Description of Work: My daughter's Explorer needed quite a bit of work on it and John's Auto Care Center got it done within the time frame they quoted. She drove it from Corvallis to Southern California and back without any issues.I will definitely return to them if more work is needed in the future.

Description of Work: Wrong dates; I threw away the receipts. They asked for $995 More to correct the lack of installing the seal between engine and trans-axle. They left 3 vacuum hoses lose that governed the black box that sets the engine fuel usages and shifting.

The battery was installed in 20 minutes and works perfectly! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for my future BMW maintenance/repair needs. These people are highly qualified to work on BMWs.

After a discussion of the problem and the repairs necessary their Porsche specialist detailed the specific OEM brand of pump he would locate as he had experience with several other brands that did not perform as well. Jason gave me a ride home to the other side of town. In a couple days the work was done and Jason picked me up on his lunch hour. The service is extraordinary. This was my second visit to the shop with excellent service each time and I have never seen a busier place.
Description of Work: Replace water pump, fluids and serpentine belt in a Porsche.

 + -1 moreI was overdue for an oil change on my Mini Cooper. This is the nearest place I can get service on a Mini and they are about 70 miles away. I called to make an appointment and they were very accommodating. The appointment was for 9 am and they were done and had me out the door at 9:55. They even made coffee. I discussed my brakes with them and they advised me to wait, They were obviously not out to make an extra buck. I will be back!
