Description of Work: Screens were a new business for the company and it did not go well. In the end, they were able to make things right and provide all the screens that were paid for and fix frames as needed. They tried hard, but their quality control was poor. I have no doubt they are trying to correct the issues, but would verify expectations ahead of time next time.
