All Day Projects

The job had to be delayed due to snow & ice, but was completed as soon as the weather issues were resolved. Communication was good.

Scheduling the appointment for pickup was extremely easy. On the day of the appointment, Charles called early in the morning to confirm if that time still worked and then showed up promptly to do work, in a respectful and professional manner. After removing all the screens, he suggested he might be able to replace all the screens and reinstall them three days later, which he did. Excellent friendly and professional service, absolutely recommend them... it's a pleasure hire services that work this well, thanks!!!

Cleaning was completed efficiently and photos were provided. I asked twice though to have new downspout screens installed (part of the advertised service and price) and the service person was quite emphatic that my old screens, installed 15+ years ago, were just fine...I wasn't going to argue.

I was very impressed. A team of two people showed up on time (they had also called me in advance to let me know when they would arrive). We discussed what I wanted done, then they performed the work professionally and efficiently. Both of them were friendly, courteous and communicated well, both with me and with each other. They did a VERY GOOD JOB!!! I felt like I got my money's worth.

I was extremely pleased. Communicaton from All Day Projects was excellent including scheduling, reminder, and a phone call from on site. Cost was on target with expectation.

They did a great job, and did a great job cleaning up the area after they cleaned the gutters.

I was told that actual length of gutters was ~20 feet more than covered 100 and that i had to pay extra (which I did). It was supposed to take about 2.5 hours (at ~50 ft per hour) but actual cleaning time was less than 1.5 hours. Workers were polite and answered all my questions but they could not actually fix one of my problems and recommended that I get an "actual" gutter company fix it. Hence in the future for this kind of issue I would hire an actual gutter company to fix my gutters.

Dakota arrived on schedule and got to work on the gutters. He informed me that the gutter guards I had on my gutters were not covered by the 6-point gutter cleaning (be aware of this if you have gutter guards), but after a call to his office we were able to arrive at a satisfactory solution. He was able to take care of a few extra issues on the gutters (some of the squirrels in my neighborhood have a thing for plastic gutter guards) and installed protectors for the downspouts. Went over the work he'd done (complete with pictures) after the work was done. Will know more on the next big rainfall, but I rate the interaction very positively. The B for responsiveness actually relates to getting the appointment set up. It took longer to get the call from the office than the dates I had picked out as preferences for the service. Once the contact was made everything proceeded as discussed.

It went very well, overall. When I first attempted to schedule an appointment, the company was behind due to the first round of bad weather in December 2016. Once we made contact, the staff was very good about scheduling and communicating. We had to re-schedule once, due to more bad weather, but they were extremely accommodating. The worker was very thorough. I was pleased with the results.

Had some difficulty getting project scheduled. After we finally made contact with each other in mid-December (4 weeks after I paid Angie's List), Charles told me via email that it may be the end of January or early February since they don't have a demand to take care of screens in December. I emailed him back with a cc to Angie's List and told him I had already paid for the service and wanted to have it completed before the end of December since we were putting our house on the market in January. Charles replied via email that he could come next day and pick up the screens to be done. He was on time, took the windows, and came back in 2 days with the completed window screens (including two of them with newly made frames). He installed them and we had one screen that didn't fit one window so he left that one with me as an extra. He then offered to make the missing one at a nice discount. I should be receiving that new screen next week. I would use All Day Projects again.

Excellent!! The guys do a great job! The lights are so straight and look great. The neighbors were all asking who put them up. The price is excellent and they provide all the hooks and clips. We have used them two years in a row and cannot be happier with their work. In 2015 they put them up in the pouring rain and were soaked thru to their underwear and still did not cut corners! They are great! You would not regret using them!

Great. Did the job in timely and professional manner

I had used Patty and Emily before in a different capacity for All Day Projects and they did a great job. This time was no exception. Anyone who thinks women can't do a job on steep roofs with large ladders should give them a try. You might be surprised.

It went very well. Good communication on arrival time and slight delay. Very thorough job. Recommend without reservation.

Quality work but I was promised the first apt of the day and was called that morning to say they were already starting another job close to their office and then would be over early after noon. Since I took off work to be at home for the morning only, I didn't appreciate that but once she arrived, job was well done.

They were prompt, efficient and very professional.

They cleaned out the gutters and installed new gutter shields. We had an initial a mix-up with scheduling; other than that there were no problems. Their work was highly professional!

That was okay. We had more windows. They did a great job on the windows. There was a big miscommunication. We decided to have the windows cleaned at the beginning of the year. I don't know why they changed it or something happened with the communication between Angie's List and that. It didn't happen until much, much later in the year. There was some type of miscommunication there. I'm not sure whether the error was on Angie's part or their part in scheduling the service. They followed the directions. They did a good job on that part. They were right on time when they said they would. The people that were here were fine. I would consider them.

Great! The guys who came out were terrific! A little disagreement at first. The coupon was for 10 windows - inside and out with track cleaning. I just wanted 15 exterior windows no track cleaning. Less work but they wanted to charge me for 15 windows. We discussed - they called a supervisor - and it was all worked out. Excellent work!

They did fantastic. They did a beautiful job. We had really dirty windows. They were polite people and clean. They picked everything up and did a nice job.

They never showed up or called to set up an appointment. Completely unavailable.

He was very thorough and labeled each window so he could install them quickly.

Everything was great, work done in a timely fashion, and done well.
