Description of Work: I had window screens and frames that were in terrible condition and they came to my house picked up the screens, some which the frames had been bent, they replaced all the screens and made all the necessary repairs. | |They went above an beyond the call of service and I will definite use them again when I need any repairs done around my home. I recommend them highly. Very professional, they called me and advised that the project was taking a little longer than expected. Great business ethics!

Description of Work: I only needed 6 screens instead of 10. Price was the same. |Advising when they would come was confusing. I requested mornings and would then get a email that they would call at 11:30AM on the day they were coming. I called them several times for clarification.

Description of Work: They provided a really premium cleaning of the windows both inside and out. Because I have many more windows than the amount specified in the "deal" I purchased, they quoted me the price to do the entire house before they began working. They worked methodically and the owner stopped by to see how things were going. They pointed out a few places where the screens could use some attention but made temporary fixes everywhere they could. Very pleased with the service and I do plan to use them in future.

Description of Work: The vendor responded to our on line request for a bid on the house but never followed up. Seemed a waste of both parties time to make an on site call and not respond with a bid in a timely manor. I sent photos of the house so the vendor knew the size of the home prior to making the trip out.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angies List Big Deal for gutter cleaning. They arrived in a reasonable time window. They were very cordial and positive about the work to be done. I admitted I had no idea how many feet of gutters I had, and they honestly reported I had less than the pre-paid allotment (so no extra charge). They cleaned the gutters well and in a reasonable amount of time. I was very happy with the service, and I would recommend them to others.
