Description of Work: I purchased the deal on 7-22-15, and All a Day Projects finally made it out on 8-4-15 to pick up the screens. The employee only picked up eight of the ten screens and said he'd call back by 8-7-15 with an estimate. I received a call back only this morning, 8-13-15, following two phone messages and an email. He said the cost would be $205 over the $150 already paid, for a total of $355. I said because they weren't able to replace ten screens, but only eight, for such a high price we would not do the work with them. Their estimate is significantly higher (nearly one and a half times) what our first estimate was. The deal was not in fact any bargain, and the company's unresponsiveness to my first two phone calls did not instill confidence. I would like a refund.

Description of Work: i only put c for price because i have never paid that amount of money to have my windows cleaned! they were here for 5 hours and there were 4 workers. They worked well together and were very respectful to me and my home. They did a fab job and i would refer them in a heart beat.
