My shower is BEAUTIFUL. The edges are precise. The tile is perfect. The eye level glass tile moasic adds just the right touch of sparkle. We discovered a small problem with the plumbing @ 10:30 on a Saturday evening and e-mailed Jim. He was there @ 7:30 the next morning to set things right.

We had thought that the exist system needed replacement and had requested that in setting up the appointment. They were to bring the needed tubing etc. I had attempted to get under the house to determine that problem but found that I was unable to do it and determined that we needed help. The tubing was at the other end of the house and heating pipes made it difficult even find that vent under the house. I had accepted the fact that it would take 3 hours and cost +$300 (original estimate). He was able to find and correct the problem in less then 30 minutes and the final bill was less than $40. He worked very fast and had no problem getting under the house.

I inquired via email about the possibility of getting a small wall repair job accomplished quickly. In Your Home was here within a week. The job was done professionally. The repair work was done by a delightful woman.

I recently called In Your Home to prepare a bid for a dry rot repair in a home which my clients are purchasing. David returned my phone call promptly and was able to get to the property the next day. He was very informative and honest about which repairs were truly necessary and offered lower cost solutions which still addressed the issues. My buyers were pleased with his service and I am sure the seller will be as well! I am always looking for good contractors to recommend and will do so with this company in the future. Now, if only they would take on the under 55 crowd!

The company was very receptive and prompt. A handyman was scheduled the next business day after I called. Even though I had made a trip to a hardware store in the morning and thought I had everything that would be needed for the repairs. Something different was need for each repair. It was 4:00 pm and raining hard when the handyman went back to a hardware store to get the needed items. I took an hour for him to get back, (which I thought was great use of time with the rain and the rush-hour in full swing). The repair itself took only 30 minutes. The handyman was efficient and had suggestions for repairs that I hadn't thought of and actually turned out better than what was there originally. The total cost included his time to get items, cost of items, and the 30 minutes to put everything together. I was VERY pleased.

Teresa completed the work and was wonderful! She cleaned up completely and was a pleasure to have in our home!

The workmen arrived when scheduled, did all work professionally in about a half day. I will call this company again when work is needed.

The work was done quickly and well and clean up was thorough. The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable, and I felt completely comfortable having him in my home. I'll use these folks again and would recommend them to anyone.

I have used the services of In Your Home twice now. I find this company very easy to do business with. They are very professional & their prices are reasonable. I will hire them again in the future & would highly recommend them to any other homeowner!

I'm concerned about the business practices of In Your Home. They charged more than I was led to believe would be the cost, used a false reason for this, made an error on the high side on the time, and would have added travel time for shopping for standard grab bars, had we not provided them. When I first called, I had a firm quote for the work of $195 (including grab bars) from another contractor who specialized in grab bar installation. Brian led me to believe that the In Your Home charge would be less than this. The installation itself was satisfactory. The horizontal bar was horizontal, and the vertical bar was almost vertical. No tile was broken. The grab bars have a flange that is supposed to cover the screw plate but doesn't as installed. There is about an eighth inch gap. The co-owner of the company said this was not a problem as a consequence of using Wing-its. They adjusted downward $50 to $195 after I complained.

Great communication, phone answered by the owner I believe. The individual who went out to give her an estimate actually installed the grab bar the same day!

The company was on time. The job was completed efficiently. The workspace was left clean. The installation requirements and procedure were explained clearly. I was left with a good suggestion of another adaptation which I could do quite easily myself.

''In Your Home'' did a great job helping our mother stay in her home. The were great, starting with the first appointment for an in-house evaluation through the estimate and installation. We will continue to use ''In Your Home''.

David Kelly arrived and showed me what he planned on doing to install the glass panel. He cut, painted, finished and mounted molding to hold the glass panel in place. David was very professional, did a wonderful job and cleaned up when he was finished. Basically, he helped make my vision come true. I would hire him again in a minute!

They were fast, did the job in one day, very polite and, after the shock, I found that they were reasonably priced.
