Description of Work: The company came to look at the job requested (5 windows cleaned), and gave me a bid for all my windows and my glass deck railing panels, At first I balked, but then I thought 'am I really going to clean all these windows 2 stories up, AND the deck panels. So I did the whole bid. The 2 young men were early; they were very polite and asked my opinion after each section was complete. They had an efficient system, and really cared about doing a great job. I'm so glad I didn't have to clean a single window. I would definitely use them again, and give them a high recommendation to my friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: My original appt was missed and had to be re scheduled. The owner was very apologetic and did everything possible to make things right.

Description of Work: Cancelled appointments 2 times with no rescheduling date or time suggessted. Had to call back to get them to confirm new date and time. Overcharged me once on site because the linear feet the deal was good for was longer than they had anticipated. Took too long to complete the project once I ordered it from Angies List and was overcharged for services rendered. Results of their services were acceptable, but won't use them again.

Description of Work: The service provider was prompt and courteous. They called to schedule an estimate and completed the estimate quickly. I declined to proceed based on the additional costs, but I am otherwise very happy with their service.

Description of Work: The man arrived on time and measured the gutters to be cleaned. He calculated that our gutters were longer than the 100 feet allowed in the deal we purchased, so I paid him an extra $43.75. He did an excellent job of cleaning the inside and outside of the gutters. He cleaned everything up and cleaned off the windows and sides of the house that were soiled in the process. The only slightly negative is that the next day I realized that he splashed dirt on my truck on the street. I am sure he would have cleaned that up too, if he had seen it.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the window cleaning in my home. Suddenly the whole house took on a brighter look. The window cleaner was polite, energetic, and efficient. I would call him again to do a repeat job when the windows need to be cleaned again!!
