall the screens. I wish they provided other home-repair services as I will definitely be hiring them again!

Great. This was done in a very timely manner. The young man who came to the house was very polite and friendly.

Excellent - Charles showed up and took the relevant screens with him. He was knowledgeable and respectful of my floors, taking his shoes off. The screens were returned in perfect condition and reinstalled just two days later. I had missing and faulty screens that they provided replacements for. I also upgraded my screen door with pet resistant material which really inspires confidence due to its rigidity and quality.

Great. Dakota took his time to do the job right. He was punctual and called ahead of time to tell me he was on the way. He then went over the results of his inspection and power wash and even provided before and after photos of his work. I would definitely use them again...no complaints.

Not good. Windows were done well, but ... (1) after paying for the "special" and requesting three different wknds as options online, I received a call to let me know they could only come out M-F (I work too, so I wouldn't have booked it if I knew it was only a M-F option). (2) This was the 3rd time in four yrs that All Day did my windows. In 2013, the price was $104.10 for 19 windows and tracks. This time it was $197.50 and found out afterwards that it didn't include tracks (and I even told them they didn't have to do the screens). To get the tracks done would cost $270 for the "premier" pkg + another $18/window for a total of $342, for a job that I was charged $104 in 2013 and around 130 last year. That's +229% in just 3 years - and that's ridiculous. Will not use again, will not recommend again. Way too many good window cleaning companies available.

Excellent job. I felt they went above and beyond what I expected. Put in new down spout guards. Applied moss control (using my moss control product). Pressure washed the gutters. Clean up after was well done. Worth every penny. Thank You

He did an excellent job---explained everything in detail with pictures at the end to show the work that was done. Will hire again !!!! Price was GREAT for the total package.

It took about 2 weeks to schedule the work, but on the day of the job they were right on time, efficient and did a great job. The Windows came out so clear that a bird flew into one just minutes after they cleaned it and they cleaned it again right away. The screens were repaired by a separate person and he researched all over town for our unusual sized frames. Very impressed with his service.

Oh that well it was a lot more expensive than they said I was pretty in fact I was going to call you this is the second time I've use your list and I've not been happy they cleaned our windows yeah and then they charged us about it was sixty dollars over the price, the office said one thing and the people that came here said another so we have easy windows they are really nice and easy and we have had the cleaned by somebody else and it wasn't nearly as expensive but I have to say that those folks you sent I felt that they were unfair and they said one thing and did another. I remember thinking what a bunch of rip off I didn't wanted to pay them because they were here probably not even an hour they have over charged us and we just thought some of our neighbors asked about it because we are a really nice neighborhood and I said no don't use them. I don't know you it's just that Angie needs to really get these people better and know that their sales are con to they are trying to get on your list on your good side and you have a good repetition and they are ruining it. We kind of notice with some of the you get the special no matter what it is and they come and look at it and maybe they don't want to do it because it's too time consuming are we live too far away form them they seem to not want to do it they seem to want to do this I'm not so sure I be able to do this and see someone else to call you back and then you never hear from them and them when you call them they keep saying like my wife said do you want to cancel or whatever is like.

All Day Projects provided high quality, professional service. The employees were professional and friendly. They contacted me promptly when they had questions about a particular situation. I have a 1959 ranch house, and they made the windows look like new. Their professionalism was important to me as a competitor had backed out of the job at the last minute. I highly recommend All Day Projects.

It was great. They're very accommodating; there was confusion with the deal on the site, but they worked with me to get me the same price for the job.

The two person work crew, Emily and Jesse, did a good job. They arrived about an hour early, at 11:45. Emily started with the inside windows and Jesse went to the roof gutters. Charles, the AllDayProjects estimator, had told us that moving furniture was unnecessary but we had moved some items anyway. It was good that we did this. Jesse was on the roof and I have a disability so my wife had to help move furniture. The windows are now clean and screens re-installed. We are satisfied. Some communication problems at AllDayProjects are apparent. Here are some examples: * When Charles came to give us his initial cost estimate he seemed unaware of the Angie's List coupon or All Day Projects discount packages. * When Charles delivered our nine windows screens, he had not been told that we had purchased the "$150 to Re-Screen 10 Window Screens" package. He charged us an extra $6.00 for clips which apparently were not covered by the advertised package. * Sarah, our All Day Projects contact, said the work crew would wear booties in the house. They did not, although Emily took off her shoes without being asked to satisfy this promise. * Our crew did not have a credit card reader. (Maybe because they were summer hire college students?) They were unable to contact the office to collect our payment. Some other minor issues: * The "9 Point Gutter Cleaning" includes "Before and After Pictures" which was not done. * The crew had to borrow a hammer to pound in the gutter nails. * After the crew left we found one window screen propped up ready to be installed, but obviously had been forgotten.

This is a follow up to my revious review. While they get an F for the work, I must give them A for customer support. As soon as we told them about the problems with the move, they call us with an apology, and offer to give us a refund for our troubles. This is the way to handle customer complaints, good work!

Great Job, very professional and thorough. Couldn't be happier. I will call this company again. Kept the area clean and cleaned up whatever else after. He was pretty quick despite one of my downspouts being really, really blocked. He mentioned some other services, which I think was great, not a high pressure up-sell, just helpful information. Again super pleasant.
