Description of Work: replace screen material in windows. were not prepared for a 2 story house with external clips on screens. first trip had no ladder, had to return. were not ready for the response to ad and so took a little over 2 weeks to complete. the did a good job on the screens, the returning the screens to the windows was more challenging.

Description of Work: They were professional, windows are clean. It was expensive, but well done.

Description of Work: It took a while to get the work scheduled, which detracted from the sense of professionalism. The work was well done in the end.

Description of Work: Replaced screens. They did a good job on the screens. My only complaint was that we scheduled them to pick up the screens in the am and never heard from them even after I called, until mid afternoon. I understand that it is difficult to schedule services at times, however this made me miss work for the entire day.

Description of Work: This company and its employees are the best. The windows were just super clean when they finished and have been easy to maintain. Our windows were not easy to do but they did it.

Description of Work: I purchased their service and then when I called to schedule it was over a month before they could perform the service. I had to reschedule because of a work conflict and I am having to wait another month until service can be performed. I have paid for something that has not been provided in a timely fashion. So my first experience with Angie's List and her providers has not been a good one

Description of Work: Power washed the house, driveway and large porch. They did an outstanding job. The two gentlemen who did the job were very careful and thorough and courteous as well.

Description of Work: they washed storm windows, screens, and windows. Vacuumed sills. they were clean and efficient. I was comfortable with the crew in my home. I am very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: I called to schedule an appointment to have 10 windows cleaned, did not write down the woman's name that took the call. She said the first available appointment was July 1, 2015. I said that was not acceptable for my need, I explained I have a large graduation party on June 12th and need the service by that date. She said she would have her manager call me to see if something could be worked out or I could be put on a waiting list. I said I would appreciate hearing from the manager but I expected the service to be available in a reasonable amount of time, not 5 weeks later. As of Tuesday evening, May 27th I have not had a call back from the manager. I would like a refund so that I may purchase the service elsewhere to meet my need.

Description of Work: More than my opinion,my fussy wife was very happy with the windows,we had never seen those windows so clean.

Description of Work: They picked up 10 screens and my screen door on Monday and returned them after I had the windows washed and the window frame tracks cleared. They made sure I knew how long they would last and that all the screens were matching. They even went to extra effort to make sure the sliding door screen fit and moved properly. We had a little delay in response due to health issues but other then that it was great service.
