Description of Work: They aerated my lawn, fertilized, reseeded, and treated the lawn for diseases. Then they reseeded it again. The directions were inconsistent. The Moss is back where it started. I was told by one serviceman not to mow for at least 2 weeks and then the next week was told to go ahead and mow. Anyway, it still doesn't look so hot. Not real happy.

Description of Work: I actually allowed this company to come back twice. They killed shrubbery by over-spraying lawn weed killer in flowerbeds, used a product that they agreed not to use, and left the gate open resulting in our two dogs having a free walk in the neighborhood. Fortunately we were able to find the dogs and bring them home. And despite my communication of displeasure to the company, their sales reps continue to call me and ask if they can come back! I would never hire them again or encourage anybody else to do so!

KNOCKED ON DOOR TO LET US KNOW HE WAS HERE, STARTED TREATING LAWN AND WAS NICE TO US AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHAT TO EXPECT THE NEXT FEW DAYS AFTER TREATMENT. SAYS THEY WILL BE BACK ABOUT EVERY SIX WEEKS TO DO WORK. WE CAN PAY AS WE GO OR PAY IN ADVANCE.
Description of Work: CALLED AND GUY CAME OUT FOR LAWN INSPECTION. QUOTED BID AND SET UP SCHEDULE FOR MAINTENANCE. TURNS OUT THE SERVICE PROVIDED COST ABOUT THE SAME AS WE PAY TO DO IT OURSELVES, WITH JUST A SLIGHT INCREASE IN COST DUE TO MANPOWER. WELL WORTH THE MONEY TO SAVE TIME AND HASSLE WITH GUESS WORK.
