Description of Work: Provider didn't clean tracks in windows. Provider scheduled to come back out and clean them after verification that the tracks were included in my package. Received a call day of re-cleaning and was told I would be charged if provider came back out. Provider refused to acknowledge that track was included in purchased package. I requested a call back from manager and never received a call to work out the issue. I will never ever contact this provider again and I will never ever recommend them to anyone else.

Description of Work: The employee who cleaned my windows was thorough and easy to communicate with- I'm happy with that aspect of working with them. Just be sure to ask enough questions when you book so that you understand that the company's idea of a 'window' is probably not what you or I would think constitutes a 'window'. (I.E., does the work include cleaning Inside AND outside panes, frame, track, screen, how are double panes priced, size issues, etc.)
