Description of Work: One man did all the work. He cleaned carpets in three rooms, plus two area rugs. The carpets before cleaning had several heavily trafficked areas that looked pretty filthy. Furniture was not moved for the cleaning -- however the two area rugs were moved to another room for drying. The carpets and rugs now look great, and plastic blocks were placed to separate furniture from the damp carpets while they dried. The rest of the house was left in dry and tidy condition.

Description of Work: I had a light background pastel colored flower wool area rug. I had a spill and used an Oxy cleaner that caused a very yellow area on my rug. They took it with them and they did a fantastic job. The spot hardly shows. I am very happy.

Description of Work: hired them to clean the upholstery in our motorhome and they dumped the water from the previous customers as well as us right in our driveway it was rotten it stunk and it was uncalled for our dogs and all the animals were walking through it and that smell was really difficult to get rid of for weeks very unprofessional
