Jesus did a wonderful job. Our ducts hadn't been cleaned in forever; dirt and dust would fly constantly ever time the furnace came. Fast, efficient service. Excellent price, senior and veteran discount. Highly recommend this to anyone who is needing this service.

Contractor showed up early, and took care of everything very well. Worked in a cramped laundry room, and cleaned out 2 years worth of dryer lint. Was done quickly and we hope to work with them again next time it is needed.

The lady who answered our call was very professional and scheduled an appointment in a very reasonable time. A few days later she called on a Sunday to let us know they had a canceled appointment and wanted to know if we would like their service in about an hour and a half. They arrived on time, were very friendly, professional, and finished their work in a timely manner. Now, we will have them do annual inspections and cleanings. Just wow! Our ducts were in a horrible state, probably never been cleaned and partially buried under the dirt in our crawlspace. There were massive leaks and even in our dinky house the air flow could hardly be felt out of the vents, and what did come out was filled with dust and who knows what else considering the varmint problems we've experienced in the past. The team came out on a Saturday which is huge so I didn't have to take time off of work, and a job that seemed to me to be pretty big only took 3 guys 2 hours start to finish!! The air current coming out now is so strong that our curtains move- something I have not witnessed in our home in 6 years; and the temperature in our back rooms are within a degree of the main living space now instead of being a freezer. I cant wait to start saving money on our heating and cooling bills while also being comfortable in our home, and I also look forward to not having to dust everything multiple times a week and suffering from less dust allergies. I am so grateful for the fast and great work Jesus and his team accomplished for us and it was surprisingly affordable. Thank you!!!

We had mice in our HVAC ducts. Jesus from Northwest Duct Services promptly came out to give us an estimate and then scheduled the repairs and duct cleaning on a Sunday so that we could be rid of the mice as soon as possible. When Jesus and his helper did the work, they were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. We couldn't have asked for anything better!!!

Scheduled and completed on a SATURDAY afternoon in December! Jesus called and said he was running ahead of schedule and he showed up early! Had everything to do the job, completed (nice job too!) and included cleaning the upstairs or plenum. They added 90 degree metal elbows to each vent so that the ducts (flexible) were not just hanging off the vents which made it hard to clean and usually required a re-attachment. No more of that! They completed the job per the estimate and cleaned up afterwards. Great job.

I had never had the ducts in my house cleaned. I have lived here for 28 years so as you can imagine the dirt/dust had built up. North west was very professional and didn’t excellent job and I would refer them to anyone

They got back to me with a price within a day of requesting a quote. I called to schedule and Jesus got back to within 24 hours. He was flexible on the schedule as I had to reschedule once. When he got here, he explained what he was going to do, and kept us apprised of his progress. It took 2 hrs, which he what he said when he arrived. He even readjusted a gas line that was interfering with the dryer vent, even though it was extremely difficult to access, and I had only expected him to clean from the outside.

Jesus was punctual, polite and did a great job! I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing this service.

Jesus took on a really unpleasant job, replacing flexible duct with sheet-metal duct in the crawl space of our house. It was more of a job than he originally anticipated, but finished by working over a holiday weekend. He was diligent, responsive, professional and friendly, and did great work. I highly recomemmend him and his company.

It went well beyond what I could have expected. This company is professional and thorough. Excellent service and even helped me corral my two little yappers and a persistent bulldog! I was in awe of what came out of our ducts. They also helped by adding a dryer vent hood after cleaning the dryer vent for a very small additional amount. Again, in awe of what came out. I will definitely be a return client and would recommend this company with no hesitation to any one who needs this service.

Jesus was prompt and professional. He had to drive from Salem but didn't charge any extra for his time of travel. After completing the very complete tasks he showed me the abundant accumulation of pet hair, dirt, debris, and lint. During the cleanup he even vacuumed the garage floor where some debris had landed. I found him pleasant, friendly, and very knowledgeable. When asked about frequency of cleaning I should have I gave me the estimated time based on my lifestyle. They had a 10% discount for seniors on top of an already reduced price for the work; the dryer vent was free. I would highly recommend Jesus and his company for this type of work.
